I paid my last eb bill on august after that we didn't get any update regarding electricity bill on tnebnet website.

On my apartment usually we all pay bill at a time but now all they got electricity bill updated on website, except to my consumer number.

Always we will pay using tamilnadu electricity (Tnebnet.org) website.

I raised complaint also but till now i didn't get my eb bill even after...

The tamilnadu electricity board, chennai south [selaiyur], they are not taken any consumption reading for the past month, suddenly yesterday i received bill of rs. 2704/- they calculated amount based on the last time amount which i already paid & the same needs to pay this time too.
More-ever in my e-bill, previous reading showing 1420 kwh and current reading also showing 1420 and i don't know on what basis they assessed consumed...

EB Electric RCC post is very close in my house and electric cable wires are very close in my house parapet wall and balcony. There is a EB pole where my child hand touches the balcony. The RCC post condition is heavy crack in top of the portion. This may be shifted. Small kids are playing in the balcony it is very risk for my house. Please safety measures are taken up immediately.

This is a complaint about no power in or fluuctuation of power for more thannot18 hrs ashthalakshminagar 13th street, this is absolutely the worst cities i have lived in, where there is no in charge of any concerns, this is actually dangerous and because of power fluctuating the electronic devices are not working and am sure nobody from the govt will be responsible for this. In the mes card referred above, the reading amount has been written as 355 units current consumption charges rs.695/- on 20.08.2018. This current consumption charges rs.695/- was paid on 31.08.2018. Last three years our mango form production is very poor due to water issues, so we have put a borewell and applied electricity connection in uthukottai, but je kumaraguruvan is asking bribe of 40000 and connection charges 10000 and during fitting he needs 1000 for 20 people and food. Hi,
We are facing continuos power shutdown and voltage drop in our residence and nearby shops. We have reported this issue several times to eb but no actions take as of today. Also, the response from eb is not satisfactory.

Please find below the photos of tamilnadu electricity board (Tneb) electrical post at damaged condition.
This electrical post is around 30 years old and condition of the electrical post is very pathetic and it can fall at any time.
We have complained the same to concern zone representatives...

I have requested eb board to change the meter for temporary on 18th october 2018 and paid the amount for the same. And 3 field officers came on 24th october 2018 to change the meter board. Finally they are demanding for 1000rs as a charge for their work. We don't have a option to say no, because of we need the electricity. Please take an immediate action to those field officers and branch officers. And this has to be stopped.
