This message is to alert that in our area there is no proper current supply. We can't able to sleep at night. And in the day also the supply of electricity is not functioning then how can we live happier.in our area lots of childrens were living they are struggling a lot. The lack of electricity supply we are quite emotional also, so kindly provide the proper and regular current supply to us, thank you.

    We people who are living in mariamman koil street, periyamanja kuppam pattaraiperumbadur, kanchipuram district. Are extremely fed up with the very low voltage power supply in our area. We have complained several times even directly to the a. E, but there is no response. Actually a transformer was sanctioned in our area about 10 months ago, but still there is no sign of it. The transformer was sanctioned to be built near our area, still we are not getting any response from tneb pattaraiperubadur. So we people who live in mariyamman koil street, naidu street, periyamanja kuppam are requesting you to take the necessary steps required, so that we people can get a normal current supply.

      Hi sir gud mrg. My name is praveen kumar from vellore. Am living in the village called perumugai sir. I have to raise the complain about rathanagiri eb office and our area line man name palani. If suddenly rain comes mean he is shutting down the power and giving back the supply more than 8 hours sir at any time. But my near by village has power supply but in our area powee shutdown. And another thing if we tell any complaint he is not attaing. If we money only he is attaing the problem. So plz take necessary action of that person palani rathinagiri eb line man and je of rathnagiri sir plz.

        I'm living in gowri nagar, mugalivakkam, chennai and for past few months the voltage fluctuations in the area has increased drastically.
        It happens from 6 pm to 3-4 am in morning and due to this, neither ac or fans can run so it has become extremely difficult to even get some sleep at night.
        As it is summer time so the load demand will be more so now even on weekends the problem is occurring for whole day.
        We have complained many times to the electricity board but no action has been taken by them.
        I'm paying my taxes as well as electricity bill on time, so isn't this the responsibility of government bodies to at least provide the basic facilities to common people.

        Please look into the matter and try to resolve it asap.

          Dear sir/madam,

          For the month of february 18, my eb bill was generated with a consumption of 1720 units ranging to rs.9832. I was literally shocked to see the bill and approached ae for explanation. He checked the same and asked me to pay the bill. He given an assurance that it will not be repeated in future. With all difficulties i made payment even after knowing that my consumption would not be more than 400 units. Average consumption of eb for us is 400 units.

          May month bill has been generated on 25.5.2018 and once again got shocked looking at the unit consumption. Now bill got generated for 1970 units with bill valuing rs.11432. I dont understand what is happening and would like to inform that we are not running manufacturing unit. It is a normal residential house with basic amenities having 1 a/c, 1 tv, 1 fridge etc.

          To add to the above, we have shifted to new rented premise on 6.05.18. So literally property is vacant for 19 days during billing cycle which is more than 30% of the period. I want tneb to look into it and help us to change the defective meter and revise the billing amount. Since i have high regards to government sector undertaking, i made 1st payment of rs.9832 without any hesitation. But same cannot be continued.

          M mugil partner of our firm Sri Vinayaka cottons vavipalayam village, kethanur(AE control)palladam Tirupur(dt)..our industrial service no 1661. Power service are very bad ...called lot times to office irresponsible answers...daily 10 to 15 times power cut..daily 5hours oly machine running...plz connect to reqular power supply
          Please do the needful to fix the issue outside the house, checked all the fuses in the house but power supply not there.

Now i am the new tenant how to change the user id and password of online bill payment. If i am clicking the forget password and user name it is going to the old email (Vijay.                 Our service is 200 unit free allotted past few years.
                Now reeding is 186 only (Old mtr 36 unit+ new mtr 150unit)
                So this reeding is under free unit limit.
                But cc charge : 227/-
                Other charge : 400/-
                Total billing is: 667/- how is this possible and how we do waste of our money?...
                Pls rectify the above wrong billing problem before 8/6/2018 (Payment last date)...

                  I belongs to melvalai village, kandachipuram eb circle, villupuram district our area due to highway expansion tneb relocate the post. So far my home is connected with a post that crosses my neighbor plot. New relocation creates availability of one post which is very closer to my gate entrance. So i requested those working staffs to change the line. They redirected me to supervisor subash. He asked me to give 3000 to change. As i am an electrical engineering professor i knew those change never give any change in the network because both are consecutive post with around 50 feet distance.
                  Is there any rule in tneb to collect 3000 rupees for post change. Was mr subash is the authorized person to collect money directly from home.

