We, the residents of aindhupanai would like to draw your kind attention towards the poor upkeep of street lights in our region. The street lights in our region have not been repaired for quite a while. During the evening individuals frequently stagger down. Additionally, non availability of proper lighting across the streets increases a further chance of accident and other mishaps. There is an insecure situation when women come alone in the night and also lot of vehicles pass through this route so that accidents occur so i kindly request you to take necessary move towards the problem... Venue:t. Goundapalayam road, aindhupanai, kadachanallur (Po), kumarapalayam (Tk), namakkal (Dt), tamil nadu 638008.

    eb meter display blank

    Hi,

    Our eb meter display is blank with the back light on but there is no display. This month they should have taken reading but i have not received anything so far. Please help to resolve this asap.
    I think we might be charged previous month bill which is very unfortunate since we paid more amount due to summer but since last couple of months it is rainy season in chennai, we have not used a/c and expected less power...

    I, (Residing at motilal street, first floor, house no.3, t. Nagar, chennai 600017,), would like to inform you that since we were out of station last month (Oct.2018) we could not make payment of eb bill ₹50/- before due date and hence the connection was disconnected. As soon as we returned back we had made payment of eb bill with penalty ₹128/- on 08.11.2018.in order to make payment of eb bills online in future i proceeded to register by submitting details of my service connection no.[protected]. When checked details screen displayed "service connection not live". My frequent contacts to your department personnel are of no avail. My land lord also informed that he had deactivated on line payment already. Please extend necessary help for proceeding further

      Hi,
      I'm writing this to know about non-payment of tneb bill.
      I have bought an plot last year having single phase supply for sump motor. Since we haven't use and residing in bangalore, we didnt check the bill. Last week when i just went and checked the status of the eb connection, i came to know that there was a bill of around rs.7000 is not paid from june'2017 (Almost 18months) and the status is in disconnected mode. The corresponding location tneb office payment section officer told he cannot enable the connection as the system is not allowing to accept the payment and asked to goto aao office.

      My questions are:
      1. Since it is not paid for almost one and half year, is there a chance of permanent disconnection?
      2. Whether aao office (R) can resolve our issue and enable my tneb connection again after i pay the dues?

      Didn't no one attend the complaint.. He didn't response.. Today I need a power supply.. many time I was called him he didn't response what kind of duty this is..like that only he did everywhere.. he was take charges for every complaint..

      In between collector office and derik super market opposite to Raymond showroom; there is a post inclined and about to fall. Set it right immediately.

      There are a total of about 100 homes in this area, but all households have very little electricity. Sometimes the power outages are either emergency or very low

        Near my house one eb post is in falling condition and it may fall at any time. This is high voltage equipped line and seems to be dangerous and kindly take immediate action before any unforeseen incident happens.

          Payment done on 9th october 2018 using sbi credit card on tneb for 5 bills. Only two got credited but 3 payments not credited on tneb but amount debited from sbi credit card.
          Tneb has declined because they do not have data.
          Pursued with hdfc payment gateway team and got the information that amount was received from credit card but due to payment gateway problem that the amounts were not credited to tneb.
          With repeated reminders, followup, got the transaction details from hdfc team.

              Fuse taken from my house. Bill payed. Please give the fuse back as current is not available children are there. Eb person noted the meter reading and went off without informing us or entering team note. How come we know that he has noted the eb reading, if we are out of station what will be the case. This is quite ridiculous. It is a shame that tamil nadu eb sector is like this.

                  Since we, residing at first floor of 1, mothilal street, t. Nagar, chennai, were out of station, we could not pay eb bill. Of rs.50/= before due date and hence en connection was disconnected
                  When we came to know about this subsequently we had arranged for payment of the same on 08.11.18 and paid rs.128/= with penalty
                  In future to avoid occurrence of such mistakes.., we have decided to make payments on line.

                  While registering for online payment in tneb portal for sc no.[protected] i could not proceed further due to error "service connection not live". Please resolve the issue.

                        This is john rathnam, my address no 258 siva sankaran street, erukkancherry, chennai -600118, past 10 days am not getting proper current supply for my house, i complained lots of time to my respected eb, the lineman came and give temperory connection due to this, hardly 20 times in a day, the power will be cut and came back for after long time, this situation are going on past 10 days, so many electronics products are repaired due to this un usaual power cut, please take an immediate actions for this problem as soon as possible...

                              The transformer available in kottampallam of erkolpatty of eriyur ae hurisdiction was burnt off on 30.10.2018. There was no electricity upto 01.11.2018 when this was brought to the knowledge of the eb official the same was rectified on 01.11.2018 by 07.00 pm again the transformer was stuck down by 7.30 pm. The complaint was not attended by the eb officials till today. There was no electricity from 30.10.2018 to till date. Without electricity no water is pumped. It is not known as to how to make livelihoods including the animals. Pl change the transformer urgently

He is working in thukkanayakkan palayam eb office (Nanjai pullyam patti[protected]. He ask money for consumers... I don't know why we are giving money.. The government properly provide salary or not.. Is this situation continuous how we are alive.. Basically i'm from poor family.. My dad earn daily 200 to 300 rs.. But mr panjayan ask one complain for 100 rs. Please take immediate action. Thanking you!

                                    My Electricity connection No is[protected]and on 2/5/2018 Ac-counter of electricity board member put previous month average amount for electricity charges due to the reason that my meter is not running.. This is totally wrong. My house shop no 13B is sub meter of 13D meter and previous month usage of current is more than this.But on February/2/2018 we have get a new connection ([protected]) for 13B. For that 13D electricity connection usage is too low for above reason. Accounter had wrongly mention that meter is not running and he changed the meter and put fine of Rs.4, 808 as of amount we paid. Due to this reason on 3/9/2018 meter balance amount Rs.965 and new meter deposit amount of Rs.700 and electricity usage amount Rs.620. Totally Rs.2, 285/- as be collected from your side.As above reason I give an complaint on 28/5/2018 and 06/06/2018 that I paid whole amount what you mentioned and return back my reasonable amount or reduce my amount on next bill. I[censored] need any copy I will give you in proper manner.

                                      electricity bill not generated

                                      I paid my last eb bill on august after that we didn't get any update regarding electricity bill on tnebnet website.

                                      On my apartment usually we all pay bill at a time but now all they got electricity bill updated on website, except to my consumer number.

                                      Always we will pay using tamilnadu electricity (Tnebnet.org) website.

                                      I raised complaint also but till now i didn't get my eb bill even after...
