Am from Kodaikanal Stay in MM street ( building society) in my home EB department workers this month electricity bill charged too high comparing past months I went personally and spoke to office people there is no response

    Dear sir/madam,
    We have noticed sometime back there was a connection given from the transformer at the 10th street corner at i block to i-34 house and this connection has been given through the rain water drain by the concerned workers to avoid certain expenses by short cut method.
    During the rain when the water is flowing from the rain water, there will be current flowing from the water.
    We need assurance from the electricity department that there will not be current flowing from the water and the connection given is technically sound.
    Please look in to this matter urgently as rainy season is approaching and during the rains almost 1.5 feet water is logged and stagnated.
    Please look in to this matter in the interest of all the residents and the department.
    If the matter is not taken up immediately, we may report to the higher authorities.

      I am from gingee, villupurum district.in my home, neighbourhood 3connections eb wire are sagging at my ground floor steps and at first floor, i cannot easily went to first floor because eb wires are easily to touching to my body and head. And now am constructing my home.. The wire are disturbing for the workers. Am gave my issue in written letter to engineer in tneb office in gingee. Today the staff came my home, at the starting speech of the staff was so too rude and shouting. He not listen what am saying. He speaking in arrogant way. And the staff speaking to neighbour members in silent way. [am asked to him, sir here is raining the wire are touching, if any incidents occurs mean what you do sir - he replied to me:we do no anything]. But he not give proper solution to me. The way of speaking of the staff are different. This is simple issue. The whole street are seeing our home due to the way of speaking of the staff is look like fighting with someone. But most important i want to say is the staff is too arrogant speech. I need solution for my problem. Then in my location the officers are not responding.

        We have called the tneb people to inform our lack of electricity in 2 phases several times in the past 6 days. Our school is an ngo catering to handicapped children. Kindly do the need ful to restore the electricity in the 2 phases. We have made some temporary measures. Kindly expedite the issue.
        We function from from 10am to 3 pm. From monday to saturday.

          No current for the last 3 days for our apartment.
          Supply line to the building is cut. The issue us bit resolved yet. Three days of powerless issues.
          Water tank is also emptied. There are families in here with small children. So lack of water for cooking and bathroom purpose are a major problem for us. Only if the current come we could pump water to the tank. So please take action

          Sowcarpet In my building their is no power since past 3hrs have complained it many tyms in 3hrs bt non of your Men's have sloven it.. it's becoming difficult for us kindly solve as soon as possible
          We are residing at end of Thendral nagar, Anaikaran chattiram, sirkali TK, Nagai Dt.Pin-609012.
          There are 4 Nos. of steel street light post have been installed and there is no lights.As it is very difficult to claim up for if any maintenance purpose, please replace them with the concrete post.Found some concrete posts are lying there.

            On 16/11/2018, due Gaja cyclone, the tree fell on the street post in 126- C, main road, kollapuram, nanilam taluk, thiruvarur district. It has been 6 days and no action has been taken inspite of complaining to Peralam je from day 1. New born baby is there in the next home and Kids are suffering without current. Food storage without power is also difficult please do the needful as soon as possible

              Main electrical line hanging in kaveri street, poompozhil nagar, avadi, chennai -62.
              Frequent verbal complaints were made telephonically since morning (21 nov 18) but the technicians are yet to attend this complaint. The wire is cut and hanging over other wires and lying over the fencing.
              This type of complaints needs to be given priority and seriously.

              Kindly intervene.

                I made my TNEB bill payment on 04/11/2018 through net banking Rs.470/- & Rs.50/- amount debited from my account and bill generated. Later the TNEB site shown the bill amount zero. On 16/11/2018 TNEB staff collected the bill payment with late fee Rs.530/- & Rs.110/- stated that your payment not done after shown the bill.

