Dear sir,

I am writing to point your attention towards the above-noted subject. Recently i have received the bill for november 2018, which is much higher than my usual bill amount. This concerns me a beat since last three months electric bill reader told to consume less than 100 units in this service. So i thought that less than 100 units and not paid any bill for last three months. After 3 months you told to paid fine amount 14056. This mistake not for my side you electric bill reader told to wrong reading. I asked any meter problems here in electric reader at time. She is told to consume less than 100 units,
So don't paid bill in you electric reader told. But you charged the heavy amount for fine. Its not acceptable for me. Month by month you charged extra fine. I asked the ae for this complaint in our branch. But he is told to paid fine without proper reply for online initial complaint. So i paid the all amount today. So please accept the complaint and discard the fine and refund my account. Therefore, i would request you to have the bill thoroughly examined against your record and rectify it as early as possible. Please find herewith enclosed the copies of last three months electricity bills for your reference and information.

    My eb meter is not working for the past 1 year. I have given complaints repeatedly but of no use. I have been charged heavily around 3000rs. Per month by default. I couldnt pay my bills since its too high, eventhough i have paid past 2 months bills. This month again i am fighting with them for reducing the bill. They are not replacing the meter saying that new meter is not available.
    Kindly resolve my issue. Get me a refund of excess amount i paid during this period and replace my eb meter.

      power shutdown everyday

      We belong to puliangudi located at sivagiri taluk and tirunelveli district.
      In our town we often face power shut down, i run a business and am getting affected by this very often.

      The basic only not fulfilled which brings a pain factor. Kinldy look into it sort it out in a best time duration that would help to better strive here.

      Tool last billing cycle(Nov 2018) I was able to make online payment for consumer number [protected]. All of a sudden I dont see my bill detail listed for the consumer number and when I try to add it back it says invalid consumer number

        Dear sir,
        Our native place of tami nadu state, thiruvallur district, perumalpattu post. Vepampattu tneb department control unsafe condition - electric post very dangerous condition. Street situation is bad electric post no 56. Maruthi nagar, railnagar, last week have met an accident thru current shocked and my leg are legment not able to walk, already morethan time informed to tneb dept. But govt representative not responded & no taken for action. Note - one more addition post in near by the same places. Future days anything issues for created in public but responsible for govt. Pls necessary taken for this requested & changed for the post.

              Tamil nadu electricity board (Tneb) post problem — post totally damaged and no power during my motor shed past 7months

              Dear officers,
              First, is this complaint would be taken care?
              We are from below address facing no power during past 7 months (Minimum) and post was totally damaged and fall down. (See the photos),. Since from 7 months. We conveyed same to village superiors. But no action.

              Request: if so please cut total power to our line and connect other line.
              So please be actionable at earliest.

              Now now cultivation from my land because no power from past 7 monts in this reason.
              2 or 3 times went kklr sub office no action taken.

                There is no proper service in our area. Once the power is gone they are not even taking care of it..in morning times also they usually don't do anything and the power cut leads to 2 to 3 hrs maximum. It normally goes in the evening were childrens are not able to study and also usually in the morning times were childrens are not able to go to school.. It makes a day very hard.. We have more than 10000 houses.. Schools, colleges, everything but no use none is taking any further action regarding this please help us taking some further actions on the following

                        I have been using the eb site for more than 3 years. Yesterday (30th dec 18) i tried making payment but the after logging in, it shows no records found. I am unable to make payment. My connection no is[protected] region - north madras 01.

                        Yesterday (30th) i tried it atleast 4-5 tiomes and again today moring a few times. Not sure if the site is down duue to maintenance or someothing like that...

                          I'm residing in kovilambakkam, chennai 117, i have been paying bill as domestic bi-monthly consumer.in august month of 2018, they didn;t take readings here we asked them about that, they said we will calculate for next month and it will not affect you like that., likewise he adjust the bill to next month, so we paid rs.3364 and payment is over. But now again this month billing also exactly rs.3364, how it is possible?, we asked in office, they are not responding properly simply saying previous month adjustments. But the problem is first of all he should take readings in correct month or else he should divide it equally so that it could sense correct average. He divide the bill which is favouring for him. Our total units from june to december is 1490 units. He divide it into (740, 740, 10) instead of taking average, if divide like this means as you know i[censored]nits are more than 500 the charges will be doubled. So they used like this. We checked our meter reading and also their authority came, checked and noted readings for past two months as mentioned in reading book i attached, but the corresponding officials of tneb striked it and changing infront o[censored]s (See in picture). Request you to please take necessary action as they are charging this month also double.

                            On 25/02/2018 i have made online payment on tangedco ae exam online payment option. While am trying 1st time i received pending status then i tried once again for payment then also i received pending status. Then the status changed to refund is in progress for one transaction. Its been about 6 to 7 months. But still the amount is not credited into my account. How do i get my amount back of rs.590. Is it possible? I want to know from tangedco.                                 I stayed in this address last 5 years... Rented house... This month eb workers came and check the reading... We forget to give the eb book to him so next day we went periyar nagar eb office... I asked the bill amount... Officer says its 2500 something... I shocked because there is no expensive electronic items in our house... We have tv fans light fridge washing machine thatsall... Then why this much of amount i asked to officer... Officer says we don't known you must pay this amount... Then i arrange anyone of the eb worker to check your meter... But no one came here still now... Its not far... Please check our meter and solve the problem please... Thank you

                                  I tried to make online my electricity bill (Tneb-tangedco) through sbi bbps service. The tneb biller's name is not appearing in the pul down menu. I wanted to add the biller inthe system.
                                  . But thetneb's (Biller) unique registration number with sbi is not listed or added in the list. I am not able to get it from anywhere
                                  . When i try add it the system asks for tneb billers urn. Either you add it with sbi or let me know the urn so that i would make online payment for the bills - srinivasan. R

                                    Eb meter fixed at my residence and when i went to pay the bill on 20th october 2018, i was informed that the display in the meter is not working so i had to pay the average amount of the previous two months. Since it was summer time, i had paid the bill. I was also informed that the eb meter will be changed immediately by the department people.
                                    When i went to pay the december 2018 eb bill, the ae informed me to pay the average amount of the previous two month as the meter is not functioning. I had paid the amount rs. 2737 and asked him when will be get the refund as i have paid excess amount as it is winter now and i have consumed less electricity. He told me that it is their policy and the amount will not be refunded. He also told that till the new meter is fixed, i had to pay the same bill (Average amount of the previous two bills which is rs. 2737).
                                    As i am not using much of electricity during these months, i am been asked to pay excess amount for no mistake of mine. Eb meter was not changed even after 3 months. Last year my december month bill was rs. 740 and october 2017 bill was rs. 980. February 2018 bill was rs. 680.
                                    I need help in getting back the excess amount paid or to be adjusted in my next bill. Also the meter to be fixed immediately
