Dear sir / madam, i'm have my bill on 30/06/2020, service number[protected]. Unfortunately, the payment which has been made got tucked, so i paid the bill again. When i checked the customer support for payment refund transaction status after days time, they displayed "recommended for refund" status with no refund sent date. Normally, it takes 4 days - 7 days to get the amount refunded. Till now (14.07, 2020), i have not gotten my amount refunded with the same status availability on their web under my profile customer support page. I could not able to contact the admin team on this issue because of non availability of the phone no.. I want the technical team to assist me on this and to resolve this issue asap by refunding the amt. Note : though, they have given the transaction id-[protected].

    Hi,
    I'm murali, residing at voc nagar, soolakkarai medu, virudhunagar. The eb wire near my house between 2 posts are hanging low as 11ft from ground which needs to pulled and maintain a safe distance of 15ft and above. Verbal complaint given to wireman couple of times, they are denying work saying they don't have manpower to do the job. It's been dangerous to any van/lorry crossing via our street. Need help to forward the complaints to right authorities.

      Hi sir, i am residing in melavaniyangudi, sivagangai. For the month of may an additional unit of 120 was added to our bill.. We noticed the mistake on the month of july 2020 and asked the eb person to adjust the unit in this month’s bill as we have paid more on the last bill. Please let us know how can this be solved.

                  We are pleased to inform that ht fuse in transformer of 250 kva supplying 3 units with loose wired fuses which is not sufficent to supply the maximum demand of supply and frequent arcing in the power transformer and hence the h. T fuse was insufficient enough to supply the maximum demand of supply 112 kw and cause frequent tripping of induction furnace.
                  Hence we request you to provide the adequate h. T fuses to the power transformer immediately so as run the melting unit.

                    Irregular power shutdown

                    We're the people iving in bethaniyapuram (Ward number-21), madurai-625016, tamilnadu.in my area there's irregular shutdown in night times, today 9 june 2020 the shutdown was started on 7pm now the time was 10.40pm, it happens past 2 days and regularly, so kindly please take necessary action.

                    Respected sir/madam
                    We have put 60kw solar in our dindigul unit on last year august month and we have applied for net metering. Ee, ad and ae have made the site visit and advise usvto get the safety certificate we also got the certificate and submitted to them
                    After approval they ask us to pay the fees we have paid the fees also after that they asked us to collect the meter from chennai in our cost we have did that also
                    After doing all this they simply say ground panneling is not approved you make all the panels in rooftop if it is like that why they have given approval while they visited the site in person
                    Then again we have changed allvthe panels to roof top of spending double the cost and now they are saying again start from the begining
                    Plz do the needful in this regard

                      I am complaining about the improper maintainance of transformer in melvisharam, here we are suffering from improper power supply due to the simple reason the transformer is not maintained properly, recently there was a rain in our village and there was a power cut for a longer time, i aggre that due to rain they stop power supply but after rain stop they was a massive disaster in transformer has bursted and the whole night there was no electricity and children and old age people was suffer a lot this is the 4time the whole night we don't have electricity in this lockdown, what will be the action does government is going to take and solve this issue soon. We are paying the proper eb bills properly even after lockdown why can't you provide us proper supply

                        Dear sir/madam,

                        I am residing in thiruvarur district, koothanallur taluk, 55. Sathahoor village, which is under vadapathimangalam eb circle. My eb payment is scheduled in bi-monthly. I don't know the reason for not taken reading in dec-19 & feb-20, then come to known through neighbor as visited their home. Then i visit vadapathimangalam eb office and told them about this and paid some amount in advance. Apr-2020 not visited in my village due to covid-19, but i paid some amount in advance to avoid any disconnection. Jun-2020 took reading as meter usage 1091 and amount rs. 3901.

                        While there is no mistake from me, why i should pay these much amount?. The actual reason for high amount, meter reading not took last 3 bi-months and accumulated all 3 bi-month meters in jun-2020 calculation and charged in different tariff.

                          Residing as a tenant for the past two years in the above given following address.During this pandemic situation, as per the rules of the Tamil nadu government everyone are particularly supposed to stay at home.When there is so many consequences to be faced.
                          There is this unexpected panic circumstances arises due to Tamil Nadu Electricity Board(TNEB).
                          Because of the abnormal or intentional mistake the EB bill statement shows Rs.6138 for the month of may i.e:-17/06/2020
                          But the past assessment bills was
                          18/04/2020-Rs.590
                          18/02/2020-Rs.590
                          17/12/2020-Rs.530
                          18/10/2019-Rs.650
                          Eventhough we stay at home maximum to the end, the EB amount bill can be raised Rs.1100/-only as we consume only less electricity usage. But we received bill amount to be paid for 10times the actual billing statement for the month of MAY which is certainly abnormal to the current covid situation.
                          Expecting the compensation for this act of mistake or misleading the metre reading or Mischief or Breach of Trust.
                          This is looting the money from the public at this quarantine and the TANGEDCO need to take steps for this complaint which shouldn't repeat again or by next month. But we need the response/answer for this rigorous act or intentional act on slang the money from us.

                            Dear Sir / Madam,

                            My Flat in SIS Marakesh, Urapakkam in locked from the start of COVID-19 Lockdown from end of March 2020 and no power is consumed.

                            But in February and April, we were charged Rs 3562 and was paid.

                            But in June, I received intimation that meter is defective, changed to new one and charged with Rs 7654

                            Since we are not in the flat for the last three months, there is no power consumption and due to lockdown we were unable to intimate in writing the meter fault. Actually we should be charged bare minimum.

                            Even now you can check in my flat EB meter, it will be zero consumption, hence please revise the bill to the bare minimum and update in EB payment portal since I am paying online only.

                                I, secretary (Ssahss school complex) would like to lodge complaint regarding faulty electric meter at my shop, my electric consumer number is [protected]
                                No.13, bazzar street, secretary sir, sivasamy ayyar trust, salai bazzar, thirukattupalli, generally my electric bill amount is around 600 consummation
                                Monthly, but for last month fair is very huge amount, our regular electric consummation is very low and there fore i cannot possibly imagine why this bill will be so much last and privies bill history are enclosed for with your reference
                                I, therefore request your good stuff to kind send your representative to check our electric meter and have it replaced, also i kindly request you to reissue the bill for the last month as there one wrongly billed, i shall be great full if my complaint is attend to as soon as possible.

                                  I'm a resident of nedugula village. For the past 3 days there is no power supply in my house. We called the line man (Name: siva - in charge of nedugula electricity). I've been calling him for the past 3 days and informed about the situation. There is a wire problem in the post that directs electricity to my house. I'm not able to work for the past three days as i'm working from home. And there are women and small kids who are suffering. I request the concerned authority to take severe action against the line man who is very irresponsible and as i called him several times he's not answering my calls. Please take action against this.. My house sc. No:143. Nedugula village.

                                    We were reside at kamakoti nagar pallikarani and shifted to navullar on 12th mar before the lockdown starts. I have raise two service request on my eb bill showing ticket number [protected] & [protected]. Without any proper resolution they just simple completed the ticket.

They have not taken the reading for march april may june total four months in between that they have not taken any readings as per rules they are to take the readings for two...
