My house eb conection no[protected] i am having trobele in voltage i have made Copland but no one is responding please help me my mb no [protected] francis an i wont any one can do any help to the people they can not even run the fan it is going very low they can install a new transformer we can even pay extra for it once you do this for public can be happy this tneb people or not bothered only they will come and collect all the charges want they wont please any body can do this help for us

    A person in kaniyur village mr. Rathinasamy patta no 13, comes under thirrupur district madathukulam taluk having a agricultural land in jothampatty.

    He got a permission for free current of 10 hp for his agricultural use. But that person is running four bore well submersible motors continuously and looting the ground water. The bore submersible motors consumes more than 20 hp power and he has two wells that consumes nearly 12.5 hp power. He didn't fix any dd switch for the change over of the power. So please take necessary action against this and save our ground water for our surrounding areas.

      They are frequentlly off the current at night timing 11 to 6 so we cant sleep properlly at night. If we called them mean they did't pick up the call also very bad customer satisfaction. For example they first switch offing the current at 9.48 mean it will take exactlly one hour to come, after that they will switch offing at 11 -12.30, 1.30-3.00, 5-6.00 like this timing they calculate and switch offing the current this is very very bad because...

      My house is at no 51, rosary church st 2nd lane, santhome, chennai 4. From 14-jul-18 midnight 12 power supply got interrupted and since next day noon 12 it was not resolved. Again from today evening 6pm power supply getting interrupted. After 9 pm till now there is no power supply. Plz check and resolve the issue to get uninterrupted power service.

        Iam staying in menambedu ambathur... Daily nyt 9.55 they cutting the power... And then return by 11 30... Don't kw y fhey are cutting by midnight... If it's raining means no issues but it's so hot how can we people sleep in nyt... If we called the customer care number means it's ringing but no one is attending the call...         My residence at rangasamy street keelkatalai which comes under moovarasampet eb service. There is frequent power cut at mid nights. Last mid night no power for an hour. This mid night it's been more than one and half hour, no power here. Last week also same problem at mid night. This is so ridiculous, if we call eb office, number is busy, sometimes they say only two at work, they will come and fix it, till that v need to wait and there is service issue coz of overload. Is this causes tolerable at mid night with crying kid, experiencing such a worst eb service. Take necessary action immediately.

            This is to inform you the consumption of eb bill has subsidy of 100 unit from tamilnadu government amma nalla thitam in tneb. Previously in online site if we calculate the eb readings 100 units will be
            Deducted for eg total consumption 580 units after deducting 100 unit 480 units will be charged and it will be reflecting in online site from tneb official site for consumer but for the month of april and may the subsidy has not applied and in online site also previous subsidy is not reflecting. Kindly take an serious action aginst this issue and do rectify asap.

              In my area a person running kulfi factory more than 8 months he is using residential meter and illegal usage of power. He is using power without submitted proper documents to tneb. I'm complaining for social welfare so please take action against this and teach a lesson for consumers do not participate in this type of activities

              Am calling for ambur eb office from 2 hrs nd no one is responding ...am sufferng from low voltage current from 22.00 nw the tym is 1.10 pls resolve as soon as possible nd also i request u pepole to upgrade ur net work for good responce.
              We are facing from last one week electrical fluctuation in our area already we have informed to foreman but there no response from him
              please check and do the immediate action for this case

                need to change street light direction

                I am residing in sambandam nagar which is nearer to kundrathur. We are receiving frequent powercuts from today at 2.45pm till now no issues resolved. If it is happening like that we are going to suffer a lot. I am paying eb bills correctly at the right time. Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest time and make sure to avoid frequent powercuts on time.

                  Sir,
                  I hereby bring to your kind attention that there was power failure often in my house.
                  In this regard, i would like to bring to your kind notice that i contacted the staff member (Mr. Shankar – [protected]) and explained to him that there was power supply in our area and even the street lights are burning in our street but unfortunately myself was suffering due to interrupted power supply for many hours and requested him to do the needful.
                  I am painful to state that my problem/issue was not solved till date. Hence, i request your good office to take necessary steps and do the needful at the earliest.

                        For the past 6 days there is a often power cut during the working hours of the day, from 9 am till 5 pm

                        In our industry we run 484 hp ht line but failure of current we have to inccur huge expense for running dg sets, which is a loss to company like paying two expenses. What is the reason for applying ht?. It has to be consistent i power lines means not to have power cuts. But here its a total waste of such facility. We have approched the local eb centres but there is no response and more over there is only one foreman is on duty and he says, all the staffs are in leave.

                        If this is the situation which is going to prevail what is the use of paying minimum demand and investing so much indistrian transformer pillars.

                        Expecting a immediate interveion on this issue

                          After vadra cyclone many electric post fell down and then after underground lining provision done and its approved. But up to our flat over head electric post lining is exists. Now the condition is worse and about to fall. Need your immediate action on this. Request to move the overhead lines to below. Kindly do the needful.

                            There is no electricity supply from the past one week. Nevertheless the electricity is not properly supplied from past 2years. The village people's main occupation is weaving. Where there is no current, there has no words to speak about family income. The government should consider village people as we are also paying to govt. Corruption occurs everywhere, there is no one has ears to hear about the issue in eb office. They expect money from us.
