Dear sir/madam,
Due to covid 19, i have no salary for past three months. Even i can't able to pay last due 830 rupees also.
Sir, how can i pay 6300 rupees in a single payment.
Kindly consider to segregate the amount into three or four due sir.
I don't say that i won't pay the eb bill, i request for permission to pay the amount in four payments.
Please do the needful and kindly help..

      We are living in sriperumputhur sekkadi street. Nowadays, there is a huge chain of power cut issue's in our area. It last for 3 to 5 hours everyday. Past two days having so much power cut issue on midnights and evenings. Babies and children's were struggling. Peoples who are going to works having lack of sleep. Kindly provide a proper power.

        I have shocked to see my eb bill for a sum of rs.7092/= whereas i have been paying around rs.850/= for the past one and half year. Kindly arrange to change the meter which i hope running very fast. Kindly look into the matter and set right the issue before the due date of billing.

            I am a resident of paari street, vgp shanthi nagar, pallikaranai. For months together, we have very bad power fluctuation and voltage drops here. When my electrician checked in the afternoon he said it was 160 volts only. Our ac is not working at that voltage. Hence he advised to put a double boost stabilizer, which he said will work even upto 140 volts (Costs around rs.4000). I did that. Even after that during nights, the double boost doesn't work after 8.30 or 9.00 pm (It seems voltage drops even below 140 volts!). I am afraid i will loose my good equipment like fridge, ac, heater, tv etc. Even fans do not gain speed and make eerie noises at night, and we are sweating. This is the issue faced by all the residents of vgp shanti nagar, pallikaranai. Pregnant women and kids are suffering every night. Request tneb to take necessary steps immediately to stop voltage fluctuations.

                    Eb bill reading didn't take for covid 19 problems. I paid previous month bill amount. Now bill generating double amount and double unit is used.

                    Previous bill amount is 140 to 200

                    Now bill amount is 575

                    Eb person is last reading to still reading noted

                      Kindly inform to you regarding payment for tneb yesterday i went tneb office in mannargudi i socket about by bill it was showing 7500 rs. Eavaey month i paid below 1200 rs but last bill i paid online as per government covid 19 issue i check with officer in tneb office he said as per said system showing the amount after we check reading he but last four month feb - to june 1700 unit they minuses only the amount last i paid he did not consider the unit that way i cannot paid amount until now

                        I have registered a complaint in tneb regarding powercut and they allotted me a lineman to resolve this issue whose name is mr. Murugan. He reached my house only after 24 hrs and asked for service fees in a vulgar manner which is not compulsory. His contact number is [protected], [protected]. I feel so depressed after this. How could a service man can ask for a service fee which isn't compulsory. Please do take immediate action on him.

                          Reference : My meter service no [protected].
                          The wrong meter reading is a contineous problem I am facing, due to which excess billing is generated. This is frequient issue in my region, I have raised several complaints with TANGEDCO but unfortunately nobody taking the matter seriously, issue still persists.
                          The manual reading is always a problem, in today's world there is a smart meters available which government should implement but that is for long time solution.
                          The local official in TANGEDCO to solve the meter reading problems.

                                    Street light not working since 2 months at sulur ward number 12 - ssv nagar, kalangal road. We have registered a complaint at sulur eb office and chasing for them multiple times but there was no response.

                                    And not sure why do we pay house tax, eb bills? Do the people working at this organisation ashamed of this - earning money without any service for us? Please consider this high priority and take action at the earliest

                                      Dear sir, we are living thamaraikulam 1st street, periyathoppu, manali, chennai 68.in our street, planting 2 trees morethan 25 years and nobody in that land they were in somewhere. Now the trees well growth. Since last 2015 cyclone onwards slanting over the eb main line. We were try to conduct them unfortunately not picked. And not responding still now. The branches of the trees towards over some houses, leaves dropped and staying on the main line many times it is dangerous of our electronic appliances, if rain, or wind blow heavily the branches of tree fall into some house and affect by person and buildings. Please take adequate step to remove the tree or cut the main portion of the branches towards the eb line. If the damages cause due to this trees, electricity board is soul responsibility further.
