Due to meter found faulty, we have been charged average bill amount of rs.5000 for the past two billing cycle (4 months). Usage went high only in summer whereas only our aged parents staying at home and they not at all using morethan one fan and light all the time. Please take immediate action to replace the faulty meter. Even we gave the written request to the local ae (Eb) to replace the meter at the earliest. There is no action taken for the past 4 months. We are loyal customer where we never have the due in billing and never had a complaint in the service.

A complaint has been made to Executive Engineer Batlagundu with copy to SE, Dindigul and AE regarding misuse of EB connection[protected] pertains to vinod palanisamy . This connection is being misused. I have personally met AE, TNEB, Nilakkottai and told him about this.but no action has taken yet.

    Sir this letter is for asking quick remedy that we
    Have been facing the problem of not having the electricity since two days onwards. Many times we approached the electricity officers and they are not able to take the responsibility. Due to the heavy wind in our area we had lost two electricity posts. Officers asking that we have to bring the necessary posts.
    Sir now there is examination time our children wants to prepare for the examination. So kindly take immediate action to solve our issue.

      Tamilnadu electricity board tneb or tangedco 3 phase aluminum core laying over my house balcony without any insulation. Aslo they not inform before work start. Already that cable goes straight pole to pole, but now they diverted to our home. We have children if any think happened what's solution. It's very dangerous for living on balcony. We need immediately solution and remove that diverted portion. This is my number [protected].

      I have been paying my eb bill every moth through on line payment using login provided by TNEB. For the past 3 occassions, I could not see one my service no. [protected] in the list. I tried to add to the list, but not getting included. Pl advise me how to go about. I am retired person. Pl help me.

        There is a transformer making process going on in ramapuram exactly in anna nagar thangal street its very near to the house please stop the process and remove it as soon as possible, thistranformer sure it will damage myparents who are 60+ and a heart patient, my kid is very active so i have a fear whetherhe will fall from the terrace please take this complaint seriously and do the needful

          As recently land wiring electric connection has been changed to post line connection by eb employees of manali kamarajar salai no 41, eb office, manali, chennai-68, near sasthri nagar, due to their mistake my house eb bill is 20 times higher than normal, which has not happened in my 27 years residing house. Several complaints has given to office, no use. So please take necessary steps & do the needful in time.

          As I'm residing in this house more than 27 years, recently land Electric supply wiring has been changed to post line, from that day onwards the EB bill is 20 times higher than normal, regarding this I given several complaints to Manali Kamarajar Salai, No 41, near Sasthri Nagar EB office, but no use, so kindly gave me a solution were residing in No 19, chinna kannu st, A.V.K Medu, Manali, CH-68

            This services to run the shop past one and half year eb bill amount is excess. So please kindly to check my service. We are using 4 thube lights, 1 fan only using the amount is to high for me. The near by shop as consume lower bill only but me too high please corrections with serivces.

              My father c. Muthuvel applied for agriculture power connection in pattukkottai eb on 20.04.2002. Till now we are not get the connection for agriculture after multiple follow up. We are struggling for last 18 years. Pl consider my grievance and take appropriate action to facilitate to provide the power connection for agriculture.

              I lodged a complian on[protected]/870830/dx) for long pending of agriculture eb connection which was applied on 2002. Till now we are not get eb connection and our bore well is idle for more than 17 years and we are struggling to do agriculture. Being an farmer we are struggling to survive. Please take a appropriate action and provide eb connection to do agriculture

                  With vardha cyclone, there was a small damage with the electricity post. Now the post has inclined more towards the house and all the wires are in contact with the house walls. There is a high probability for short circuit, three families are residing there. Please take immediate action as there are high chances for short circuit which is hazardous.

                  Kindly do the needful and replace the damaged post and correct the electricity cable line

                        I dr. Arumuganathan resident of staff qtrs, karpagavinayaga institute of medical sciences. Chinnakolambakkam.
                        The eb meter for my residence was damaged and was found out in 11 december 2018 as i had suspicion over high billing despite low usage... Filed a complaint and paid rupees 2000 along with a copy of my eb card. I was promised to get my meter replaced in 10 days... But did not receive any acknowledgement... I had paid the full amount on 16 december 2018... Now they had not replaced stating non availability of meter and had charged me the same amount rupees 4156... Which i can pay this time. The next billing cycle had started and i am paying for not any fault of mine...

                          In our house there is voltage fluctuation .the voltage keeps on changing from time to time from high to low for every minute.we have complained about this many times to TNEB.but we didn't get a proper response and still now the problem is NOT solved.please make a solution for our problem.(MMDA TNEB). please help us to get our problem solved .send person to repair the work and it should be checked that the work is been properly done by some higher authorities.please help us.

                                I, ram gopal dokania with address: s/o chhotelal dokania, 582/1, near subbai school, kavilipalayam, tiruppur, 641603 with consumer id:[protected] have an issue with the billing of my electricity for the month ending january dated from 25/11/18 to 21/01/19. The unit consumed for the bill dated from 26/09/18 to 25/11/18 was 100 units whereas the current bill dated from 25/11/18 to 21/01/19 has a unit consumption of 800 units. This is a clear harassment for my land which is used for agriculture purpose.
                                The bill that showed a consumption of 100 units had a bill amount of rs. 2709 whereas the bill that showed a consumption of 800 units had a bill amount of rs. 3897.4 which clearly denotes the manipulation in which the later showed a unit price of rs. 27.09/ unit whereas the latter shows the per unit price of rs. 4.9/ unit. This is a clear misinterpretation of the electric board by your meter reader representative who takes the reading of my meter put in my land every month.
                                I need a rectification on my bill dated 26/09/18 to 25/11/18 and 25/11/18 to 21/01/19 because both the bills are not interpreted in a genuine manner. Please look into the matter closely or otherwise further action will be taken against tneb.

                                  My name is hareesh. I am from urapakkam.

                                  Tneb official who came for taking the reading informed me that my meter is not working and started charging the last month's amount as my minimum bill. I have solar panel installed at my home and during this season (November to february) i used to pay a minimum amount (200). But now they forced me to pay 2600 for two times. They are claiming that they don't have meters in stock. I am worried that in upcoming months also they will ask me to pay the same amount.

                                    Street light not working for the past 2 weeks, in sengunthar big street, near the pole of house no. 70, sholinghur, vellore district.
                                    This was broken easily by monkey, since the tube light was not fitted properly.

                                      My eb connection no 438004/2074 and consumer no: 09/438/015/122.in korattur, chennai division.

                                      My reading meter is not working since 4 months and we haven't using ac, even though they are asking more than 1200rs every bill cycle. Our regular bill is average 300rs. Only.

                                      I already given petition to miratti eb office and they replied me "meter is unavailable".

                                      Kindly replace my meter...
