Last few months the electricity bill is coming little too high for us. We don't have ac. We consume normal home appliances like refrigerator n washing machine not a continuous running component.

I would like to cross check the metre with the help o[censored]r faculty... Kindly requesting you to consider this and solve the issue asap

    From Feb 2018 till now my EB charges became high. as we are in LA1A domestic connection the charges we get is huge 5000-10, 000 per month. i visited the veppampatu EB office to sort out the issue but there is no proper response. just like that they are asking us to pay. i could see my neighbors who use the same tariff gets minimum charges. pls help us

      Sir i am from kundrathur, kalattippettai. (Near 61-nandhambakkam). Sir, everyday sudden sudden power cut in our area for past few months to till now. Please take action immediately and solve my area electricity problem. Sir childrens meet many more problems, they are not able to studying, eating, sleeping. So please understand our problems and do the needful.

        Complaint id: [protected]. Frequent power cuts in deivanayagam street, valluvarkottam zone, chennai. This has been ongoing since one year. No permanent resolution yet. Electricity problems such as complete power cuts and phase supply issues almost every week, due to transformer bursts, wiring replacements etc. This is very very frequent since the last few weeks. Calling local eb, ae, ad, 1902, chariman's cell etc. Doesn't help. No one seems to take ownership

          Velachery electric board office is the best in worst that i have ever seen. They are not responding us properly. From yesterday itself we are suffering lot for electricity. Continuously power cut. We can't prepare and eat food, can't able to sleep and can't do anything. But i sacrified there irresponsible activity. Now i'm finally registering my complaint here becoz they are doing this same activity regularly everytime powercut at night time. How can we sleep and how can we able to go to school, college and office at next day morning. They are not attending our calls also 😖😥

          EB line down touching building and is cut and in very worst condition. It needs replacing immediately as construction is going under the damaged line.

            My last two months current consumption charge is 3, 100 rs and i paid it ontime. Now i have been charged for average shortfall rs.875 on my bill. I request you to please reverse the average shortfall amount of 875. I have made all my past payment without any delay and do not have any over dues from past. I have attached the screenshots for your reference and necessary actions.

            Hello, we are facing uninformed power cuts daily at Devi Karumariamman street, Karthikeyan nagar, Maduravoyal. Please solve this. Today 10:15am power was cut and restored only at 2:55 pm .kinldy look in to this.thank you. Vimalraj

              Sir i and my street members was sufferred a lot without electricity for every three months twice or thrice a day. Our are wireman was no properly do the repairment for our area for on time needed. He also talking rough to the consumers if we have complaint to him about the problems in our pole (Electricity). Even we have properly noted in the eb register about the complaint and also intimate him with phone contact he comes to the problem after a day or two days later. Inbetween we call him to educate about our sufferings he dont care about it and talking with lethologically with us. It hurts us and we suffered like this with every quarterly of the year twice or thrice a day (S). Sir just two months before the same complaint was handle by our wireman in my house now yesterday seems there was a fired in the pole wire we have lost the electricity in my house. Kindly make proper steps to educate our wireman to give a good and kind service to the consumers please to make solve from much more sufferings future...

                We living in ramanathapuram district pannan village here in daily night we facing power cut issue.in average basis here we living 10 to 12 hours without electricity power only. No one taking care and not willing to solve this issue. Here many school childrens and infant babies are living without electricity we suffered kindly look in to this issues and do the needful.

                  I eb pole near my house is damaged and in a very bad condition. It might fall anytime. It has started to rest on my compound wall and its cracking our wall. Please take necessary action to replace the damaged pole before it causes any loss of lives.

