As am having eb in the service number of[protected] in the name of s. Shakila banu at the location of thanjavur. For my eb service number the thanjavur division eb office has noted the reading of 1130 units at the month of june 22nd 2020. They have not taken the reading for march april may june total four months in between that they have not taken any readings as per rules they are to take the readings for two...

Government is encouraging to pay electricity bill in online. It is difficult for us to come and pay directly in this pandemic condition. My eb ill is not updated for this month. It is showing you don't have any bill to pay. Please update my eb bill. I contacted few of the tangedco persons, they are are telling to come directly to solve issues....

There is an eb post near my house.. It's very old and it can cause damage to public at anycost... So please change the eb post as soon as possible because the base of the post is very vulnerable....

I dhandapani (Tneb no. [protected]), residing at 3-80, kamaraj nagar, kasinayakkan patti, tirupattur dt, kunichi post - 635602.
This is regarding the eb person wrote down wrong meter reading for last 3 bill. We got same reading for last 3 bill (210 units) & bill was rs.260. Because of that current bill we got (1420 unit) suddenly amount was rs.6072. The bill amount is too high and we cannot pay this...

I got eb bill for the month of apl / may'2020 amounted rs.8508 and unit recorded as 1830 which is totally wrong. Every day 11 pm to 3am power not available in my vilage. I called ae number and je number witch is given 24/7 in tneb portal. But no response. This is tirupature didn't tirupature district agraharam village. Please have look and fix the issure....

Already i mailed once in June 30th and i got reply mail regarding the complaints but now my online complaint status in TNEB website showing that the complaint process is Completed and due date is extended but Excess amount reason is not updated ...What it means?

The commercial meter[protected], the actual reading showed on 30/06/2020, was 3953. Instead the person from eb noted down as 5300. We have informed the person concern on the same day, in turn he assured that he will make the necessary corrections.
As on today the correct calculation of reading is not shown in your website.
Please do the needful....

Also observed that you have debited the last paid (Paid amount of Rs.80) "amount" instead of "Last Meter Reading". Kindly revisit the reading and confirm at the earliest.. I am staying in arakandanallur, tirukovilur-605752. I am software engineer and my work is wholly depend upon my pc and power supply. Here they are frequently cutting power and not in a regular intervals. And randomly they are doing this to us. I dont know the reason for power cut. But they have to inform some timings to avoid difficult situation to us. It impacts our daily work in covid situation.
