All o[censored]s are facing lot of electricity problems, because of not getting proper voltage, our machines become faulty every now and then. We are not able to do business. We request you to do the needful as soon as possible.

Im studying in vit University.. I taken room for studying purpose opposite to vit University...im using heater in my room ...my bill is 1255.. then only i asked owner its commercial one unit cost 8 rupees... It is too high amount for me... We came to study only... I can't to pay that much amount in my room... Any chance to change commercial to domestic

I need to know that my bill came or not
I have played the fees of Rs 590 for tangedco ae recruitment, the amount is deducted from my account but the status is pending.Kindly help .

    Hi Sir/Madam
    I have applied for ae post for me and my sister on 26/02/2018. The amount of Rs.590 for each is debited from the account but the bank confirmation is still PENDING. When I contacted to the bank, they said that the amount is send to the corresponding bank account and contact them to know about that. But TANGEDCO Customer care didn't responding to that. I request you to kindly solve this issue as soon as possible.

      I made a eb bill payment through paytm using canara bank atm. The amount debited from bank account and the paytm sent a successful message with transaction id. But i could not find the bill in tneb online payment portal

      Its been 3days, i have called the ae requesting for the service.. Guy named selva (Helper) turned up where he doesn, t belong to tneb office.. But he was not willing to address the issue.. I didnt give any and my problem was not solved yet.. Its been 3 days without power at my house.. Please i request the concern department to take strict action..

        This is to your attention towards, the pilferage of electricity by the residents of vellur village polur thaluck thiruvannamalai district santhavasal substation of electricity places, causing a lot of inconvenience to citizens like me, who have a regular connection, as a matter of fact most of the residents are using jumpers the moment there is a power-theft by from other connection, it pressurizes the transformer in the regard i would like to suggest that you should conduct a surprise raid in the locality of persons like p. Gopi s/o parasuraman easwaran koil street, vellur village, polur thaluck, thiruvannamalai district, of the service already will be taken 5 hp service pump set monoblack motor well are using agriculture using purpose only, by the legally, but he is using another bore well submersible motor running to same connection services theft-electricity are using 7hp capacity of generates power more than big size cable loading to occasional break down of the transformers, although this aspects is already two or three times in the knowledge of the staff of con son persons electricity office, yet no action has been taken and the culprits are enjoing at the expence of people like us, who are the ultimate sufferers of such type of mal-activity,

        I hope your good self will look into the matter and take proper and immediate action, thank to regards by.

          On 27/02/2018 i have made online payment for tneb ae exam to me and also for my frnd. That shows pending status for payment. But rs590+rs295=885rs deducted from my account. Afterwards it shows that "refund process started take challan and pay in bank". Now i paid in bank but my money is still not refundable to my account. Kindly provide solution for it...

            Hi,
            Abirami here, actually i applied for tneb ae post. When i tried to do the payment via online on 27th feb its status was "pending" again i checked on 28th feb and that was the last date, it's status was "still pending refund process will be initiated kindly pay at bank by downloading challan" so, i did the same. But today i checked my online payment status its is "success". Because of this application site issue i paid once again now i didn't receive that money. I have attached the snap shot also. Please take necessary steps to refund my extra amount as it happened because of that application site issue.

              Dear sir/ madam,
              Consumer no.[protected]
              Re:meter reading error

              The electricity meter reading taken on 11/2/2018 has recorded 8500 units and consumption of 2500 units resulted in cc charges of rs.14980/!
              On 21/02/2018 at 6.30 pm our meter reading is only 6362 units.
              Obviously, the reading on 11/2/2018 is wrong caused by an error in the meter reading.
              I have reported the error to the assistant engineer by a written letter and then again by telephone since there was no response. Tomorrow is the last day to pay the bill and even today so far there is no response from the eb office.
              Please help me to get an accurate bill today itself in order for me to make the payment on time.

                On checking the payment status it's still in pending state where as the fees has been debited already from my account.

                  I am tenant of address door no 29, casa grande urbano, vadamangalam, mambakkam. The electricity connection to my residence was disconnected by the tamilnadu electricity authorities due to nonpayment of dues. This day i have paid the dues and all penalties in the electricity office. But they are not giving reconnection to my residence for reasons not known. I pray his excellency the governor kindly interfere and direct the tamilnadu electricity authorities to give reconnection to my residence.

                    Later, i have raised the compliant through tnebnet.org website also and the compliant number is [protected]. But still date my payment is pending and the receipt is not generated.

                      Hi sir/madam,

                      I have applied for tneb exam for ae post and i proceeded with the online payment of rs.590 through icici bank yesterday (28.02.2018). After initiating the transfer, it threw an error as "the page is prohibited to view". I didn't receive any confirmation message that my payment was successful and when i tracked the payment status, it was pending and payment not received from my application no : a0176751 hence, i made the payment again. After that, the money got debited from my account twice. I contacted the icici bank, they asked me to contact merchant since the payment was successful and the merchant had accepted. So, please consider about the first payment for the exam fee and refund the second payment. My status is still in pending and payment not received till now. I hope, the action will be taken.

                        Whenever i tried to make a payment on the tneb website for the past 10 days, it would not go after the page where it gives option to select the mode of payment like credit card/netbanking and so on. If it is for one day or a few attempts it is fine and further when we change options, it automatically logs out. This is a very poor service on the tneb website part. The reason why we want to make payment online is for not being able to go in person and pay at the center. Having a facility for online payment and when it is not functioning optimally, it is of no use. I've been paying eb bills online for more than 3 years now and really depend on it. Please do the needful in getting this up immediately.

                                      I have applied for tneb ae(assistant Engineer) exam, completed all applicaation and uploaded my documents and finally paid with my debit card, the amount was 590 which was deducted from tneb. My online payment status still showing that my "PENDING", please help me fix this problem. My register no is 251374. I still getting that my online payment status was pending.

                                      My money has been detected but i still didn't get the payment status pending. What can i do to fix this problem. I really wanna know how to contact them, i called to tangedco complaints number but there is no response they didnt attend my call.
