No meter value is written and they charged excess cc charge 2176 accd charge 2100 kindly look in to this and do the needful

Past 5 months tneb is adding acct charges and every time we are paying more 2000

I raised the complaint on 26 may but till now no response

The bill every month they have added accd charges

Please look in to this and do the needful.

Hi Team,
When I am trying to pay my online EB bill, I got the error like "Service connection not live!" After a check with the Know your service no. My service status showed "Disconnected".

So, what I have to do now. Kindly reply as soon as possible.

    It says my service connection not live my account infos
    09- south chennai and connection number:[[protected]]. I have not been receiving my electricity bill for like last 4 months and we are not even receiving bills from tneb but there is no problem in power we are getting free electricity for the past 4 months or does it comes with a heavy fine though it is a inconvenience caused by tneb itself it doesn't provide bills properly

      We are running a printing press in tondiarpet area. We are facing the cable fault in our press very often (Monthly 5 times). When we register the complaint, they are taking 3 days to solve the issue. When we ask the a. E, he is saying there is no resource... When we ask for the permanent solution, he is not properly responding... And time are coming to the work at 11.00am in the morning... I don't think this is the working time for them. We have complained this issue to the department ad and no response from him also as they are linked into the same group. We need a permanent solution for the eb issue in future. Please take up this complaint and solve this issue asap.

        I am pachamuthu from arangur (Village) vagaiyur (Po) tittakudi (Tk)., more than 3 years above in my street only daily morethan 3 to 5 hours power cut.. I am called in my assistant engineer they gave wire man no.. I called him they didn't response properly., still now my street no power., i dont know what's the problem in my street transform.. Please give me a proper reason sir...

          wrong billing amount in the server - difference between meter reading and the server

          Please update my monthly bill amount for the month of may and the meter reading taken for the meter no. [protected] dt.14/5/19 the actual reading taken and written by the tneb staff is 80 units consumed and the total amount as 1302/- but when i login to pay online the bill amount for the same meter no of [protected] states as the total amount to 6, 152/- (Six thousand one hundred and fifty two only),...

          Ambattur kallikuppam is very worst eb office in tamil nadu no proper response for customers..
          They are playing with power cut on / off switch,

          Power cut is happening regularly in day time and night time every day. Maximum 2 to 3 hours power cut happens including night time at 11 pm and 1 am to 2:30 pm.

          Reports went to tamil nadu cm cell.. Hope this issue will resolve soon.....

          Respected sir/madam,

          I am veerappan servai, sc. No.[protected]Sirugavayal) melamanakkudi sub station.

          Recent electricity charges is rs.545.00 due on 06/06/2019 for my house. It is very unreasonable and it is not normally we charged moreover we never use any additional home appliances. It may be due to the faulty meter.

          Kindly consider our bill and waive the charges. Please replace the faulty meter.

          Appreciate your kind consideration and prompt response on this matter.

            Dear sir/madam,

            We are been in trouble for more than a month due to voltage fluctuation in our house where high high power consumption electronic items are not working. The reason behind this is our three phase connection was cut off without our knowledge and given single phase connection. Our supply given to marriage hall. We have complained to je also but it s not rectified.

              We are at golden avenue velachery. There are frequent power cuts and low voltage for the past 3 weeks. Yesterday night the power cut happen at 12 and full night no power. We don't know when the power came in the day as till morning 10am power didn't come. Today again night 10pm power gone. When we call eb no one is attending the phone. It is very difficult to stay without power the whole night.

                Meter is not working and marked as defective. Raised a complaint in TNEB Portal on 4th Feb and the reference number is [protected]. Still No action been taken on this.

                Last three months, we have been charging with incorrect amount with the earlier bill amount and request to get this action out quickly.

                  I, b. S. Krishnamurthy, would like to lodge a complaint regarding my faulty electric meter. I got an excess bill for the last two months. I had checked my digital electric meter reading which is not showing the exact reading. I also submitted a complain letter on 22/05/2019 to tneb, mgr nagar, opp to sivan park, kkngar branch. Yet the action was not taken. I would request to check on the same and take the neccessary action.

                    On 27th may, the staff from tneb - salem branch visited our home to note down the reading. After we checked the eb card, we noticed that, the reading was noted faulty and it is rupees 16, 350. This is too high than our usual billing. As we are from middle-class background, we can't afford this much eb bill. Kindly consider this request and please re-do the process to know the correct bill. Please note that, we have not added any extra home appliances from last 1 year and there is 0% chance that we have received this bill.

                      complaining about eb line man

But to solve this issue on behalf of lineman they collecting amount in each house. Line man is the main source to collect the huge amount. Line man name is ramu. He is asking darely that, give me the amount then i make ready the transformer. Kumaran nagar facing these type of issues, they illtreating the ladies...

                      We are facing a low voltage issue from many years and complained
                      Many times.
                      Now the voltage is too low. We are not able to use our electrical

                        For last couple of months my area people facing power cut problems especially @ midnight like 11pm,. Even today may 28 2019, power has gone @ 11:25pm.
                        Why this happening especially in midnight. Why making us in deep trouble??
                        Are you working or #ing there???
                        Don't get money without working, only higher officers are responsible for this, without maintain and getting salary is like eating cow dung in gold plate...
                        Don't you know how it hurts if the power gone while you are entering into sleep???

                          This may cause drafting changes for the present governance.

                            Dear sir,
                            Am karunagran. K, an octagenrian living with my wife in sainathapuram. We are experiency frequent disruption of power off late after the chage of feeder from one thing to the other. Because of this only a few streets from first cross street to 5th cross street we are experiencing frequent disruption of power supply. Only these four streets are getting affected whereas all the other streets surrounding us are having regualr power supply.
                            Especially at night we are getting power failures even till 1am.
                            3 phase connections have a problem. Always one phase is on low volatge and one phase is power switched off leading all to very desparate situation.
                            All these frequent power disruption is happening after the bifurcation of supply from muslim colony.
                            Almost in our streets we all are aged people and having small kids who are suffering due to this power failure.
                            Hope you can address our plight and look ito it.
                            Even after numerous times of complaints made in eb deaprtment in sankaranpalaym office no response has been given or taken from je office.
                            Please pursue the issue and resolve it as quick as possible. Thanks and regards

                            Online SBI SB Ac mentions that "Transaction is successful & contact merchant"

                            BBPS-OnlineSBI tells that "No Transaction found".

                            TNEB website mentions that Transaction is "Not Approved by Bank".
