I am ashok, we are residing at 12th street, engineers avenue, sunnambu kolathur, keelkattalai.

In our street the lamp post cable is hanging very low also they made cross cable connect between the street instead of parallel.

We have informed several times to local eb and called ae ([protected]).

Yesterday the cable touch together and burst there were supposed to die more that 10 people but still there is no action and the cable is hanging very low.

Please take necessary action to fix the issue we are scared about this issue.

Meter reading of may 2018 is 25130 unit 620 RS.2572/- now July end we are not available in home.but meter reading people entered the previous amount .05.08.2018 meter 25665 unit 535 RS.1978. excess of 5 day More.kindly retifie the wrong amount.and do need full. Thanks.

Request your help to please fix the frequent fire of transformer at Chengalpattu head post office . This is causing a lot of damage to our Appliances and fear .Please fix the problem as early as possible

    The online payment portal for TNEB is not responding to add a new connection number for paying the bills on line through net banking.
    If this kind of online payment portal is made available to consumers the TNEB will face loss as already TNEB is said to have run on loss.
    It is requested that TNEB top officials may be informed to rectify the Online payment portal.

    The already registered consumer numbers have got deleted in my account of TNEB online payment portal.This is to be restored back.
    I am residing in karaikkudi Burma colony .my consumer no is[protected] and [protected]. I have submitted to give new password to login. Got TANGEDCO Site that password link sent to my mail I’d. So far I have not received the mail.check and inform...

      There is a accident by a car which hit the electric post at dtp colony, karukku main road, ambattur in corporation div 7 ward 82 on 10th august early morning at approx 2.20 and we public informed the eb and they arrived and seen. Till now the same were not replaced with new cement post and with tilted post power restored which is not safe. Repeated contacts by our association and individuals made them to connect with the dangerous post and it is not safe to be like this and the same to be attended on war footing.         Worst eb department n tamil nadu. Wat the hell u people are doing? For past 6 hrs no power n kalithirampattu (From 5pm till now) no rain nothing but power has been cut inorder to know wats the problem nd to ask wen the power wilk come i called valuthavoor eb office they dint attend next i called kandamangalam eb office they also dint attend then i called villupuram (East) eb office they also dint attend then i called villupuram main branch they also dint attend finally i called chennai branch they also dint attend the call. I[censored] people do like where should i next call in order to complain??? U are all here to help the public only know i[censored] r careless like this in case of emergency wat should v do sir.. Please do the needful for the public.. Don't irritate us.. Small children are there in everybody's house how long will they struggle?? Consider our problem sir.

          அந்த வீட்டீர்க்கு, கதவு ஜன்னல் செய்ய ஆகும் மின் இணைப்பை, [protected] என்ற

            Hi,

            I stay at karukku, ambattur . In my area, there are frequent current cuts and it happens mostly at night . There are children, aged people and patients . And the current cut lasts for 5 to 6 hours . Please try to understand the problem we are facing . We go to work next day with tired faces and couldn't be productive .

            Please immediate action to rectify the problem .
            It would be really helpful if it is solved promptly.

              cc arrear and rcfees charges - regarding.

              Hello sir/madam,

              Kindly explain why i have been charged cc arrears and rcfees for below shown account. I have paid advance amount in advance, still they are charging bpsc as well. Then what's the purpose of paying advance amount to tneb.

                I have been trying to pay my current bill for the last two days, but unable because after i enter the payment the screen starts going to the payment link but immediately it shows the following
                "redirect:REDIRECT=?dHJhY2tpZHxudWxs"
                request rectify the defect and have the link online so that we can pay our bills
                on line and its a big inconvenience. I used to pay immediately on receipt of bill. Now i am struck for the past four days. if no relief i have to go to the office and pay.

                  The person who comes to take reading to avadi, vinayagar street has been always rude and shouts at the fellow members of the house. Today when there was obstacle for him to take reading he abused me using wrong words such as thimir, kozhupu in front of fellow members.
                  I am deeply hurt and disturbed due to this. Request you to take action.

                    Sr we are living pootteti area feeding transformer thalayankottai which was lt side fuse blowing minimum three times in a week eb people or their helpers came and connect it and collect money. From every houses it was happen past three months but the problem not yet rectified they have to rectify the problem by putting sleeves or increase the tensile strength for those conductor

                    For past one month power is been disconnected for my house
                    Without power it s very difficult to live her
                    So I kindly request you to reconnect thr power again as soon as posiable
                    Actually we are in kancheepuram, vaiyoor road, H. S avenue, in that place regular voltage fluctuation(low voltage) .daily night we couldn't Sleep. We are complaining about the problem but they didn't care about. They told morning only we will do. Please take my request and rectify the problem.

                      Past 2 years am living alone in my home. So now i consume low electricity for rupees less than 200 before that avg consumption was rs.600.in the current month my eb bill is 3310. I consumed for 125 + average short fall is 3185= total bill 3310. Tneb is telling this charge is for ur 'lower consumption'. I have to pay 3185 extra for not using the avg electeicity for last 2 years which is called avg short fall. Give back my money for unused electricity

But there is no response and they have been closing complaints docket without attending fault. More so when contacted the reply is so irresponsible and are disconnecting phone calls.

                        I'm trying to pay eb bill online using tneb website, after logged in to my account online, unable to see my account summary. Account No:[protected], username : [protected], if I go to delete number 'm able to see my service number, but in account summary it is not displaying service number, if it display only I'm able to select and see my account details

                            We are the people of siva vishnu nagar kundrathur. Here everyday power cut. Particularly our area is affected. Surrounding area not affected the power issues. Our people went to eb and forced to act quickly. But nobody response. Everyday we are facing the power issue. If we ask by phone or went to directly they told shut down. If shut down means throughout kundrathur will be power cut. Our area consists of only four or five streets only. So pls kindly take this issue and do this needful for our people.

                              Due to high voltage in our house we are enable to use any of our home appliances. The current voltage increases to 260v and drops down to 210v. For the past 4 days we are facing this problem and due to which our power supply is temporarily stopped. Invertor is also switched on and automatically switched off due to high voltage. Kindly rectify the above mentioned problem as soon as possiblel. Iam also a govt retd. Staff and please do the needful.

                                Please check if the bill is paid or refund is initiated,
                                When can i get refund,

                                  Hi. Why do we have power cut in the night? Been having it for almost 4 hours straight and counting, whichis insane. They said we in tamil nadi have excess electricity. Of which i belive is all lies. We have no one to complain to about the power supply and no one in the call center bother to answer our queries. Is this what we get for our taxes and all the bills.

                                    6no's of eb lt line and rcc pole broken from 18.30hrs.
                                    More then 30 consumers affected due to tneb pole damages during heavy wind and rain on yesterday, as per local tneb statement is non availability of lt pole will be arrange and activities may complete on 04th aug'18.

                                    We are struggle more kindly do the needful an urgency basis.

                                      This is to inform you that from last tuesday (31/07/2018) we are not getting power supply to our home. Raised many concern to perungalathur eb office, but there is no response from them. Its a great challenge for us to reach them to get into contact. So it will be great if the issue will be rectified by tonight.
                                      Hope this compliance will help us to get back to our normal life.
