In my ottangadu village power cut issue occurred regularly around 3 hours per day. And then peravurani substation employee was not respond properly. They tell very angerlly and not give my ss phone number. They told very rude. I have a evidence for that. Please take immediate action for that. Then solve that power cut issue because lot of children's and senior citizens are affecting then daily works are affecting so much.

Today shutdown process occurred in my village.they cut the power in 8.15 am but power on is 8.31 pm only.if i ask one question they do it same on city like pattukkottai or peravurani?.Not possible because these are cities.why they are not understanding village people also need electricity because they also lived people like children's, senior citizens, patients etc... So please take immediate action for that problem

      Dear sir,

      We are m/s m. D. Fab unit-ii; we are running a manufacturing industry using welding technology; the line voltage is less than 160v in all 3 phases.

      We are paying the electricity board as and when charged without failing/ delaying.

      While working, we find difficulty to perform the job work; on discussion with the officers concerned, the need to install a new transformer near to our place is emphasized.

      So we are registering this complaint and to take official decision to install a transformer with suitable capacity. Please note that m/s gg enterprises was running at the same place; they were also suffering with the same problem; now, we have occupied the same place; mr. G. Govindharajan is the proprietor of the shed and we are on lease agreement to use use the provisions. Thanking you,

        I registered an online complaint in tneb portal [protected] on 23 april, received billing as 6k while the meter was replaced as defective by the tneb officials just few days before the reading. My question was, on what basis the amount was fixed when the meter was assumed defective. I raised the above complaint, but was closed without any resolution or comment to it.

          I am j alexandar gunanithi, a tn government graduate teacher.
          I live cuddalore district. My eb no is[protected]. I have put a new eb post near my house after paying rs. 7170 on 27 december, 2017. But i didn't have connection in my new post so for. A couple of days ago, my opposite new construction house party had used my post for theirs purpose. There was a collision among us. Kindly make a visit to the spot and make necessary action.

            daily power off in vedapatti, coimbatore

            For the past one month we are suffering with no electricity during night times. When we cal the concern people and ask, they say due to heavy rain and wind the trees has fallen. We are suffering with no electricity through the night. Even if there comes a small wind, it leads to power off. Have't seen such a worst experience ever. The people in vedapatti are also human beings. Going for a work and having kids in home, it is a worst situation...

            Hi

            I'm residing in valasaravakkam, power was shutdown around 10.30pm. Waited for 30 min.. I called and raised complaint, they said it will come in 10 min.. After 30 min i called ae, he is saying do not disturb around 12am... It's peculiar that ae responding customer.. I called him around 10.50pm because i'm suffer without current with two kids... Again in lauched complaint then i got ad # he is also similar to ae... I really do not know what they serving to public.. No proper response to customer service... I want respective answer from senior.. They really don't know meaning of emergency...

              Actually we are from sundaraperumalkoil (Po - 614208), kumbakonam (Tk). We have eb office in pateeswaram. We had some issues in the meter box fuses. So we don't have electricity for the past 2 days. I informed line man rajendran who is in charge of spkoil area. More than 5 times i went there but he did not even visit a single time till now. We have been paying more than 200rs every time when he visits. We have old age people and kids... Its very very hectic and not able to do the regular activities. Please do the needful.

              There is undisclosed power cuts during night time at Vellalore area coimbatore. The same has to be monitored and take necessary action either to avoid or to minimise the problem.
              Sir, . My own business in chengalpattu cottage and tiny tariff change for laste month but used for 140 units 8kw 140=560 and 5%tax=28and fixed cost 8*40=320 total amount=908 why1287 where is the reason sir please respect in immediately 140 =560 5%tax=33.3 fixed charges=693.34 total amount=1287why sir fast respect sir

              There are so many times usdisclosed power cuts in Vellalore area, Coimbatore within a week during night time. The same has to be monitored and take necessary steps either to avoid or minimise the problem.

