This is regarding voltage fluctuations often high &low. We have raised complaint already many times but not even steps taken today to solve this issue address 244b pillayar koil street manurpet chennai -50 this is anathayai naidu street in this ambattur estate nearby locality without three phase each and people facing this issue.

    Dear vital department, it has been long time since i made a complaint for public at large. The card we hold in each household has to have proper address and name along with your code, number or customer id.
    I am staying in bay view apartment parvathy street. Besant nagar chennai 90.
    Most of the cusumer eb cards read as baby vv with wrong door numbers.
    I draw your kind attention to make changes with the knowleddge of the owners or the user. My flat holds name as chirman/tnhb when the building was constructed 28 years before. There should be a system to monitor and change the name with ease whereas it seems a bit expensive to give form and all proof with money for changing the name.
    Many flat owners had been complaining and none has the time or the kind of patience to stand for such begging menial job.
    I would appreciate if this best department take action in verifying names and the meter in all residence once again and make due changes righteous of the end user.
    This will surely help those who may sell or go for jointventure in the near future.

      We belong to a village town named chikkarasampalayam in sathyamangalam taluk of erode district.. We don't find a better power supply in neighbouring places.. Also the workers of your department don't show a gratitude over their work.. If we came with this issue what so s your reason to cut the power they just blough at their reply and treat very rude at the public.. As everyone here has to move onto a work the next day for their survival.. Many suffer a lot in their routine due to this issue.. Even the power fails to recover any sort of dangers.. So please do have a concern over this issue and provide a resolution to resolve this matter.. Hope there might be a betterment by your consideration as soon as possible..

          Hi sir,

          This is the complaint for the low voltage power supply at medavakkam.

          We reside near medavakam eb office. We are phasing low voltage problem for every summer during the month of april to july during the nigh time it is very worst. We are sleepless at whole night after returning from work we are depressed can't able to sleep for a single night, we afraid to run our home appliances such as fridge, washing machine. Evan fan is not running properly. I have requested e and ae for several times regarding this issue, but as of now it is not resolved. So i am declaring the complaint in the public forum.

          I am sharing due to we are resistant near to eb office and we are phasing such a problem even a fan is running properly thats the main concern. We are not looking for the ac to run but a basic thing fan is not running this shows the worst/poor service of tamil nadu electricity board.

            Dear sir/madam,
            the service no[protected] panner stephan) door is locked last two years. Last one and half month only we used. Previously i was received rs40 minimum charges only. This month i received a bill for rs 8, 050. Last two years no one is using this service. How it will come rs 8, 050 (See attached bill history). We are not using a/c or heavy current consumable equipment. Please check were is wrong and take a necessary action.

                There is tree which is grown along with the eb pole which is now touching the fly wire, which may cut down the wire if there is a strong wind.

                In the same pole there is street lamp and due to this tree the lamp wire got disconnected from the eb pole and which is not working now.

                I have been following up this case for the last two weeks and no proper response given to the issue, even i raised this complaint in the eb wats up numbers and left with no response.

                Can you pls help to fix this today since it is serious safety issue

                    At church street, pavalar estate, nagamalai pudukottai, madurai-19 (Pertains to ae, alwarnagar), insufficient 2 phase current is running as of now in this area. We the govt. Servants inhabited in this area are very much suffering from low current problem. Cooking items/eatables in fridge get spoiled. Students could not study cause of lack of sleep (Fan always run slowly). Computer, grinder, mixie, ac not working well and get damages frequently cause of low current. Since 2 years, the official came for eb reading told that a transformer will be provided to this area to solve the problem. But some officials told 3phase connection is the remedy.
                    I request you to do the needful at the earliest.

                        We are facing frequent disruption of power in our area jeeva nagar perianaickenpalayam. Strangely houses connected to one post alone are affected whereas power in other nearby houses are not affected. Old people and children are most affected. We need eb office to look into this seriously and also deputte other area linemen to attend problems in our area in case our area lineman is busy till this problem is permanently solved.

                            I am manohar from gummidipoondi periyar nagar here above 200 families living in that periyar nagar we are facing low voltage issue last year onwards so please take necessary action for this low voltage issue, our led voltage indicator display reading 87~94 voltage only so all appliances are run slow like fan, mixer, grinder and light also very dim power of light.

                              This is inform you that i have made enormous complaints for the past 3 months to the Asst. engineer of my locality to remove the cable which has been going across my house for the past 5 years. After so many quarrels with our neighbour the issue was brought to the AE notice and yet there is no solution to the problem. The Cable is weak that it lost its shape and colour and lying over our iron gate.

                              If any electricity accidents or death occurs TNEB and our neighbour are sole resposible.

                              I hope TNEB Higher Officials take an action regarding this issue.

                                Reading was not taken by eb member from february. We went with reading and paid advance amount of rs.700. But now the bill has been calculated for past 6 months and generated as rs. 5169 (Deducting 700)
                                This was the mistake from eb west tambaram.
                                When we went to complaint, they said the eb official was new hence billing has gone wrong. We have to pay the generated bill.

                                When issue is on eb's end why should we bare the wrong amount.
                                As an average our bill comes up to rs.800 per month.
                                Please rectify the bill and provide a solution asap

                                  Power cut regularly in night time, more than 3 to 4 hours in ganesapuram, thuvakudi, tiruchirapalli. Only it is happening in ganesapuram. No one taking it is an issue, feeling unhelpful. No proper response from thuvakkudi, kailsapuram tn electricity board. We are helpless. Small childrens are crying in the night due to this power cut and no proper sleep. Please help us to solve this issue...

                                    My connection totaly cut. So i write complaint in eb office. But eb person still now not come. I called eb person he told time 4.15pm. So i am not come to clear to ur connection. I have 1 year baby and my house line neighbour also kids. Please help this kind of issue please clear immediately.                                     STILL NOW NO SOLVE REGARDING THIS ISSUE.THIS ISSUE AGAIN AGAIN REPEATED. ONEDAY BEFORE EB LINE CUT. I CALLED EB MAN HE TEMPORARLY SERVICE. AFTER HE ASKED 100 RUPEES EVERY TIME. TOTALY THIS MONTH I PAID 360 RUPEES. 4 TIMES EB LINE PROBLEM ONLY THIS MONTH.

                                      Got so much depression bcoz of this irresponsible electricity board.. Pls try to serve ppl don't be a money eaters.. Don't kill middle class ppl lifes with ur irresponsible attitude nd stupid tricks.in my house they always take wrong reading they won't listen to our complaint they simply say i[censored] want current u must pay wat we told. Sometimes they won't take reading i asked but they said you consumed below 100 units so u didn't got reading you won't be charged i[censored] use below 100 units. If i complained also ter is no response from them for one year.. They didn't provide reading for us for 1 year.. One day suddenly they came nd said "u didn't pay ur bill for past one year so now u have to pay ur bill with extra fine. They cutted the electricity connection immediately and said u first pay all the fine then only we will provide electricity supply to your house. Then i mortgaged my jewelry and paid fine of rs.10000. They are using this kind of cheap tricks to charge ppl extra money.. They suddenly charge extra fines for nothing they won't even take reading properly.. If i ask anything they so rudely says to me that i[censored] don't pay wat we charged we will cut your electricity connection.. They don't even consider my complaints.. Like this i was affected by them in various issues for the past 5 years..

                                        In our 3 phase line one phase is not working. We already provided written complaint to assistant engineer of anna salai electric board office but no action taken(please refer attached photo)
