Dear sir/madam
I have applied agriculture tatkal scheme on july 2018 at vazhuthavur eb division - villupuram dist. I have paid rs.400000 (Four lakhs only). But still didn't given three phases line. I went to somany time - dist. Eb dept at villupuram. So, i take somany time office leave. And loss of pay also.
So, long month taken delayed agri eb service. I need not tatkal agri service. I want money with interest.
One more request i have given complaint letter on 5_march_2019. But no responsible.
Kindly without delay for action.

    I have got free connection in feb-2019 but until now i am unable draw a drop of water because of low voltage there is only one Transformer of 100kva from which most of the power is being drawn for the crusher(near by) we all villagers meet several times TNEB for additional transformer but no result & My connection comes in the last in the line so this my kind request to reslove the issue at the earliest

      Dear sir/ madam

      I informed to you, my father-in-law running the rice mill in virudhunagar district, he expired on recently, so we need cancel the 3-phase eb line in our rice mill, kindly suggest me and already we gave the cancellation letter and death certificate to local eb office in tamilnadu.

      But they are not take any action and kindly suggest me

          My service id - [protected]. I paid rs.590 online on 28-2-19. I got a notice stating the bank has not approved. Again i transferred online rs.600/- and i got the same intimation from tneb though i got the receipt also. Canara bank has debited both the amount.
          So kindly confirm by email or through sms to phone no. [protected].in case the payment of rs.600/- is also not approved by the bank, i will make payment at the counter to avoid disruption.

          Please clarify immediately as the last date is[protected]

            This is for your kind information, that as the good gesture of the management we have paid the advance cc charges of rs 120000 with out proper evidence. We have paid the amount such that no dc has to be done. Still now there is no proper explanation for the amount raised. We have told to duly submit the details with signature from ce & se which is pending. If proper explanation is not provide our management would be force to take legal action against the concerned people involved

            This is for your kind information, that as the good gesture of the Management we have paid the Advance CC charges OF RS 120000 WITH OUT PROPER EVIDENCE .We have paid the amount such that no DC has to be done .Still now there is no proper explanation for the amount raised.We have told to duly submit the details with signature from CE & SE WHICH IS PENDING.IF PROPER Explanation is not provide our management would be force to take legal action against the concerned people involved

              Tneb line man cutted tress infront of my home which is not touch the electricity line but he didn't cut coconut trees in same street which is still touching the line 10th march 2019.

              Without intimation how you people cut the trees? Why u didn't cut the tree which is still touching the tree??

                I have applied for tarrif change before one month it have still not got changed may i know how many days it would take to change
                Though i have gave the service charge for shifting
                I have also applied for 3 phase connection when i asked avout that the tarrif would change only after phase change pls give me sone clarification about period of time to be taken

                  We have applied the new eb connection for house. The je has been visited our place and approved also. The new connection payment has been paid 1 month back. Still now the connection is not through and same division there are 30 similar connections pending (Which is application approved & payment paid). When we check with line man, je, division, there is no proper response for the same and giving falls statement.

                  Kindly do the needful.

                    Sir this complaint from thiruvallur, ikkadu (602021). Here they had cut the current regularly at late night from 1`o clock to 3'o clock.. This issue is made shift wise there is one foreman do this same issue always.. Last week the current found ok.. But this week it is always repeatable.. So please kindly atten the issue.. Please take the action as soon as possible... Hoping you sir... Thank you

                      The electric pole outside our house 39, Defence Colony, Ekkatuthangal, Chennai-32, is precariously hanging with the base that is broken, has tree brances on it and this has caused a lot of issues- like low voltage, phase outages, etc. We have complained numerous times to the EB but to no avail.
                      Linesmen who came to attend to our complaints have also said it was dangerous for them to climb up to fix the issue. We hope the AE or TNEB authorities will attend to it asap before the pole falls on passing pedestrians causing serious harm or even electrocution. Photos below

From jan 2019 the electricity consumption bill shows rs 0/- only in the two bills of jan & march 2019. While checking the condition of electricity meter it was detected that the meter is not functioning. Hence in this connection i would like lodge a complaint about defective meter for replacement of the same at the earliest pl.

                            I am a resident of "no - 511, s. A. Colony 7th street 2nd cross sharma nagar, chennai - 600039".
                            We have been supplied very low voltage of current.
                            All electrical accessories (Like tube lights, fans, a/c, washing machines) not functioning.
                            In this hot summer,
                            Either we get low voltage or power cut.
                            With kids, old people at home, it is pain.
                            We are facing mental agony and not able to do anything. Requesting to take immediate action as there is no response while calling.

                            Voltage fluctuations in tirupathi nagar is affecting all lights, fans, and electronic appliances valasaravakkam. After 6pm paranjothi Street is facing power off and on continously with voltage fluctuating highly. Tneb valasaravakkam office numbers are always busy.

                              The due date for my cc bill for bimonthly bill was 4 march. I tried to pay the bill through website but the payment link was not working throughout 1 week.
                              After the due date it's working absolutely fine.
                              I have been charged late fee which is unjustified, since the site is not responding even 1 week before.
                              I have exceeded the due date, but now the option for paying only the cc is not coming

                                Sir,
                                I am currently residing in thiruninravur, rajankuppam road, near krishnan temple. Here our locality people are facing very poor voltage crisis for the past 2 years. The voltage ranges between (130-170v).

                                During the night time, it gets even worse. I have reported many times to the local electricity board and through online complaint but still now, no action has beem taken.

                                Kindly consider my application for your review and take prompt action as soon as possible. I have enclosed the snapshot of the voltage.

                                  Sir, i am thinakaran from vandal village, vedaranyam taluk, nagapattinam district. Sir i would like to inform that no power supply for our village one street.. Reason for after kaja cyclone all electrical post replaced but my street crossing agricultural land so agricultural finishing after supply current your street say je. But agricultural finishing past 20days now days no work start in getting power supply. This street lot of childrens and students. Today 12th bord exam will be start but no power supply so students was trouble for studying. So pleas kindly request to quickly arrange power supply. Thank you sir.

                                    This is related to d. No 18/60 pondicherry road kotturpuram chennai-85.
                                    Ground floor house will not have proper power supply all the surrounding houses will get power if any issue in the main line. After power restoration our house will be in dark until we contact them number of times.

                                    Due to meter found faulty, we have been charged average bill amount of rs.5000 for the past two billing cycle (4 months). Usage went high only in summer whereas only our aged parents staying at home and they not at all using morethan one fan and light all the time. Please take immediate action to replace the faulty meter. Even we gave the written request to the local ae (Eb) to replace the meter at the earliest. There is no action taken for the past 4 months. We are loyal customer where we never have the due in billing and never had a complaint in the service.

                                    A complaint has been made to Executive Engineer Batlagundu with copy to SE, Dindigul and AE regarding misuse of EB connection[protected] pertains to vinod palanisamy . This connection is being misused. I have personally met AE, TNEB, Nilakkottai and told him about this.but no action has taken yet.
