          Regarding to remove electric post

          Address: Nehru street madhavaram

          Im staying in nehru Street madhavaram since few months before there was change in electric board post and they replaced it with new electricity post before 7 months but old electricity post was kept in road and they never took it. I have already complaint 3 times to my nearest tneb board, problem was not yet solved. I kindly request you to take immediate action

          Good evening sir/mam,
          We are from villivakkam sidconagar
          My consumer no is [protected] and [protected]

          For us the reading now oct 10th reading taken and update as 150 units for ground floor and first floor 160units

          But in aug 8th month it was doorlock we went out of station so no reading taken so from 6thmonth to 10th month directly reading taken

          Now 100 units free only calculated and given for each floor then what about 100 free units for 8th month ? Previous also door lock happened for us but the they reading calculateed as 200 units free for each floor this time only they calculated wrongly

          They calculate correctly means we dnot need to pay any amount for this month but i got bill as 300rs total for both floors

          Kindly make the changes and revise the amount in the tneb reading portal

            Refund still not provided for application number [protected], it's been more than 5 months and 2 complaints have been raised in tneb website, but no resolution. This application was cancelled by TNEB officers since they were paid in the TNEB Trichy office, but still, the online application's refund is not issued yet

              I live in Maruthinagar main road where there is no street light at three poles near ATH hospital ALS Nagar main road.Only Lamp post is there but no street lights and also it it very difficult for ladies and children during night to walk in the ALS nagar main road staring point from Kozilpannai bus stop.Kindly take necessary action.

                The poles in a row is completely damaged and It can fall anytime and can cause any human life thread. To avoid such accident, I would request the TNEB to Change the EB pole to new.

                  I got August bil with amt 3389/-. But I didn't use 740 units. I gave complaint to EB ofz, Guduvancherry. Lineman came and just checked house and said it's going correctly. Once again I gave complaint and two linemen came and checked the meter box and said running correctly. Meter box is problem. It's running fast in my house. Single fan if run in meter box red blinking fast and unit running fast. I took video of meter box and shows in eb ofz. After 1and 1/2 month they changed meter box. New meter box running correctly. August bill fully I paid. Meter box problem they didn't reduce amt. For bill duration of this October month - already more than 40days units went more than 200 becoz of this old meterbox. I didn't use anything for 240 units. Meterbox running fast as I already said. New meterbox units mentioned as 70 units. From EB ofz they said we will reduce amt becoz of meter box problem. But they didn't do anything. Now I bill for 639/-. Without usage last bill I paid 3389/-. Worst service providing in Eb office Guduvancherry. Now they are asking to pay bill without any deductions. Behaving rudely. Pls take some action.

                          I am a resident of 4/439, Muttal North, kallanatham, Attur, salem, tamilnadu and my name is Janarthanan Venkatesan.

                          I am writing this letter in order to complain about the low voltage power supply at our location. We are facing this issue for the last 3 years( which is causing a problem as we are unable to use to any electrical equipment like a water pump motor, Air conditioner, Computer system, UPS, Microwave oven and fridge. past 3 years many of my electrical and electronics systems are damaged because of low voltage issues, am paying a minimum 8000Rs electricity bill every month. we have already complained about this issue but no action has taken place yet.

                              I am living in a new flat at Shree nagar colony Saidapet. My mother aged 88 years is with me . We live in 3rd floor. I have to take my mother frequently to hospital for her treatment.Due to low voltage either our lift got stuck midway or it will not function.                                 Unable to get my refund status

                                Recently I've applied for a Additional load on my TNEB connection and paid Rs.13500 as payment. Due to some reasons the Application was rejected.

                                I received a SMS from TNEB for refund. I've provided all the bank details and submitted it, but after even after one month there is no single response from TNEB.

                                I reached out to the nearest EB office but I didn't have any idea about refund.

                                Sir am from chennai, virugambakkam, Chennai_600092. I have raised complaint regarding, powercut from yesterday(28-sep-2022) night 11.30pm to today morning 2am still(29-sep-2022). I called nearly 5 times. But the issues not sorted out and no proper response from the customer care person (1912). Whether the number is applicable for people serving. I have seen such worst response .                                   This is to bring it your notice regarding regular Powercut issues in my area.

                                  If I have an issues (power cut) self call and informed to customer care Helpline Tambaram, EB team abused me in a filthy manner while I am calling for issues in my area.

                                  i can't tolerate this kind of words from such a govt officials / employees.

                                  I felt shamed.
