My service no. [protected]. My due date of eb payment is 17.05.2018. I was on summer holiday trip and eb supply to my residence was cut today afternoon without intimating me over phone. As i am make eb payment on line since 5 to 6 years i would have immediately paid online. After coming home at 20.30 hours i found eb supply to my house is cut. Immediately i had paid rs. 2851 on line through hdfc net banking. The website was hanging for a long time and could not collect receipt. Unable to pay again, pending amount already deducted from hdfc bank account. House in darkness. Power cut off without intimating me over phone and without my knowledge. This is inhuman. Is it the fate of a consumer.

X tenant was used the tneb online payment option .Now she vacated and not giving the user is and password.now i am the new tenant how to change the user id and password of online bill payment.If i am clicking the forget password and user name it is going to the old email which was created previously.

    This is to bring to your kind notice that my EB No:[protected] in which this month I got huge amount to pay. Comparing to last month and before I utilized very less power last month. Even I am not using AC, air cooler etc. So It may be meter fault or else. I request your good self kindly provide a service person to check our EB Meter fully if any problem happen kindly change the meter as soon as possible. Kindly consider this top priority and do the needful.

      I'm living in kumaran colony 9 th street senthoor flats vadapalani.. My current line got disconnected morning @9.30 am. I paid the bill through online and i was ready to show the bill. But the eb man tells me that come and collect the circuit rod and you fix it.. How i know to fix. And how i know in wich box they plugged it.. Irresponsible reply when i called him.. This is #.. Very poor response from manager and the worker.. From that day 9.30 am to next day 3 pm i didn't get my current eventhough i paid ma bill.. Worst ever peoples in eb..

      I applied temporary EB connection via online[protected]. And applied in person to the AD office of Karnampet EB Station on[protected]. Still, the temporary EB conncetion not yet given. The office superindentent Mr.Magi ([protected]) and the CE Mr.Satyaseelan ([protected]) expecting pribe for completing the job. Hence, they delaying the process.

      here we consumers are suffering from continuous power cut from yesterday afternoon. Nearby EB office is giving false hope that we are working on it. But till now we didn't get proper response from employees.

        There have been frequent power cut in santhosapuram, ramar street especially during odd hours like 11am, 2pm, 11pm, 12am or 1am. This has been happening for the past three days. Could you please state the reason for the same and resolve the issue as soon as possible?

        It is really difficult for houses with sick people, infants and elderly people.

        Power cuts were really rare at our place for the past years. Hence request you to solve the problem as early as possible.

          I am residing in gks nagar, saravanampatti coimbatore. Recently, there has been frequent power outages thru the night for even mild showers of rain. 1912 complaint number is not working from mobile phones. The consumer complaint section in tangedco website is not having enought facilities enough to file a complaint. Most of the fuse of call centre number from the tangedco website is outdated or no response. Rude response from a person who attended the call after a while. Do we even have a 24/7 service?? Worst worst. Kindly provide or educate us public about the availability of services.

            Dear sir i'm from coimbatore north. Pn palayam 1/05/[protected]@10.43 pm power cut. Now i'm writing time 20/05/[protected]@1.05am almost 2.5hrs no power. May be it's to be continued.. Same kind yesterday also..
            Our c. M told 3days before there is no power cut in our state. But now what happened who's responsible for this..
            If current cut means kindly intimate to all people via mobile number or social media or counciler..
            For example:in government bus conductor unfortunately not giving one ticket means that checking inspector i'll check put black mark and suspended 1month... As same in tneb? Why salary for that person then how tneb & our states will develop?? Don't know what's happening here... Go and read newspaper in japan train 30sec before they started so that particular department apologize to people but here??? Worst

              Sir,
              We were out of station during eb reading taking time. And we returned before a week. Just we knew, the reading was taken in my neighborhood before 10 days. And we contacted eb office regarding bill payment. He told, he will come and take the reading now and charge it.
              Is it correct? Or average for 60 days is correct? Because we used eb current more than 60 days now. And it crossed 500units.
              If i take the average for 60days, it will come under 500units.
              Please reply your answer so that i will pay the charges.
              I contacted ae ponneri eb office regarding this issue but she had not properly responded. Simply cut my phone call irresponsibly.

                  The workers are not working properly in night shift... Because i have been suffering from power cut from yesterday night... I called the eb office number... They don't attend the call... The phone is ringing but they don't take the phone... At morning i went directly to the eb office which located near, sardar jung garden, royapettah... All the night shift workers were durken (Alcohol) and sleeping nearly to the table... And the foreman named hussain... He is also coming late to the work, i have been waited for them upto 10.30a. M on[protected]... Please take action against the workers who all drunken during the work time... Please take a good step for this type of government employees... Thanking you

                    The post damaged during 2016 rains is yet to be changed. They laid down the new post a few months back. But they didn't change it till now. The new post is still there with nothing. The old one is very weak and can break and fall at anytime. Despite giving repeated reminders no action is taken by them. We want the problem to be resolved before the situation gets worse.