                  In tamilnadu pudukkottai, periyar nagar area, disconnected eb wire & fallen post, will be rectified or not, on account of the gaja cyclone occured on16.11.2018 :people in low lying areas move to safe buildings in view of cyclone landfall occurance.
                  How many days we are sufferring from eb power disconnection, sleepless night, no fan, mosquito biten, mobile cant be charged, no communication between outstation family members relatives, for water also motor cant operate due to eb power disconnection, no mixie grinder operation, cooking problem due to power disconnection, roads are very dangerous, wires are hanging on the street, wires are fallen & lying on the road, in front of house.. We cant go or move out of door steps also due to fallen post in door step, wires are hanging...
                  As soon as possible, please rectify our eb disconnections.. We are suffering much for our basic necessitties..

                      Last meter reading was taken on 17.09.2018 in nellikuppam road i. E., in lancor apartments. As per guidelines meter reading is to be obtained once in 2 months.in this already 2 months exhausted and no lineman came for taking meter readings. This caused delay in taking meter readings resulting in more units for longer periods. If the reading is taken for 60, the reading will be less than 500 units. Since reading is going to be taken beyond 60 days, the consumption will be increased for more than 500 units. If the no. O[censored]nits exceeds 500 the billing will be doubled. For no fault of the customer, he has to shell out higher amount. Hence, kindly bill the consumers proportionately ie., actual consumption for 60 days or 2 months only.

                        Due to high voltage at our residential complex., many electric appliances have bursted.. We complained already at local eb office but they didn't response properly. We want immediate action against this. As it is a residential complex there is a chance of affecting many families living here... Also children are living with us. We want to concentrate on their safety also...

                          I paid my tneb bill through tangedco app on 4-nov (Deadline 9-nov) and i got a mail from tneb on 14-nov saying my payment not approved by bank and got below in mail for the 5 transactions i made. Due to that i again need to pay my bills immediately to avoid disconnection with late fee. I paid the bills with late fee and contacted bank. They said it was debited and credited to tneb. I need the amount to be reverted back and because of this i paid late fee too.

                            Meter is not working for past two months but not replaced yet. And in my room there are only 2 nos of 9 w bulb but my bill was about 531 RS as taking as average for one year.before me alternate person stays in the room uses mixy stove etc so that much ammount in previous readings.pls change my meter immediately or reduse my bill ammount for my currently connected loads.

                              extreme fluctuation in current

                              We are experiencing extreme fluctuations in the current since the past 3 days at d block, 7th street, chintamani, anna nagar east. It is so bad that we are afraid to turn on our electrical gadgets lest they blow up. Acs, tvs everything is at risk. Even the lift has a technical issue on account of the extreme fluctuation!

                              Kindly fix this issue immediately. We are running out of patience now....

                              In my street, street light not working for more than a month its happening repeatedly last also october, november, december, january, february its not worked again this year also started.. It is the main street connecting bazaar street lot of chances to take an accident so please take immediate action...                               TNEB marked as resolved but still its not resolved..
                              My application date 14.8.2018 not yet change the tariff
                              No reading information is given to the consumer. Without informing us how could i pag my bill and last date. Just now they pluged out my fues asked to stand for few mins ill pay my eb bill but without patience they went. No answer when calling to Kanadukathan EB office and even called to AE of EB office.

                                  Sir my application dated 24/09/2018. Ae is demanding too many documents to register my application. As per rules last eb bill is enough for ownership proof.
                                  More over there room of 100 sq feet in my upstairs. There is no measurement stipulation for giving s/c. There should be permanent physical segregation of areas. It is there in my house. They need not worry what is inside the room. It depends on how the consumers utilises it. There will be toilet bath room inside the room. It is the look out of the consumer. Earlier se inspected my house and given orders to effect connection but ae ade de are not in favour. Se could not implement his order. Still pending. Request intervention and justice. Papers are with me.

                                    Sir, my village is kottaipatti, thumbai patti post, melur tehsil, madurai dist,, 3 electric poles and power lines totally destroyed during kaja puyal on 15 november 18. Lot of tree's also broken. Please evacuated all power lines and install the electric poles and lines on this village on priority basis. Here all of people is former. Panchayat of kachirayanpatti no till any work done against. No any eb department reached this village. Myself serving in indian army in punjab sector. My family and parents are living in this village. Thanks
