Respected sir,

The commercial meter[protected], the actual reading showed on 30/06/2020, was 3953. Instead the person from eb noted down as 5300. We have informed the person concern on the same day, in turn he assured that he will make the necessary corrections.
As on today the correct calculation of reading is not shown in your website.
Please do the needful.

    Kindly revisit the reading and confirm at the earliest.. So that I will pay the exact amount without any penalty/on time.My due Date is 8th july 2020, So kindly clarify as soon as possible.

        I got my EB bill for this month Rs. 5992/-

        Also observed that you have debited the last paid (Paid amount of Rs.80) "amount" instead of "Last Meter Reading". Kindly revisit the reading and confirm at the earliest.. So that I will pay the exact amount without any penalty/on time.My due Date is 6th july 2020, So kindly clarify as soon as possible.

        For your kind information, I've raised the complaint on 12/06/2020 (Complaint No: [protected]) via online portal and didn't get any response from your end.

            I am staying in arakandanallur, tirukovilur-605752. I am software engineer and my work is wholly depend upon my pc and power supply. Here they are frequently cutting power and not in a regular intervals. And randomly they are doing this to us. I dont know the reason for power cut. But they have to inform some timings to avoid difficult situation to us. It impacts our daily work in covid situation.
            Please solve this issue.

              I got the eb bill for this month and i was shocked due to the large/heavy amount of rs. 9334/- (Nine thousand three hundred and thirty four only).

              Also observed that you have debited the last paid (Paid amount of rs.1070) "amount" instead of "last meter reading". Kindly revisit the reading and confirm at the earliest.. So that i will pay the exact amount without any penalty/on time.

              This is my highest (For the past 2 years) eb bill and amount rs.5426 for the month of aug and sept 2019 and paid on 24/10/19.

              For your kind information, i've raised the complaint (Complaint no. [protected]) via online portal and didn't get any response from your end.

              Kindly revert for any clarification.

                Eb billing for cycle april - june 2020 is unclear and the billing amount is huge. For cycle feb - march, previous cycle billing amount was charged which was high considering that many o[censored]s vacated the house.

                  Dear sir,
                  My consumer no. Is[protected]. The consumption reading is calculated directly from feb 2020 to june 2020. So the amount of due is high. The reading is not divided for the months march-april and may-june. Please look this matter and refund my money as excess paid due to wrong reading calculation. Please take necessary action and give correct bill amount. Thank you sir..

                    On 13.03.2020 i had paid tangedco ae application fees through online for rs.1180 (Amount debit from bank) but after payment website shows "payment pending". So i tried next day 14.03.2020 and amount 1180 debited they shows "payment pending". Then i tried one more time using my mother atm card after 2 days (16.03.2020) amount 1180 debited from bank but shows "payment pending". Totally 3540 debited from my account. But on 16.03.2020 afternoon 1st payment shows "success" but other 2nd and 3rd payment shows "refund is in process". But still now (After 3.5 months) i didn't get refund. Please refund my money and when will i got money.

                        Good evening sir, my residence meters, april dues i haev paid, feb what is paid same amount due to corona lockdown, noe i got june 2020 bills is higher value, from feb 20 to june 2020, full reding. So my slab is higher charged higher

                              My name is s, krishnamurthy and i am residing at g1, sivalingam apartments, no.16/42, nellaiappar street, bharathipuram, chromepet, chennai - 600044. My electrical digital meter provided at the apartment is faulty and the not showing correct readings. Checked the meter in 'mains off' condition and found the meter was running. The display led lights are also not glowing. My service number is [protected]. My electrical meter reading is 118 units from 16.06.2020 to 27.06.2020 which is highly abnormal based on earlier consumption pattern.                                     Stems and trunks of poongam trees located at the corner of road junction between navalar high road, janagaraj street, saligramam, 600093, falling on the live wires of tneb and this poses life danger for both public walking along and vehicles crossing the above corner particularly during the current rainy season started as to date[protected]. Immediate action is requested for removal of stems and trunks of tree to avoid danger for the public crossing the junction.

                                    Nearly 11 days have gone; No action is taken by Asst.                                         I have paid application fees thrice for junior assistant accounts exam in tneb limited as the bank confirmation was not received, later one of transaction confirmed, I'm still waiting for refund from tneb for transaction dated 9.03.2020 amounting to 1180 as it's crossed more than three months,
