I was able to view my service number [[protected]] until last billing and make online payments, but unable to view now for the current billing of january 2019. When i tried to add the service number, it says invalid service number.

Please help to make my service number visible in the website, along with the historical payment details and to make payments before the due date.

    I dr. Arumuganathan resident of staff qtrs, karpagavinayaga institute of medical sciences. Chinnakolambakkam.
    The eb meter for my residence was damaged and was found out in 11 december 2018 as i had suspicion over high billing despite low usage... Filed a complaint and paid rupees 2000 along with a copy of my eb card. I was promised to get my meter replaced in 10 days... But did not receive any acknowledgement... I had paid the full amount on 16 december 2018... Now they had not replaced stating non availability of meter and had charged me the same amount rupees 4156... Which i can pay this time. The next billing cycle had started and i am paying for not any fault of mine...

      In our house there is voltage fluctuation .the voltage keeps on changing from time to time from high to low for every minute.we have complained about this many times to TNEB.but we didn't get a proper response and still now the problem is NOT solved.please make a solution for our problem.(MMDA TNEB). please help us to get our problem solved .send person to repair the work and it should be checked that the work is been properly done by some higher authorities.please help us.

      Ever since the meter is installed, I am getting only zero payment due.

      I had lodged the complaint twice in the TNEB portal but every time it shows the complain closed. But, still I am getting zero bill.

          Sir we are seeing that fridge and tv are continously flickering due to power fluctuations in last 2 months .
          When ironbox is switched on the voltage of whole house drops . Similarly during use of induction stove. Kindly help us in solving this

            I, ram gopal dokania with address: s/o chhotelal dokania, 582/1, near subbai school, kavilipalayam, tiruppur, 641603 with consumer id:[protected] have an issue with the billing of my electricity for the month ending january dated from 25/11/18 to 21/01/19. The unit consumed for the bill dated from 26/09/18 to 25/11/18 was 100 units whereas the current bill dated from 25/11/18 to 21/01/19 has a unit consumption of 800 units. This is a clear harassment for my land which is used for agriculture purpose.
            The bill that showed a consumption of 100 units had a bill amount of rs. 2709 whereas the bill that showed a consumption of 800 units had a bill amount of rs. 3897.4 which clearly denotes the manipulation in which the later showed a unit price of rs. 27.09/ unit whereas the latter shows the per unit price of rs. 4.9/ unit. This is a clear misinterpretation of the electric board by your meter reader representative who takes the reading of my meter put in my land every month.
            I need a rectification on my bill dated 26/09/18 to 25/11/18 and 25/11/18 to 21/01/19 because both the bills are not interpreted in a genuine manner. Please look into the matter closely or otherwise further action will be taken against tneb.

              My name is hareesh. I am from urapakkam.

              Tneb official who came for taking the reading informed me that my meter is not working and started charging the last month's amount as my minimum bill. I have solar panel installed at my home and during this season (November to february) i used to pay a minimum amount (200). But now they forced me to pay 2600 for two times. They are claiming that they don't have meters in stock. I am worried that in upcoming months also they will ask me to pay the same amount.

                Street light not working for the past 2 weeks, in sengunthar big street, near the pole of house no. 70, sholinghur, vellore district.
                This was broken easily by monkey, since the tube light was not fitted properly.
                Eb employees are not taking any action, even after complaining repeatedly.
                Pls advise your local eb, to replace the lights immediately.

                  My reading meter is not working since 4 months and we haven't using ac, even though they are asking more than 1200rs every bill cycle. Our regular bill is average 300rs. Only.

                  I already given petition to miratti eb office and they replied me "meter is unavailable".

                  Kindly replace my meter...

                    I'm prakash m, i reside at no12, rajalakshmi nagar 3rd cross street pallikaranai chennai.
                    Due to my personal issue in finance and delay of receiving payment i have paid my payment delay. On 02.02.2019, eb employee has reached my home and my mother was in the home. She has said to put back the fuse and inspite of several request to employee the employee refused to put back the fuse in the home. She is unable to walk long distance.

                    Seriously these pallikaranai eb office is worst government office i have seen.

                    They have got bribe for giving eb connection also.

                      . For energy meter reading of zero units. During that time iam out of the house and door is locked. The energy meter is in good working condition.                         Am submitting a complaint against the ep office stationed at anbu elam, silattur arantangi. I’m the owner’s daughter valarmathi. Adimoolam writing to the relevant authority for immediate action. Lately works were carried out to rectify the electrical connection to the surrounding area as it was affected by the gaja storm. One part of my family home was being leased to eb office. The access to our garden is only for toilet facility.
                        Our home entrance from the front layout portion. And the extreme of our garden has now became the dumping area with all the waste metal materials and wires. Would like to bring to the authority’s attention that the lease is only for the ep office for public to pay bills and not the our surrounding garden to utilise as materials storage area.
                        I humbly request the ep authority to take immediate action to clear the waste materials. Am waiting for immediate response so as to avoid bringing this matter to the higher authority if there’s no action taken. Pls also provide email address to forward the pictures for verification

                            Actually, last 3~4 years i'm used to paying my and my uncle home eb bills through tneb web portal/app, but since from last two days i was log in to the web as well app i couldn't able to find my registered consumers details, previous bills, history.

                            Really it was surprised & i don't have any previous payment records

                            I tried to register complaints through tneb web but that option also not enabled.

                            Also, i could not able to pay through online last bills

                              I reached kelambakkam tneb office for meter replacement. Ci-suresh charged rs.2500 for meter replacement but provided only bill for rs.1400.
                              I asked about the difference amount and there was no proper answer from them. Is really the meter cost is rs.2500?? I required proper answer and please advise tneb staff to give at least minimum respect to consumers.
                              They not even looking the face of the consumers.
                              Please respond with proper details, i'm expecting neutrality in your actions.

Venkatesan, thandalam village is in out of order for the past one month for which representation made to the section office at kundrathur electricity board. No action has been taken till date. Due to powercut, plants are not in the position to irrigate through pumpset and all the plants are starving due to powercut.

                                      The ambattur pudhur banu nagar eb office person not give respect to any person, my wife amsalekha purchased flat in pudur main road, i approached this office for name transfer from old vendor, further i gave all documents but one official mr. Siva not give respect to us even he always harrassed us, my wife several times went to the office for name transfer but he does not give proper answer, he simply refused to take our name transfer file, he recived lot of bribe from the public, last time also he demanded bribe but i lodged complaint to this honble cm cell therefore they transfer eb name, but now this siva got vengeance and used filthy language against us, even used very bad words and harassment talk, he said our application go director office then go ee then ae then etc table then only name will be transfer to my wife amsalekha name, even he did not give respect, even he does not give form also, two days we spend for obtaining form,, to much harassment sir, he treated us as beggar.. Kindly take action against mr. Siva, my cell no. [protected].. Ambattur pudhur banu nagar eb office make harassment sir kindly take action sir,

                                        Eb office doesnt respond to phone calls, when i am being a doctor doing night duties, why cant all these lineman can do it responsibly, drinking and sleeping?? We are paying taxes, as citizens we have the right to avail our essential services, there are many complains regarding this matter, but nobody s taking responsiblity, everybdy s interested in pointing fingers at someone, why is it paining so much to do the duty, nobody is doing social service, we are paying our tax as salary to all these irresponsible fellows, change should start from every citizen...