                    Dear sir,
                    My name is venkateshan from 31 krishna raja puram west street, devakottai. Last 5 years the pole was very damaged condition and phase to phase clearance is very short and then suddenly the line is goes to trip during draining time. And the same time sorrounding peoples are getting fear when they cross the joist pole. Many childs are lives and playing that area. The thickness and length of the joist pole is very short as per tneb rules.
                    Base concrete constructed by our people. Many more times we are given applications submit to our devakottai tneb board but nobody's are visited this area and we are not able any solution till now. If you not take any action, we will get more loss and may be any dies in my area by the joist pole in future days

                        நாகப்பட்டினம் நகரம் காடம்பாடி DT புதிய நம்பியார் நகர் வீட்டு எண் 24ல் உள்ள தென்னை மரத்தின் தென்னை மட்டைகள் உரசுவதால் மின் பொறிகள் ஏற்படுகின்றன. இதன் காரணமாக தீ விபத்து ஏற்பட வாய்ப்புள்ளது. இது குறித்து பல முறை தொடர்புடைய அலுவலர்களிடம் நேரில் தெரிவித்தும் இதுநாள் வரை எவ்வித நடவடிக்கையும் எடுக்கப்படவில்லை.இன்று கூட பலத்த காற்றின் காரணமாக மின் கம்பிகள் ஒன்றோடொன்று உரசி இப்பகுதியில் மின் தடை ஏற்பட்டுள்ளது. எனவே பெறுத்த அசம்பாவிதங்கள் ஏற்படும் முன் உரிய நடவடிக்கைகள் மேற்கொள்ளும்படி கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறேன்.

                          My home in valasai village veppur taluk cuddalore district. For the past 25 days, in my house power supply not available.. From the electric pole the power is not getting in meter box.. We are struggling very difficult without power. Plz consider this issue, try to solve this problem. We already register the complaint but till itself no one rectify this issue.. Dnt ignore this message.. Kindly do immediate action for this issue.. Without power we are struggling lot...                             I have try to login in the tneb online payment. But i forgot my password (Previous i used my old laptop which is having my password saved)

                            I try to get reset then only i came to know that i did not changed my new email id in tneb on line payment.

                            The reset link was sent to my old email id which is not accessible to me right now

                            Now i want change my new email id and continue with online payment...

                            I have to know what the responsible people who to take details of reading is doing exactly. Between 03/06/2018 - 27/07/2018 is it possible for a home with single family can use 970 units. What the hell you people doing there. Do u feel people r fools over here. If you can't do the work then please leave it but don't put burden on people. And am not a fiol to accept this as 970 unit for a home with solar power. I requrst u people to solve my problem as soon as possible.

                              No power in vgn mahalakshmi nagar for past three hours. No response from the eb side worst behavioural. Tuesday was shut down day for us. For no reason they cut the power and not attending the phone calls. When i call main eb number 1912 even they are saying thiruverkad branch is not responding to our phone calls also. Some action to be taken on this...

                              Sir,
                              Sub:- complaint against one mr. Sundaram for unauthorized construction and illegally use of the domestic eb connection for commercial purpose.

                              I, m. Kullammal, the complainant, daughter of manicka naicker, hindu, age about 91 years residing at no. 47, mettu street, vadapalani, chennai 600 026, forwarding this complaint to you as follows:

                              I am one of the legal heir of manicka naicker and muppathal and of the land situated at no. 47, mettu street, vadapalani, chennai 600 026 to an extent of 1980 sq. Ft inherited by me from my father.in which i am entitled to a portion of land. My nephew one k. Sundaram, (Son of my brother kanniappan) encroached my share and put up a mini party hall to an extent of 700 sq. Ft without obtaining approval or permission from you. As a person who supervise the vilolation you did not do the same.

                              Further without getting permission from you, he has been using the earlier eb connection obtained for domestic purpose for the unauthorized construction of mini party hall for the commercial purpose.

                              Therefore i humbly pray to you to take appropriate action for using the domestic eb connection for the commercial purpose without obtaining permission and thereby take steps to disconnect the same and penalize him for his illegal action of convert the domestic usage to commercial purpose at once

Main problem that, tneb supply not flow in our house meter box. We exactly think that electric wire may be cut in my home line. Kindly resolve this problem within 1 hour or 2 hours sir.                                   I am purushothaman working in one of the private company in padavedu. Yesterday itself in my padavedu village mandabam street area is low voltage. We are inform to our near to eb station. But they are told tomorrow morning we rectified your problem. So evening to upto we are have low voltage only. They are not rectifi any problem. We are unsatisfied for our near to eb station. Please rectified our solution.

                                    Facing frequent power cut only on a particular line. Every time they change copper in box. But there is no permanent solution. Keep on happening on daily basis.
