On 13.03.2020 i had paid tangedco ae application fees through online for rs.1180 (Amount debit from bank) but after payment website shows "payment pending". So i tried next day 14.03.2020 and amount 1180 debited they shows "payment pending". Then i tried one more time using my mother atm card after 2 days (16.03.2020) amount 1180 debited from bank but shows "payment pending". Totally 3540 debited from my account. But on 16.03.2020 afternoon 1st payment shows "success" but other 2nd and 3rd payment shows "refund is in process". But still now (After 3.5 months) i didn't get refund. Please refund my money and when will i got money.

    Dear sir,
    My consumer no. Is[protected]. The consumption reading is calculated directly from feb 2020 to june 2020. So the amount of due is high. The reading is not divided for the months march-april and may-june. Please look this matter and refund my money as excess paid due to wrong reading calculation. And also my consumer no.[protected] and[protected] have a same wrong calculation. Please take necessary action and give refund. Thank you sir..

      Good evening sir, my residence meters, april dues i haev paid, feb what is paid same amount due to corona lockdown, noe i got june 2020 bills is higher value, from feb 20 to june 2020, full reding. So my slab is higher charged higher

            My name is s, krishnamurthy and i am residing at g1, sivalingam apartments, no.16/42, nellaiappar street, bharathipuram, chromepet, chennai - 600044. My electrical digital meter provided at the apartment is faulty and the not showing correct readings. Checked the meter in 'mains off' condition and found the meter was running. The display led lights are also not glowing. My service number is [protected]. My electrical meter reading is 118 units from 16.06.2020 to 27.06.2020 which is highly abnormal based on earlier consumption pattern.                   Stems and trunks of poongam trees located at the corner of road junction between navalar high road, janagaraj street, saligramam, 600093, falling on the live wires of tneb and this poses life danger for both public walking along and vehicles crossing the above corner particularly during the current rainy season started as to date[protected]. Immediate action is requested for removal of stems and trunks of tree to avoid danger for the public crossing the junction.
                  Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [TNEB] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                  Nearly 11 days have gone; No action is taken by Asst. Engineer/ maintenance of TNEB / Salgramam so far; in spite of rainy season had started and danger to the public lives is lurking due to falling of tree stems on electrical power lines at the cross junction of Navalar Main Road.

                    The Electric bill for the month of may-junebis incredibly high. Please kindly look into this matter. If the Electric department cannot take the meter reading on time due to lockdown it is not our mistake and we should not suffer for that. Thank you.

                      I have paid application fees thrice for junior assistant accounts exam in tneb limited as the bank confirmation was not received, later one of transaction confirmed, I'm still waiting for refund from tneb for transaction dated 9.03.2020 amounting to 1180 as it's crossed more than three months,

                          I made a online complaint on 14.3.20 (Id: [protected]) & 18.3.20 (Id: [protected]) through tangedco to repair my tneb power consumption meter (New avon meter no:2977410 – 10/17 fixed on september 2018) as the meter reading got struck up @ 2992 units (Newly constructed house - life span of the avon meter was only 18 months!!!)

                          My online complaint was closed at once by tangedco without assigning any reason as m/s tangedco don't have any stock of new meter. M/s tangedco not taking initiative to close my complaint in between 14.3.2020 to 24.3.2020, thereafter lock down was initiated by central and state government which was forced to drag to change the new meter by tangedco (Meter fixed on 11.05.2020), due to delay in changing the meter my tneb power consumption payment fixed very high by tangedco which is not at all related to the actual power consumption.

                          Requested to consider for billing previous four months average consumption which was around rs.560 on average of bi month reading. A sum of rs.4902/- collected by tangedco (Whereas my average amount for 3 bi month comes rs.1680/-) a sum of rs.3222/- collected in excess by m/s tangedco.

                          Kindly justify.

                          My query:

                          1. Why my online complaint closed at once by tangedco without assigning any reason. (14.3.20 & 18.3.20)
                          2. Knowing well lock down situation, why tangedco not taking any initiative to change the meter in between 14.03.2020 to 24.03.2020.
                          3. Failure of new avon meter within 18 months from the date of installing in my home, what is the self life the avon meter.
                          4. New meter which was fixed on 11.05.2020, highlighting validity of the new capital meter - 5 years.

                          Request: refund of excess paid amount rs.3222/- as requested above.

                              Is that compulsory to submit the request via for a new connection, can't you accept the request directly i. E application form filled in by the consumer?

                                    Here the village where i m staying has no power for more than 3 hours... Actually here, not even a huge rain falling but no one is there to check what is happening with the electrical board. Here we have 2 kids in our home, how can we handle without the power for whole night and moreover this is not the single time, but still it repeating for the several times... There is power next to my home only certain areas where facing this problem.. Kindly check with this complaint and do me the needful...

                                      Prev. Kwh 17250 was calculted on bill dtd 21.02.2020 & present kwh 19520 calculated in 20.06.2020. This cumulative 4 months unit consumption is 2270 unit. If its calculated as normal as monthly wise unit should be less. Because of cumulative calculation unit will be high according to that tariff will be high. As this unit basis tariff rate rs.5.5 / unit. Its higher than the normal unit rate. Hereby i requesting you kindly consider & required revised calculation.
