என் பெயர் அருண், நான் கடலூர் மாவட்டம். நான் என் குடும்ப சூழல் காரணமாக எனக்கென்று தனியாக வீட்டின் மாடியில் ஒரு வீடு கட்னேன்.
அதற்கு புதிய மின் இனைப்பு பெற மின்சார அலுவலகம் சென்று விண்ணப்பிதேன். விசானைக்குாக வீட்டீற்கு வந்தவர் சமையல் ரூம் இருந்தால் தான் மின் இனைப்பு தர இயலும் என்று கூறுகின்றனர். என் வருமானத்திற்கு தகுந்த வீடு தான் என்னால் கட்ட இயலும். சமையல் ரூம் இல்லாத காரணத்தால் மின் இனைப்பு வழங்கப்படாதா.???

    My house is located at sharma street, ganapathipurm, tambaram east. Chennai.in our area daily at least 2 to 3 times particularly in the mid night we are facing power outage due to fault in the transformer or may be high voltage. This problem happens only around 50 houses daily. I request you to do the needful and give us relief

      We have been facing voltage fluctuation problem in ethiraj salai, egmore for more than 15 days from 10/7/2018 to 25/7/2018 and it still continues. No proper action had been taken from the tneb to solve the voltage fluctuation. Since the problem persists for a long time it may lead to short circuit problems leading to fire and damage of electrical and electronic products used in our office. Hence i request you to take necessary action as soon as possible.

        two months once reading

        *present tneb power tariff:*
        If you use 500 units rs. 1330/-
        If you use 501 units rs. 2127/-
        *if 1 unit exceeds we have to pay extra rs.797/-*

        This system has to be changed and monthly meter reading is required.
        Please make awareness to all.
        If you consume 1000 units for 2 months, we have to pay rs.5420/-
        But, monthly system is implemented, we have to pay only rs.1330/- per month....

When my person gave complaint to local eb department, they are informing to change the cable. I request you to do the needful and give us temporary connection.

          We are facing power cut regularly, in my locality. I tried to call many times but no responce, what for we paying fee to tneb. You giving such irresponsible act.
          I am located in varadharajan nagar thiruvallur. Here power cut made unwantedly, their is no morning or evening.

          We paying charges to you, and want to buy invertor to our house . Better close you office and go away . Waste off salaries .

            We are living in perumbakkam radha nagar 2nd main road. Every day there will be power cut atleast for 4hours. That too in night they are disconnecting the power. There will be power in the next street, but we don't know why there is no proper supply in our area. This is becoming a daily problem after the recent maintanence shut down. Worst service ever. Please rectify the problem as soon as possible.

              I am raja from padur chennai, i am staying in pacifica aurun happtness towers. My eb service number [protected]. My regular bi-monthly usage will be around 250 units and will pay around inr 500. But in the period 17th may 2018 to 21 july 2014 the consumption meter reading raised from 2160 to 2640 and consumed 530 units and bill came for inr 1978. Which three times more have to pay. Even i dont have ac in my home. I doubt that meter reading noted is wrong. Please resolve this as soon as possible because payment due date is 5/01/2015.

                Adead iron over head wire pole rusted is in front of my flat entrance which is obstructing for parking my car in the flat.The iron over head pole may crash any time on the road endangering public life and property., at 58/31, Raghavan Colony Main Road, Vadapalani, Ch-26 Please remove the pole at the earliestbefore any bad incident happens.                 I was charged RS 1689 with penalty just because it was fault form your side for Just 360 units.

                Please look into this and fix adjust the amount.

                  registered my credentials unable to activate account

                  I have re-registered my new username and password today as per TANGEDCO's mail received which has been registered and received another auto generated mail from them asking me to activate by logging in to a new website address sent. I am unable to activate my account as it shows bad credentials/not activated

                  Kindly revert what is to be done to activate...

                  Meter reading is supposed to be taken on 31 May 2018, but when we went to the EB office and asked about it, they are saying we forgot to take the reading for your block and asked to take the reading by ourselves and they will update the system to pay online. Also have a feeling the meter is not working correctly as the bill reached 7500 rupees this month, when my usage is the same.

                  We are facing severe power cut for the past 1 week (12th July - 18th July) during night time around 9:30 PM to 2 AM in the morning.

                  When asked about this to the AE in padur EB office, he is saying there was wind that's why we cut the power and another day there was only a small rain and they cut the power. sometimes when there is heavy rain they cut the power and give reason like tree fell down.

                  i think this very silly, we are living in chennai metropolitan city, we expect some basic facilities like water and electricity. if they can't provide these basic facilities in a chennai city, then can't imagine the case of rural areas.

                  In our area poolankinar, udumalpet, there is no electricity for the past two days, (from[protected], my specific area is Rajiv Gandhi nagar, I have informed to the lineman but he is not responding, please correct it, In our area many old person and school going children are there,

                    I am living in Thandalai village, near Alanganallur, Madurai. In this village, we suffer a lot, with electricity low voltage problem in our houses. A complaint letter of our village people was handed over to concern AE, at Chikkandar chavadi EB office, to replace the very old existing transformer. But, no remedy. On behalf of our village people, I request the authority, whom so ever concern, to rectify the low voltage problem, as soon as possible. with regards.

                      This month EB reading has been wrongly taken.

                      22/05/[protected]Reading)- 7500(Units) Rs.47930 (screenshot attached)

                      The actual reading is 20997 on 24 May 2018.

                      I have given a written complaint to the A.E on 24th May and 3 more times on this month.

                      This is highly irresponsible from the EB Department.

                      Still no action has been taken.

                        I am from ags colony velachery. For the past two days there have been frequent power cuts in our area. Even if the power comes back it is not completely up. One of the passes is not receiving power at all. The power is restored only at 2:45 in the morning. I have lodged a complaint against this but there is no response. The customer care people are rude and after some time they are disconnecting their phone too. People who have just one phase and are on this particular phase have a complete shut out of power

As we have asked one of your EB man he said that this street need Transformer because in the surrounding street we have only single Transformer due to that we are facing lots of problems full night with out electricity or low voltage.

                                I m S Thamarai Selvan from 132/99A THIRU nagar, hastampatti, Salem. In my home there is no current since from yesterday night. It seems to be a voltage problem. I ve duly paid all my current bills. Without current it's being trouble to do any house works.People are in my home are facing problem due to No current. So I kindly request you to check once why there is no supply of current in my home.

                                  I am Nimrutha residing at Rajaji street, Nehru nagar, Chrompet, Chennai-44.Few weeks back there was heavy voltage fluctuation happening at every night. And the issue was fixed after we raised a complaint in the Eb office. Again yesterday night we faced the same issue.It is very much annoying and we can’t sleep at night. Kindly find a permanent solution to fix this issue.
