Sir, we r living in vedapatti village madathukulam taluk tirupur district. often current cut in our area... til night from morning..sometimes fully current gone ..weall suffered especially children, students and old people..at.night snakes also moving here and there..so give instruction to cut in same time...but not for long time...and also this very hot season pls reduce current cut time

    Frequent EB power cuts in an ETA township area where 800 families are living... no immediate rectification.

    Days n nights people in the apartments struggle. Pregnant women, small children lost their healthy lives...this is not the first time, many families from all the states are living here...

    Basic amenity in a summer that too nowadays is definitely power...

    But even, in this hot summer, how without considering human lives they could do a powercut...

    This is in mambakkam area of Kanchipuram

      Respected Sir/Madam
      Myself Surendar Working in Department of Post. Iam Residing @ No 10 selvalakshmi nagar dharmathupatti post near kappalur tolgate kappalur Madurai-8. We have pole break situation opposite to my home we gave comlaint to AE tirumangalam last month till now no action taken place. We have 2 yr old kid who use to play outside because of this situation we are not able to make her out. because of this there is no power supply for the last 2 days no action take we have infomred to th wiremen and AE no came to attend the fault delibberately they are doing this and if we call them they made their mobile switch off. We are the EB bill monthly without fail am sorry to say this i lost the hope on TNEB and if this is not rectified by today 08.06.2019 we will move to consumer forum.

        Hi we are from new Bangaru Naidu colony 1st Street . We are facing power cut issue regularly from past 2weeks it got regular and which is not a good for in which home having a kids. Every night we has to call for power cut issue and they will say simply we are working on it but it is not good . Need to take some actions on it. As a citizen Iam highlighting my issues and I hope most of the people's are suffering from this issue... Looking forward your valuable reply...

          I am contructed House - 2013. EB supply line come near house - 1st Floor. I am paid - CCW (Extra payment) for Pole SIDE ARM provided. At the time Pole SIDE ARM also provied. At present 2 months before new height pole provided but remove - Pole SIDE ARM. So EB line come near House near 1 feet distance.

Hardly 15days New connection receipt number[protected] Ramya R Rup 5700, I applied for new 3phase EB connection for my new building house.Still now the EB connection was not done... Taking to much time, That concern officers in Vellode EB office said the material was not in hand, that's y the delay happend, , Please solve the Matter at high...

              I am from 4th cross street, mkb nagar, vyasaripadi, chennai39. There was irregular power cut happen in this area for the long time. Of we connect to the respective line man he is responding very badly with unusal languages. His name was selvam from mkb nagar. Request you please take action against this issue and give me proper solution going forward.

              Updated by Jai Kumar112233               Power cut happen @ 11:00 pm till now time 6.44 not yet came I complaint to 1912 they also saying will inform to concern team my complaint number 205 I have called more 50 times between these times. But there is no response simply waste government I don't no why we are paying EB bill. We are paying that only they are getting salary but they are not understanding the problems from public.

                Hi sir, this is from Navaladiyan Apartments chinna Chettipalayam, here there is a fire in the electric post in front of the apartment which has seperate transformer, 30 mins back at around 1 'o' clock there was a burst out sound and now there is no power, after ten mins the power came again it went of with big burst sound, so please do send sime official and clear it off. Power is automatically coming and bursting with big sound so please send sone offieto solve,

                  This is frustrating while electricity break down during the night time on regular basis. We have noticed that this is happening in recent days. We people around here suffering a lot. This could cause of lake of sleeping, hence it is affecting physically as well as mentally. Kindly take the necessary action and bring the solution for this.

                    We have installed on-grid solar power in our house in Madipakkam, Chennai. for the last two readings, the assessor is either not knowing or is not considering that the meter installed is a net-meter. When we say it is a solar net-meter, the person did not even listen. We are paying heavy amount as the assessor is noting down only the usage and not the production. There was an issue like this at the start of the installation and after that it was ok for 1.5 years now. Please do the needful for the refund of the amount paid in accordance with the net reading for the last 2 billing cycles.

                      Why power cut happens daily for more than 1 hr. It's too bad. As we are in capital of a state, chennai. We get power cuts. Even thought in villages there is no power cut. It's too bad. Ridiculous. Please solve this as soon. As it is (No current cut state) why this happens??? That too we are in centre of chennai. Why this happens??? Now a days its too bad by the government of tamilnadu. Not taking action on this

                      Dear sir/madam my father applied tatkal scheme 3 phase connection at 2018 jul 2.5 lakhs the same time TNEB said with in 6 month 3 phase connection work we will complete but till date they can't give the connection we are paid money through bank only we have dd xerox. My question is when they give the connection we dont have drinking water.

                        Hi team.. We are facing power cut every night for.. Particularly 3 to 4 houses.. Street lights are on but no power at home. We are facing this problem for last one month. Every time we are running to nearest eb office to inform about the powercut. For time being they are fixing but no permanent solution, this is happening every night from 10 to 1.                             Dear sir, my consumer no.[protected]. Living in k. Chetttipalaym, tiruppur.in our opposite house, eb person living, name ramasamy, planting 2 trees last 10 years. Now the trees well growth in and around eb main line. I am repeatedly complaint to ae, k. Chettipalayam, tiruppur office. But he is not responding still now. The branches of the trees towards our house, if rain, or wind blow heavily the branches of tree fall into my house and affect by person and my buildings. Please take adequate step to remove the tree or cut the main portion of the branches towards our house. If the damages cause due to this trees, electricity board is soul responsibility further.                             Namakkal district armed reserve police quarters, when rain comes power shutdown before 15.min and rain stopped in half or 1 hour but power will come nextday morning. Ragularly we face this type of difficulty. Ex: 26.05.2019

                              Hi,

                              Could you please look into this streets located at guindy area (Near by railway stations). I have shifted my home here 3 months back. I have noticed there are frequent shutdown in this area at night time. Its coming back in morning between 9 -10 am. Why its not rectified if there is an issue in short period of time. This is not a first time its happened several time (Approx :5).

                              They really need entire night to rectify the issue. Its not tolerable, why can't you rectify this quickly.

                                Sir, we are in vivekanandhapuram north devakottai. Yesterday night we had a powercut in our street at 9.30 pm. We called eb emergency no for many times but there is no response from them. We can't able to sleep for the whole night. Even though there is know tough weather condition for the powercut. This is not first time for us. Already several times we had this same problem in our street. But there is action taken for there side. So we request you to solve the powercut problem in our street.

                                    We have a tough time getting our paid service after several personal interaction and through phone complaints the respective personnel from tneb doesn't seem to be worried about our concern as we have to go again and again calling them over the phone and all they show is lack of progress. We need our services as we find difficult again and again going back to them doing nothing.
