Tamil nadu electricity board [tneb] — ae exam fees transaction problem


On 28/02/2018 i have made online payment on tneb ae exam online payment option. While am trying 1st time i received pending status then i tried once again for payment then it was successful. Received pending on payment status for transaction but rs590 deducted from my account... Now i want revert of my fee which extra amount deducted from my account of rs.590. Is it possible? I want to know from tneb. I mentioned my payment details here. Kindly provide solution for it...

      There is no power in my street Salaiyar Street, Mandaveli for the past one hour and no one is picking up the landline number for MRC Nagar EB office and customer care number 1912 says Number does not exist. AE is not picking up his mobile phone. What should we do now? This is pathetic!! Looks like we are living in the stone age.
      I have applied AE exam for online, my payment status is still pending but amount will be deducted on my account, please help me

          Hi sir,
          While travelling to nedukundaram panjayath (Kattangalathur, kanchiuram) from alappakkam ngo nagar (New perungalathur) in ganthi road. I noticed around 30 street lights are unwanted which is implemented next to or opposite to the high mast tower lights and lot of lights are implemented for personal use (Single switch).
          Please remove those unwanted street lights.

            tneb exam fee

            On 27/02/2018 i have made online payment for tneb ae exam an amount of 590+295 = 885rs for mean and my friend. First bank confirmation status displayed as "pending"and next day bank confirmation status displayed as "refund process started take challan from your account and pay the exam fee in bank". Then i paid my exam fee in bank. Then the bank confirmation status changed to successful. But still now my money is not refunded to my account....

            I have three phase connection out of 3 phase power supply is only in one phase, complaint lodged with pallavaram electricty office several times for the past three months, but the fault not rectified. Rectified till date.
            Further the electrical post is in damaged condition may fall at any time which may result in a major mishap as high tension power supply is running.
            Request made to replace electrical pole several times but the same mot replaced.

              I am residing in vettuvapalayam nasiyanur (638107) erode dust.in vettuvapalayam entrance there is transform smoothly running before one month. Power connection was refused at first for a plastic company by eb authoritirs advising for a separate transform since the intake load is heavy. Then after nogitistion it was rectified. After that power connection was tripped often and eb authorities often shutdown the power for maintenance work. Due to tripping (Overload) the house hold electrical goods are damaged. So it is requested to suggest eb authorities of nasiyanur to give power to the company through a separate transformer. Thank you pl.

                Dear sirs'

                We are writing to you from h2, gateway apartments, 1st avenue road, thiruvanmiyur, chennai - 600041. We includes the flat secretary mr. Nd raja, treasurer - mr. Nadhakumar, president - mr. S murugan on behalf of the 18 houses situated inside the h2 flat premises (Gateway apartments). Our eb lines are managed by the kottivakkam section office.

                We would like to bring to your kind attention that the chennai corporation has recently removed the unauthorized encroached shops which were constructed on the sideways of the 1'st avenue road platform.

                An aavin milk vendor shop was one among them. He has encroached some amount of space on the platform, where he has been keeping his vapor-compression refrigeration machine (2 nos) and other electrical appliances for so many years. At the first instance, we are surprised to know how he would have obtained a government electricity supply line for these machines to operate, at his platform shop. However, this shop has been demolished by the appropriate department on 05.03.2018. Consequently, the eb supply line has also been terminated by your staff.

                However, on 08.03.2018, to the flat residents dismay, the milk vendor returned to set shop, this time even more harrowing, that he tried to set shop inside the housing board flat premises. We are shocked to see how he was able to obtain a eb supply line again to operate his refrigeration machines. At that instance, we have now come to know the milk vendor's motive that he is consistently trying to set a shop on the platform or somewhere else nearer to his previous encroachment.

                Subsequently, the flat association has made a request to remove the shop from there. After much confrontation, he complied and removed his shop from there. At this juncture, we are not sure whether the eb line provided for this shop has been completely terminated or not. Hence, we request the tneb office to oversee that this unauthorized eb connection to be rightly closed.

                We are also afraid that there could be some open electricity passing wires on the places (On the platform & also inside the flat premises) where he was trying to set his shop. We request tneb office to ensure that no unwanted open electric wires inside and also out of the flat premises (On the platform), since these platform are now used by children and other passerby.

                In addition to this, there was a lamp post, just in front of our flat premises. Unfortunately, this lamp post is not glowing for a long time. We request the appropriate authorities to oversee this issue and address the same.

                We humbly request the good tneb office and appropriate authorities to do the needful. Thanks.

                  lt & ht lines without safety distance

                  Dear sir, i am having service connections[protected] &[protected] at pethanatchi nagar, madurai road, virudhunagar. Above our service connection cables a ht line is running. Due to sagging of the ht line the distance between the lt line and ht line is below the safety distance. Also the ground clearance below the ht line is very low. It may cause for accidents. I gave the requisition letter to the newly joined lady ae witin a week...