                  On 27/02/2018 i have made online payment on tneb ae exam fee through online. When i paid 1st time i received pending status and failed. So i tried once again for payment then also i received status as pending. Received pending on payment status for both transaction but rs1180 deducted from my account. Now i want revert my fee which extra amount deducted from my account of rs.590. I have attached my payment details. Please do the needful.

                    Dear sir, i am a resident of ags colony, alwarthirunagar, chennai 87 would like to bring to your notice on a frequent problem that we are facing due to the falling of coconut tree leafs bunch on live line. This is leading to high voltage fluctuations and hence damaging electronic and electronic devices in many homes.
                    We have been requesting tneb to take a permanent action on this, by cutting the troublesome trees for a permanent solution, however no action taken on this so far.
                    I have attached a photograph for your reference to show how it is dangerous and you can see the tree is hanging just infront of an entrance of an apportionment where many children are living.
                    I would request you to take immediate permanent action on this to avoid any future fatal incident in our area.

                        This is to bring to your kind notice that few days ago cable replacement work was done by digging along the platform by removing the interlock tiles.
                        The pity is that after work electricity board foreman has failed to complete the work by fixing the intern lock tiles.
                        Every time they do by digging but failed to reinstate the work back.
                        This is not acceptable as small children and elder people are crossing the trench which cause tripping hazard and falling.
                        Hence i request the authority to reinstate the work as it was before start of the work.

                              Last date of my eb bill - 09/4/2018
                              Fuse carrier removed - 10/4/2018
                              Bill i paid (Devanur - 488) - 11/4/2018 (With fine, service)

                              But still now (23/04/2018) no response from eb office devanur. I went to office directly...

                                  There is power cut since the morning 8 am at porur and the lady sitting at customer service desk at the number [protected] does not have minimum courtesy to explain and kept on disconnecting the call.
                                  By the way people are enjoying, it does seem these people are not fit to be in a responsible chair as such.. Is there anyone who can help a power cut of 5 hours already so far???...

                                  I am ashok kumar residing in 7th block mugappair west for past 25 years. I have been paying my electricity bill for past 3 to 4 years online. I have registered account from which i receive notifications whenever a bill is generated. Through the link sent to my email i have been paying my electricity bills. There are three connections in my residence and also i pay for my residence at my native through online notification links. Last week on 09.04.2018 i received a call from area line man enquiring about my address and when i questioned the reason for enquiry his reply was "someone else's address has been registered under my mobile number and nothing else". After keeping the call, in half an hour one eb line of my residence was cut. When i called back the same number and questioned how can he terminate power supply without prior information, he simply said his ae instructed him to do so. I got ae mr. Madhan's number and called him. I asked him the reason for terminating my connection and why was it done without prior information. He said i haven't paid the bill for a year and even the last bill of may 2017 is pending. I was surprized and immediately logged into my portal id and saw that the bill was generated only till may 2017 and no bills after that. I informed him that there is no bill outstanding but there is no record updation from their end and asked whose mistake was it to not update the bill details on the portal. His reply was come in person and talk and reply will not be given over phone. My dad immediately visited eb office in mugappair west as i was in my office and questioned on this. We were informed that we had to pay the bill amount with fine rs. 20, 457 and their comment was that if we would have directly paid all our bills in office instead of online, all this would have not happened. Don't we have other work to do other than visiting tneb office to pay bills? Then why do you have online services if you want us to pay in person? After argument our line was back on. The other employees along with ae were not even ready to accept their mistake and were trying to blame everything on us. The next day morning we paid the amount with fine.
                                  My question to tneb superior officers

                                  Why was my account not updated with readings and bill amount?
                                  Why was the line not terminated in 2017 itself? Why did you people had to wait a year to inform us on the due amount?
                                  Why was no prior information given before terminating power supply?
                                  Why did i had to pay the fine amount when the mistake was from your end?
                                  Even after more than a week after paying the amount still my records are not updated in my online account
                                  I hope actions are taken for unprofessional behavior of assistant engineer and i also need explanation for my queries.
