Dear sir / madam, i'm have my bill on 30/06/2020, service number[protected]. Unfortunately, the payment which has been made got tucked, so i paid the bill again. When i checked the customer support for payment refund transaction status after days time, they displayed "recommended for refund" status with no refund sent date. Normally, it takes 4 days - 7 days to get the amount refunded. Till now (14.07, 2020), i have not gotten my amount refunded with the same status availability on their web under my profile customer support page. I could not able to contact the admin team on this issue because of non availability of the phone no.. I want the technical team to assist me on this and to resolve this issue asap by refunding the amt. Note : though, they have given the transaction id-[protected].