                  In our area i enquired with my neighbors about this issue. They give good comments about tneb staffs except subash. He was a former helper of this area. So he practiced this bribe for so long period. Kindly do needful.

                    I have been using tngedco app since 6months, but this time while i was paying my bill, the pop-up said the transaction was not successfull, so i tried again, the same pop-up repeated. But after some time tha bill has been generated and it was deducted in my bank account 2 times. But i never tried to pay bill in advance, so i request you to kindly refund the money as soon as possible.

                      We, the residents of 3rd main road, crr puram, l&t colony, manapakkam, chennai -600125 are facing severe power outages cum voltage fluctuation issues over the last several months. This problem is severe particularly from 9.30 pm onwards and persists through the night.

                      When complained to the local ae, we understand that the transformer feeding our street is faulty and needs replacement. Do we, the tax payers and consumers of tangedco have to wait for a simple thing like a distribution transformer replacement for over 6 months?

                      Will the authorities take immediate action on this?. Most of our electrical gadgets are facing reliability problems due to poor supply of electricity!

                        I am dinesh from mugalivakkam, chennai.in our area, partial power cut is happening very often.in same floor, some houses will have power some doesn't. Same situation is there in whole area. Mostly in late night we are facing this problem. When we called local eb office for the first time, response will be like, person will come in 10mins, but he never comes. We used to keep on calling them whole night but he never picks till morning.

                        Please refer attached image of call history for your reference.

                        We are struggling with infant babies here. Eb officials can understand our struggle. Request you to take an immediate action.

                              Im from 836, sri sai nivas, taj nagar, tiruchengode taluk, namakkal district near to pallipalayam erode which come under the electric circle spp colony. From yesterday night onwards no electricity power supply to our house. But the neighbouring houses are have power supply. I got the mobile of our area line man and call to him and complaint to him about the no power supply to our house. He said he will come on morning 10. O clock. At 10o clock we call he said that he will come on 11o clock but now i call he said "dont disturb me i come after 2o clock". With out electricity we cant do any thing but the responsible person whom is not given the proper answer. Please take any action immedietley.

                                This is santhana krishnan. We are having the agriculture land in kosappur, chennai -600060. We are doing agriculture for more the 5 decades in the place. The issue is, the electricity connection line is coming inside the agriculture land and if some issue happens in the connection and if wire cuts means its falling down in the land and if water is there the current passes in that. If any issue happens and someone from your team comes to work they needs to enter our land and then the line connections is in between of the land so our cultivation is getting spoiled. So could you please make those connections in the main road taking away from our land. Please consider this as a priority and do it. If you need more information on this.                                   Hi, we have heavy power fluctuation in no.6 sairam street, irumbuliyur east, east tambaram - 600059, chennai from past 9 months. Have posted several written complaint and direct complaint in eb office. But still the power fluctuates very badly. All our electronic devices are unusable. Where as other area and nearer area people are having good power.

                                  Please look into this and do the needful. As a middle class family we cannot afford money on electronics every time due to this fluctuation.

                                  As a person, please understand the situation and help to fix this issue as soon as possible.

                                    This is to inform that, it’s been two days now that there has been continuous power shut down happening in alandur area. When calling the number ‭[protected]‬, they either keep it busy or not attend, when attending, they will say it will be fixed in an hour. Later we have id entire that there is some problem with the transformer, how long do they take to fix this. Two days?? R they competent enough or aren’t we paying taxes. Can we have an end for sleepless nights.

                                      I am residing near pattabiram, chennai. I came at morning 9.00am to pay my electricity bill, but now the time is 12.15pm stil my bill has not been paid. This is happening continues on daily basis. No proper response, for each bill they delay time upto 25min to 30min. Nearly 30 to 40 members are in the queue. Every individuals in the electricity board have time to chitchat, but no time to bill in time.
                                      Kindly, please inquiry this issue as sooner possible.