Tmb net banking, after paying the regular bill amount. I got the receipt for the bill amount only. The advance payment rs 1500. - not yet credited to account. But the tmb message says,
                      "your shopping mall payment to tangedco with ref. No. 11525125 for rs.1500 done successfully at 8;35 am - may 16 2018"
                      Please credit the advance payment rs.1500, to my service account, svd652..

                        My connection totaly cut. So i write complaint in eb office. But eb person still now not come. I called eb person he told time 4.15pm. So i am not come to clear to ur connection. I have 1 year baby and my house line neighbour also kids. Please help this kind of issue please clear immediately. I am ok to accept this issue but my baby??? Please responsibility person u give me. Last month same problem 4 days after this person clear. And he asked 100rupees. This time same this problem.

                          I am nimrutha residing at rajaji street, nehru nagar, chrompet, chennai - 44. Since last few days there is heavy voltage fluctuation happening at night. Few days back it was for 2 hrs or so. But yesterday (15/5/18) night it extended between 12 midnight to 6.30am. It is very much annoying and we can’t sleep at night. It also happened last year also. So kindly take necessary steps to avoid this. Hope it gets resolved at the earliest.

                            Dear Team Iam staying as tenant in saidapet sesachalam street meter readings are not taken on time. Due to which my May month bill have jumped high. Also 9th March they took last reading and may month they took it on 14th May. Even they overwritten the date by changing the date as 10th May. Y as a consumer we should suffer by paying high due to your lazy and not doing the work on time.???? There are my people in our state who is not having a job. Instead of keeping this kind of lazy guys in job u can give for other who will work properly. U Govt should debit these charges in this kind of lazy and fraud employee salary rather debitting on consumer. Pls take action.

                              unable to make online bill payment with my credit card

                              This week i was unable to make online bill payment with my sbi creditcard, which i have successfully made since many years in past. The error message is coming repeatedly : "gw00881 - invalid card owner name." why? I have not changed my name or my sbi credit card details since many months.                               This is karthik from 8, patel street, kodambakkam, chennai. Our house neutral power line had a burst last wednesday evening[protected]. On contacting the ae over phone and going over to office in person, an electrician was sent who has given a temporary fix from the near by lamp post. We have been contacting them since then to permanently fix the fault and remove the dangling wire above which is a huge safety concern. But a proper fix seems very distant. Not sure how to escalate the issue.

                                Your underlying service are degrading day by day. We are residents of kaviarasu kannadasan nagar, kodungaiyur, chennai-118 even though we are residing near eb station there is always frequent uninformed powercuts in our area. We have complained n number of times to them and also met ae. During day time there is no power and night time low voltage fluctuations. There is no improvement at all. We cant sleep because of this nonsense voltage fluctuations and sudden circuit shortage. Your employees are not even picking up the phone during night times. Kindly take action regarding this and please provide permanent solution for our area.

                                We are residing in Kodambakkam Consumer no :[protected] . We have shifted to Qatar on Sep 2017 . My house is locked since then. On April 2018 i received a EB bill of 500 units. They are asking me to pay the same and they have removed the fuse holder also. Our neighbhours told them that the house is locked for last 6 months .

                                  Dailys there was an issue in power supply like dim supply, power cut for each 1 hour. One of the worst public service.

My old age 81 yrs mother residing at kattathurai (Kanyakumari dist) 619158. Yester day onward there is no electricity supply in my house. My house consumer id 07/195/013/96.                                     Jai hind sir, i am KR Sudhakar serving in Indian Coast Guard under ministry of defence at Mumbai. My old age 81 Yrs mother residing at Kattathurai(Kanyakumari Dist) 619158. Yester day onward there is NO electricity supply in my house. My house consumer ID 07/195/013/96. My resident address is P Radha Bai, 21-6, RKS Hut, Varu villai, Kattathurai(Post), Kanyakumari(Dist) Tamil Nadu 629158. I could not able to get contact No. of Kattathurai EB office.

                                    I paid EB bill as on 08.05.18, Rs.110/-. The amount was debited from my Bank Account. But, still it was not Paid in TNEB portal bill pay .
                                    Trans No. N[protected]. Payment Rs.110/-

                                    I was created tickets regarding this issue yesterday. it has to be complete in 24 Hours. But, The problem not rectify now.

                                      I am a resident of indhira nagar, kanchipuram, there is a lot o[censored]ninformed powercuts which cause tremendous inconvenience in all aspect, and when i try to reach the kanchipuram electricity board they are not responding, when the bill is not paid how fast is the reaction to plugout our current same should be shown in all work corresponding to your department, i hope someone reads this