                  I have made online payment of rs650 thro sbi on 3rd march 2018. Money was debited from my sbi account. But the eb office informed me that my bill wasn't paid. I was asked to pay again by cash. And i have paid it again. Ihd given complaint regarding payment failed and requested sbi to reverse payment. Based on my complaint i had received sms that online transaction was succesful and contact merchant. I had contacted eb bill counter. They had checked and accepted the payment paid two times on particular service no[protected], online transaction no igadakfjy7 dated on 03/03/18. Also sbi is showing the statement for the money transferred to tneb.

                  Now where is the amount paid by me. What is the solution to get my money back.?... Kindly pay back to me

                      Hello all,

                      I am writing this complaint with regards to low voltage issue. I reside at peerkankaranai, devanesan nagar, nehru street. There is low voltage issue for the past one month. I called the associated eb office and raised the complaint but no action taken. Today it got worse where due to low voltage we are running out of water which is a basic need. Not able to put motor to fill up the tank. I called the eb office multiple times a 22394635 and still no action is taken. They are telling there are no people to work they have other issues. This is not acceptable. I request you to take immediate action.

                        I am Mrs. Roopa Radhakrishnan, staying in kazhipattur village in a flats system. Past 6 months i am facing a big problem with EB department..
                        Electricity bill has to be paid once in two months but every time, we checked online, the amount has not been entered. Suddenly one day they enter and we
                        were paying after continuous checks through online. This was happening for last 6 months. So i personally went to the EB department in PADUR and ask them regarding this issue, where as the other occupants of the same flats never faced this problem. After this issue three men came to my house
                        and explained that the meter has to be changed and they asked to give Rs. 50, 000 as a BRIBE to finalized the issue. As per as my concern the meter was running
                        good and i checked with the EB department and confirmed ( system shows normal meter ) but they dis agreed with me and asked to bribe them. I gave a complaint letter
                        to EB to change the meter still it has not been changed. December and January reading cost was not entered till 1st March 2018. On 2nd March 10 clock they
                        had entered Rs. 10, 099 and same day at 11.30 they removed my fuse carrier with out infoming me. One of the flat security called me and told about the removel
                        of fuse carrier. Its rediculous because the month of Dec and Janu no one got this much amount as EB payment. Our appartment consists of 123 flats all have been
                        paid only around 600 to 700 as the season was winter. My EB reading never exceeds 4000 in summer otherwise reading will be below Rs. 1000. To Reconnect the EB
                        lline i some how managed and borrowed from coleague and paid online and reconnected. Next day we went to the EB department asking for justice along with my flat maintance
                        team, no one responded to me so i gave a complaint letter to one of the person sitting over there on 03/03/2018. The next day few came to the maintenance team
                        saying that we will be gettng the same amount as meter reading for another 8 months. Nothing can be done on their part. This is totally a revenge taken by EB team.

                        Kindly sort out the complaints and help us to survive in this world . I am only earning person in my house. As a lady they had tortured me a lot regarding this
                        matter. Kindly take action against them and please relieve me from this harrassment. EB card and bill payment receipt attached for your perusal.

                          I am a resident of odanatti bungalow no 3/3g jagathala panchayat. Having finished construction of our house in dec 2017 we had applied from change of eb connection from commercial to domestic. Application for the same was handed over to your office along with house tax receipt and received by mr aiyaswamy (Mob no [protected]) of your office at coonoor near sims park. We were told the connection would be changed after payment of last bill by 24 jan 2018 for an amount of rs13390. The bill was paid on 18 jan 2018 for rs14400. However we have received a bill dated 03 march for an amount of rs15643. On enquiry we were informed that it was because inspection was not carried out. I am in the army posted in ahmedabad but my wife is in the house in jagathala and always available. However neither o[censored]s have received a call. You are requested to kindly investigate and reconcile the bill as per domestic rates and confirm by 12march. This is tantamount to harassment of a serving officer's family and the matter will be taken up with vigilance and other authorities if satisfactory reply not received.

                                Dear sir,

                                Tamilnadu electricity board installed a transformer at karatholuvu, and same village, madathukulam taluk, tirupur district, in ss no. 13 for the past of 2 yerars before. Now the above said transformer was busted on 04.03.2018 because of not poor maiintanance of the ss 13 transformer.in that matter the formars are given complaint to the asst. Engineer, kaniyur, and oraly lodged the complaint to the ade, tneb at solamadevi (Madathukulam). After that the busted tranformer was kept to udumalpet se office for replacement of the above transformer. Now the formers cattle and their standing crops are affected without water due to non - electricity power. Hence, please take action immediately to install the new transformer at karatholuvu village. Ie., (Ss 13. Transformer)

                                  5/3/18 yesterday I paid the rs 590 for AE exam.. My bank confirmation is pending.. My reg num is A0227974..pls consider my problem

                                  Please give metre for the new connection in Madurai as soon as possible.. We are waiting for more than 2 months for metre for construction work. Every one are careless in providing metre. So provide metre for all places in madurai. Thank you.
