no power in saravanampatti during night times

No power in visuvasapuram near saravanampatti whole nights. The same thing happened 10 days back and power resumed after 13 hours (Overnight) after making multiple complaints to eb. This is becoming usual practice here and tneb does not provide a permananent solution here. We are regularly paying and debts and this is what we get it back from government and government organisations....

every day at any time suddenly drop

Staying in 2nd ambal nagar, kovur, chennai -600128

Daily we faced the current issues not only the summer... Per day minimum 2 time,
Suddenly cut the power everyday at any time and must at every night time.
Especially 3 phase gone suddenly everytime.
Today power cut at 11.30 still we didn't get the power (Time is 1.30am now).. I think 3 time...

wrong previous bills

Hi sir this complaint is about wrong billing and threating of disconnection by lineman and ae i am farmer and my crops are in trouble. My complaint regarding same was not rectified and the complaint status says it's completed. And i will not be able to pay huge electricity bills anymore because of my losses in previous crops
Please rectify the same.

refund on bill

On 18th may 2019, rs 800 has been deducted from my account against my eb bill consumer number [protected] through net banking via tneb online payment portal. No bill generated and below pasted is my online transaction details of pnb

18/05/2019 tneb/0306002380265141805201971/[protected]/eb bill 800.00

Again i have paid the payment through card payment via same portal and it has been reflected on tneb portal...

cc arrear charges

Dear sir,

Eb no. [protected]

I have been charged eb for the month of may'19 for the units consumed 520 (Rs. 1912) along with that there is cc arrear charges of rs 2, 162 even though i have cleared all dues on time and there was no outstanding payments.

Could you please let me know on what basis it was calculated? And could you please revise cc arrear charges asap?

wrong billing - amount needs to be reverted

The tamilnadu electricity board, chennai south [madipakkam], the eb staff has not taken any consumption reading for the past 2 months, but it shows 'meter reading not available' suddenly last week its shows the last time amount which i already paid & the same needs to pay this time too. The remarks shows door locked,
This is untrue since no one visited my residence nor contacted my phone number, but simply has updated that door locked....

tneb name transfer

I have bought a second hand flat and i am trying to do the name transfer, one of the employee asked 2000 rs for name transfer, is this really required this amount for name changing, i have my sale deed and last three months payment bill. Kindly do the needful. I am in perumbakkam and my eb office is in sithalapakkam. They are asking 2000 rs for name transfer, please take necessary action for this....

low voltage issues

I am facing more low voltage issues. My home all home appliances are affected due to low voltage even fan also not running properly. Some time fan running 5 rpm. excess amount charged

I have been charged to pay a sum of rs.20215/- over and above the bimonthly current consumption charges as noted in the bimonthly card) comsumer no. Being [protected]. I am complaining regarding the power cut in our locality

I have been facing severe disruption in power supply since the last 2 months. Terrible fluctuations, only one or two phases coming at will. The eb officials detected breakage in cable and made a joint.in the last 2-3 months the joint has given up on 4 occassions always demanding an emergency.

reg charges to be paid for reconnection

Sir i have nit paid my tneb bill for march month on date. I checked on 26th march in app for online payment at that time my connection was disconnected. I was unable to pay the bill amount. power cut through out the day for nearly 11 hours

We are residents of villupuram town. The usual saturday shut down was announced and the power was off from 9.00a. M. Even after 7.45 p. M in the evening the power was not given.in this summer it's not necessary to define the suffocation inside the house without power. No words on the planning and maintainence of our government concerns. Proud to be an indian that too a tamilian. Jai hind!...

power shut down without intimation

In the sathuvachery state bank colony area there is no power for the last three hours. There was no intimation either. On enquiry it is found that as new connection activities are undertaken for a new hotel at sathuvachery, the power has been swithced off. Is it not ridiculous that everybody should suffer in hot and severe sun for an individual hotel to get benefit. The work shuold have been undertaken in the period of evening or morning...

I'm complaining on voltage drop in my area.

Im from area called venkatesapuram in arakkonam pin 631002. There is an huge voltage fluctuations in my street called bajanai koil street. We experiencing very low voltages on summer.
It suffer us lot. Aftrol we cant enjoy the speed of fan. It runs like wind mill. We experiencing only 150 to 160 voltage. Please use one or more transformers to control the voltage fluctuations.

tneb transaction got failed but refund not initiated even after 27 days

I have made TNEB payment through STATE BANK OF INDIA 3 times since i got payment failure. But the money got debited of Rs.896 each time, total of Rs.2688 debited from my bank account. I waited for some 7 working days thinking that refund will be automatically processed by their side but no refund was initiated, So I raised a complain regarding payment in www.tnebnet.org on 08/05/2019 20:05:00 complain id [protected] but still now I dint...
