I have created the account in TANGEDCO online payment link. Also i got the auto generated mail confirming my account has been activated. While trying to login with the account created, i am getting the error "bad credentials / account not activated " though the credential is correct.

Request you support in rectifying the issue.

      Today 1/07/2020 morning i have raised a complaint number 273 and 1057 through 1912 which has no further response or rectification of issue since i raised another complaint[protected] through online which is also has no response we are suffering from around 7 hours of power failure even after raising the complaints through proper channel and thus [protected] of padi eb is always irresponsive on receiving phone calls and rectifying issue

          I am from chennai sholinganallur. My consumer number[protected]. For the month of june 2020 i have paid my eb bill as per the mail i received from tneb for 250 units. But today i received a bill of 5872. When enquired during the reading, eb person said its for 4months and the amount i paid will be adjusted towards the unit's but i have received a mail only for the full amount nothing has been adjusted.
          Please do the needful.

            Hi,

            I am trying to launch a complaint for no power issue for 1 hour through the Telephone number [protected]. No body picks up the call I can see my call connect to a telephone and simply rings. The Employee who is working in Gobichettipalayam EB office did this at 1:26 AM on 17 July 2020.Please take necessary actions against the person who is on duty. I am not able to sleep due to this current failure and also my time was wasted. I need compensation from TNEB for this.

                I have made the bill payment for the month of april and june 2020. Someone came to my place to take my reading today and said that i have used 6000 units for the past 4 months which is rubbish. I have attached a copy of the payments i made for april and june.

                  Dear sir,

                  I would like to bring to your notice that i live in c1- allied elegant enclave 3 main road swaminathan nagar at kottivakham chennai.

                  I have been getting excessive electricity bill from past 3 months, but somehow i have managed to pay it assuming that the government or the electricity board will rectify this issue in the next month as everyone is in there respective home due to covid 19 & lockdown by our government.
                  Unfortunately my trust on electricity board took a shock when again i received a bill of 19000/- which doesn't make sense at all.
                  I work for one of the most reputed hospital in chennai and most of my time is spent in hospital and i am living alone from past 3 months it is practically impossible to get a bill of 19000/-.

                  Request you all to kindly look into this personally as such things gives an unwanted stress and loss faith in government and the electricity board authority.

                    Dear sir / madam, i'm have my bill on 30/06/2020, service number[protected]. Unfortunately, the payment which has been made got tucked, so i paid the bill again. When i checked the customer support for payment refund transaction status after days time, they displayed "recommended for refund" status with no refund sent date. Normally, it takes 4 days - 7 days to get the amount refunded. Till now (14.07, 2020), i have not gotten my amount refunded with the same status availability on their web under my profile customer support page. I could not able to contact the admin team on this issue because of non availability of the phone no.. I want the technical team to assist me on this and to resolve this issue asap by refunding the amt. Note : though, they have given the transaction id-[protected].

                      Hi,
                      I'm murali, residing at voc nagar, soolakkarai medu, virudhunagar. The eb wire near my house between 2 posts are hanging low as 11ft from ground which needs to pulled and maintain a safe distance of 15ft and above. Verbal complaint given to wireman couple of times, they are denying work saying they don't have manpower to do the job. It's been dangerous to any van/lorry crossing via our street. Need help to forward the complaints to right authorities.

                        Hi sir, i am residing in melavaniyangudi, sivagangai. For the month of may an additional unit of 120 was added to our bill.. We noticed the mistake on the month of july 2020 and asked the eb person to adjust the unit in this month’s bill as we have paid more on the last bill. Please let us know how can this be solved.

                                    We are pleased to inform that ht fuse in transformer of 250 kva supplying 3 units with loose wired fuses which is not sufficent to supply the maximum demand of supply and frequent arcing in the power transformer and hence the h. T fuse was insufficient enough to supply the maximum demand of supply 112 kw and cause frequent tripping of induction furnace.
                                    Hence we request you to provide the adequate h. T fuses to the power transformer immediately so as run the melting unit.

                                      Respected sir/madam
                                      We have put 60kw solar in our dindigul unit on last year august month and we have applied for net metering. Ee, ad and ae have made the site visit and advise usvto get the safety certificate we also got the certificate and submitted to them
                                      After approval they ask us to pay the fees we have paid the fees also after that they asked us to collect the meter from chennai in our cost we have did that also
                                      After doing all this they simply say ground panneling is not approved you make all the panels in rooftop if it is like that why they have given approval while they visited the site in person
                                      Then again we have changed allvthe panels to roof top of spending double the cost and now they are saying again start from the begining
                                      Plz do the needful in this regard
