Respected Tamilnadu EB officer,

I am raise this complaint against worst employees of EB, who are working in madambakkam EB office. It been more than 3 hours no current in my area. We are suffocated alot for past 3+ hours. I raised complaint through CM new tele-calling service for EB and also tried call Madambakkam EB office more than 10 times (No response from them Madambakkam EB office). I lost my sleep tonight. I am suffering because of great people who works in EB office (Especially Madambakkam) without responsibility.

    I'm Ranganathan from Lakshmi Nagar, East Pondy Road, Villupuram. Current cut in my area most of the time. When asked to EB office no proper answer. This current problem is happening often for 10-15 days. And daily current cut by night also. Very poor service.

      I'm currently residing at Maharajapuram, East Pondy Road, Villupuram - 605602. Here the power cut is for very long hours like 10-15 hours a day and this happens for almost 10 days in a month. And this issue is only the streets under Lakshmi Nagar whereas the nearby streets under Ganesh Nagar has no power cut issues. The power cuts are mostly in midnights and early mornings during 2-3am. The EB office persons also not responding if asked about this. Only the streets under this SB office is facing this issue.

          Sir i need to understand how road cutting chargers for laying a underground cable is being charged by tneb on my own property and passage that belongs to me for which i have pata and am paying property tax it does ot belong to government that they are charging, pls explain .

          Due the issue of transformer that supplies power to my house our under ground cable got burnt from the pillar which is adjustent to our gate to our house which is about 80 feet from the pillar and the 980 feet passage belongs to us and we are charged by tneb as road cutting chargers for replacing our burnt cable pls reply.

                Dear Sir, Madam,

                We are living at RR Garden, Kuppamma nagar, Thaiyur, Kelambakkam Ch 603103.
                We have been issued only single phase power line with very low voltage power supply. We have communicated the same with local EB office and panchayat but no resolution...it's been the same case for over years now.
                There is no 3 phase provision given in our place...but it's available in next Street. When we try to approach for 3 phase connection, EB is saying not available at the moment. Not sure what are the next steps.
                Please help us fixing this issue. Thanks in advance for your help.

                  Need refund - wrong amount generated

                  Hi, I'm the tenant of this house.Since i'm using this connection from June -2020. That time the connection has been reconnected and paid by the fine charges.  After some time the meter was not working and complained many times directly to the EB office and wrote a letter and then they changed the meter and it was paid by the EB bill on time without delay.                     An Employee from TNEB took reading on 12.5.2022 and bill amount is Rs :- 290.

                    Then he didn't come to take reading for next 2 months but the amount is charged 290 same as may month. and also we paid the amount 290 on (17.07.2022) within the deadline.

                    Yesterday (12.09.2022) a guy from TNEB came to take reading, he calculated the unit and amount for 4 months(May to September) and the amount is Rs:-517.

                    But, We paid the bill for july month of Rupees :- 290.But the guy charged the amount including 4 months.

                    We went to EB office today(13.09.2022) to ask about this issue. But the guy in TNEB is not accepting the Mistake on their side.

                    He is telling some silly reasons..

                    1.Door is locked.
                    2.New employee came to take reading.
                    3.They don't know where the house location.

                    I have attached the photo of readings gap between may month and September month.

                    Kindly Look into this.

                        High Electricity bill

                        Sir im residing at medavakkam. My eb card number is [protected]. My regular bill is below 2000 and this time it comes around 12000 which is unacceptable. when I looked my bill history for last 3 bills, all are 300 units and Rs. 530.                             We are so many times informed to our TNEB office.but till not response. Our street pole very worst damage condition. Because near by child school will be there. And so many more family will be there. (Street pole between school 20 feet only) all the families fearing all times. So kindly short out the issues immediately. And change street pole immediately.

                              Due to the falling of trees on electric post

                              I m from shivaya nagar 11 th cross, new fairlands, salem.

                              Often the coconut tree leaves fall on our electrical post and our power cut happens .
                              Even for one full night power cut happens due to the tree in my neighbour home . I have a baby in my home. This issue makes us very difficult to manage.
