There is no power in my house and i checked with electrtaion and they said there is a problem in electricity post so i tried many time to line man to retriy it but he is not coming.. I am trying past one week and they are not giving any response.

Hello. I am a resident of thirumangalam road, villivakkam for more than 40 years. We have been facing this low voltage fluctuations every year between march and may. Voltage gets dropped drastically from 220 to 150 when air conditioner is switched on. This even ended up in getting the ac tripping off and this prevails with double booster stabilizer. Washing machines, televisions, laptops have been damaged due to the irregular fluctuations....

My neighbour is misusing the tamil nadu electricity board by bypassing the electric connection skipping the meter in order to get low electricity bills.
They are using most of the power consuming home appliances such as electric motors, aircondition, etc.,

I am living in aparment where 4families living..in our eb card eb man mentioned last date as 20/03/2018.. On that day we went to eb office for paying bill but they put fine and said that our last date was 18/03.. It is their mistake the eb man wrongly noted the last date.. We paid fine because that man in office insulted as in front of everyone and he behaved very rudely... We want our four families fine amount.....

Am residing in anantha nayaki nagar. There are electricity boxes in all street are in very low to the ground if rain comes there will definitely lead to severe problem which may lead to electric shock. This has been informed several times to electricity board. But their has no steps taken till date. Kindly request to take necessary action to avoid any human loss....

Dear sir/madam

There is a person named babu in tneb in thiruvaiyaru (Pin code 613204). He is not actually working in tneb and he is not a goverment employee too. He is just kind of an assistant there.

He behaves very rude to the consumers as if he is the manager and treats consumers very badly. Shouting at elders, atrocious etc.

He performs meter reading in the houses and doing all these. br...

I have made the payment through mobile app with net banking and tried through web internet as well but the transaction was not successful. Amount deducted from bank account but bill also not paid. I have not received the refund from tneb. Please refund the amount immediately.

We are living in small village with base of agricultural base having more than 500 families around. Due to inactive government every government employee becoming as theft. It's very hard to explain this tneb bribery in our area happening very frequently starting from line man to head officers (Not sure who all are involved) very knowingly. These people did not give the electricity bill to us, just come on the last date and disconnect the power connection saying that you have not paid the bill.

For what these people are taking the salary. They do not give the consumed unit, they don't give the bill amount or any other details and just disconnect the power connection. How can we pay the bill? I want strict action against them.

As an electricity board it is your responsibility to take the full responsibility for anything that happens regardless to your online website. The website that you have is not secured and is evident to all o[censored]s. The payments that pass through your website could be hacked via any ip addresses and hence the security that has to be provided must be provided to the deserved us....

Nagercoil, vadiweeswaram, town-3 division is where my house is situated. The home appliances like washing machine and tv in my house is burned due to heavy voltage. The complaint is regarding high voltage of electricity that is spoiled my entire house hold equipments. Je of the division is not looking after such issues. There is a sub station near my house and a heavy voltage line is recently installed after which such issues are persistent....

After logging in http://www.tnebnet.org with userid and password the website is displaying my consumer number, name and address. But further details are not available when i click account summary. I have also registered a general complaint. But it was not attended to. A telephone call to the eb office also ended up with an understanding that they are not in a position to solve web related issues....

It's very difficult to go ahead
Always power failure mostly in morning before 9am and evening before 9pm.
Power failures happening 4to 6 times and more in one hour.
Properly i'm paying current bill then why these problems? It's tneb's responsibility to make sure about the current and its status.

To pay eb bill i added my mob no while buying the apartment in 608 flats tnhb ayyapakkam block 45/30. This has an eb service no.[protected].
