I have tried multiple times to add consumer number in TNEB site. But i'm able to add so.

I have cross verified with my EB card as well. I have given correct region and consumer no.
Still I get same error again and again.

The account is active too, still i'm not able to add consumer number. It says 'invalid consumer no'

Please help in resolving this problem.

    Minimum 4 to 5 times in a day there is an interruptions of power supply in west kalmandabam street, opp lane to Benny backery, several complaints were made to the concerned, commissioning of pillar provided at the street 6months back. Hence it is requested to commissioning the pillar box at the earliest so as to aviod frequent stopage of power supply please.

      I have been charged 320rs in aug'18, monthly once or twice we visit that house. I have reported to EB office before the due date to correct. But they neglected(by system not working, no net connection etc) and finally charged me 629rs. Now again got a bill amount of 960rs. Which they are not giving proper answer and asking to pay. Vengal EB office.

        It is heartfelt to write that I am staying in my newly built own house at Kilpauk area and the house has concrete flooring that is neatly laid in front of the house. Before relishing the happiness of our own house, the TNEB people who came for laying some new electrical cables started to break the concrete flooring in front of my house without any prior intimation.
        Even though we had requested to start digging beyond where the concrete floor ends, they refused and destroyed the flooring and laid the new wiring from the junction box fixed to the right side of my house running through the front face of the house. In this regard, photograph of the people in the scene of this unlawful/pitiable action is enclosed for favour of information and further necessary action.
        Moreover, the digging was done too close to the gates and walls of the house which is clearly visible from the photographs. This has affected the strength and stability of the structure to a great extent. We’re currently noticing fire sparks in the junction box & smoke evicting from the wires. This is a clear case of lackadaisical attitude wherein they failed to apply their mind just to facilitate smooth completion of their own job though flawed, compromising on the safety of the building. For safety purposes, this junction box shall be migrated from here to a suitable location as well.
        It is sorry to say that even after repeated requests to the people and asked for the identity, they refused and started to use vulgar and unparliamentarily words to abuse us. It is heartfelt to see that this incident is condemnable and will also bring down the goodwill of TNEB at this area.
        It is therefore requested that necessary action may be taken against the alleged staff who were indulged in this issue and necessary repairs may be made or compensation shall be given. I’d also state that in case the reply is delayed or unfavourable, I’ll be compelled to approach the court for further legal action against the staff with TNEB branch so as to get a compensation. Also if the reply is delayed beyond 20 days, it is presumed that your reply is not favour to me and necessary further action will be taken by me against your branch and the staff concerned.

          Urgent ...!
          Kailash from Ayyanar nagar, Virudhunagar, and Virudhunagar district here powercut from midnight 12 am to till now 2 am.
          More than 150 houses no power. We called the local office and wireman but no one is responding our calls and they said after 5 am only will able to come. But how can we manage with babies and old age peoples without power. Due to summer season in outer side mosquito is the main problem. Kindly do the needful in urgent basis.

            Sir, we r living in vedapatti village madathukulam taluk tirupur district. often current cut in our area... til night from morning..sometimes fully current gone ..weall suffered especially children, students and old people..at.night snakes also moving here and there..so give instruction to cut in same time...but not for long time...and also this very hot season pls reduce current cut time

              Frequent EB power cuts in an ETA township area where 800 families are living... no immediate rectification.

              Days n nights people in the apartments struggle. Pregnant women, small children lost their healthy lives...this is not the first time, many families from all the states are living here...

              Basic amenity in a summer that too nowadays is definitely power...

              But even, in this hot summer, how without considering human lives they could do a powercut...

                Myself Surendar Working in Department of Post. Iam Residing @ No 10 selvalakshmi nagar dharmathupatti post near kappalur tolgate kappalur Madurai-8. We have pole break situation opposite to my home we gave comlaint to AE tirumangalam last month till now no action taken place. We have 2 yr old kid who use to play outside because of this situation we are not able to make her out. because of this there is no power supply for the last 2 days no action take we have infomred to th wiremen and AE no came to attend the fault delibberately they are doing this and if we call them they made their mobile switch off. We are the EB bill monthly without fail am sorry to say this i lost the hope on TNEB and if this is not rectified by today 08.06.2019 we will move to consumer forum.

Every night we has to call for power cut issue and they will say simply we are working on it but it is not good . Need to take some actions on it.                         Power cut happen @ 11:00 pm till now time 6.44 not yet came I complaint to 1912 they also saying will inform to concern team my complaint number 205 I have called more 50 times between these times. But there is no response simply waste government I don't no why we are paying EB bill. We are paying that only they are getting salary but they are not understanding the problems from public.

                          Hi sir, this is from Navaladiyan Apartments chinna Chettipalayam, here there is a fire in the electric post in front of the apartment which has seperate transformer, 30 mins back at around 1 'o' clock there was a burst out sound and now there is no power, after ten mins the power came again it went of with big burst sound, so please do send sime official and clear it off.                               We have installed on-grid solar power in our house in Madipakkam, Chennai. for the last two readings, the assessor is either not knowing or is not considering that the meter installed is a net-meter. When we say it is a solar net-meter, the person did not even listen. We are paying heavy amount as the assessor is noting down only the usage and not the production. There was an issue like this at the start of the installation and after that it was ok for 1.5 years now. Please do the needful for the refund of the amount paid in accordance with the net reading for the last 2 billing cycles.

                                Why power cut happens daily for more than 1 hr. It's too bad. As we are in capital of a state, chennai. We get power cuts.                                   Hi team.. We are facing power cut every night for.. Particularly 3 to 4 houses.. Street lights are on but no power at home. We are facing this problem for last one month. Every time we are running to nearest eb office to inform about the powercut.
