Hi,

I feel ver bad about tned service and i am very angry.

10 months before power spark happend because of rain in our street main box because of that our house 3phase power cable was burned and damaged. So eb team fix it through temporary connection using some normal single phase wire (We bought and gave it). And we submitted request letter to change new power cable connection....

Line man is not coming to make ready the eb line of our home. We have calling from yesterday morning. His replying that i can come i have personal work i wil monday morning only... He is not alotting his additional line man. His words are so rough to hear.. Unnecessary words are using with us.. We have given concern respect to him but no respct from him. We are from alr layout, shakthi nagar, pongalur, palladam, tiruppur district, line name...

In kurinjinagar only around 20 house power cut has happened exactly at 10.10pm. The same moment has happened day before yesterday exactly at 10.10pm and power came next morning 7.15. So i called the below no and got the reply like

It is informed that meter reading was done in some houses on kannagi street perungalathur ten days before in the august month. But in some houses, no meter reading was taken which is confirmed while seeing on online for payment no information about payment details. Now when, the metering reading is taken by your staff in left out houses we have necessarily to pay higher charges because the reading may cross the slab limit (I. E. Abover 500...

We refer to your online bill due for payment on 20th aug 2018 which is exorbitantly high exceeding double of that of our normal monthly bills.

Being the last day we were advised by your office staff to pay the bill in full and claim refund, hence we have paid the bill in full on 20/8/2018.

On scrutiny we find the following:

1. The fixed charges claimed is rs 140/kw where as it has to be much less...

Normally we used to pay the bill below Rs 1000/- only but this month I had pay Rs 7400 /-

I don't know, why there is sudden change in the bill despite using as same as last month, So please look into this and resolve the issue as soon as possible...

for past one month there was a frequent powercut in our place Minjur. without any reason there is a powercut in our place. we find very difficult to lead our day to day life.. If we call to our Minjur EB office, the employees keep the phone engaged and did not respond. If we go inperson to the office, then also there is no proper response.
