30 days back Street light fell down near Sivasakthi nagar east (near TVS sjowroom in Thanthonimalai Karur-639005). No action has been taken yet. Kindly resolve asap.

This is Raj from Anuppumpattu Village, Thiruvallur district, ponneri taluk. No proper power supply and very low voltage supply on daily basis. Either power cut issue or low voltage. Daily midnight low voltage issue getting started not able to work or sleep. If we are trying to call ponneri EB office for complaint no one responding our call. We are facing the power issue on daily basis. Daily midnight continuously voltage fluctuations happening then how we have to sleep. Very worst ponneri EB office. Please make it priority and solve this problem as soon as possible.

Daily night power cut one hour once 1 hour power on after 1 hour power off daily night 4 times power off, solve the problem day time why night time power off

Service get for 1985, that time 3 home free service, as of now 20 service in same connection, power not support for old service line single line covered to 20 service meters, not supported for the local EB office,
(4 time change the 720 line, own Money spend that time,

But there is no response. I called to the number that I got in that site, that person asked me to go to the EB office with a complaint letter.

Then what is the purpose of this site (ccms.tangedco.org)...

Now a days the power cut became a common issue in our area this is the 5th time the power loss happens in night time and no response from the EB office and Employees and also from AE of otteri devision...very bad

Our area Thatchan thottam Edayapalayam Thadagam Road Kavundampalayam Coimbatore 641025.We are facing inconsistent voltage in our area.Out of 3 phases one or two not functioning and solely depend on the UPS.Even the UPS is not getting charged and we are not able to operate electricals equipment.Kindly do the needful for restoration of full voltage in all the phases

Hello, I’m Vishnu, resident of Madipakkam for the past 6 years. We’ve been facing frequent powercuts at night for a very long time. We couldn’t afford an inverter, on that note, because of frequent powercuts and voltage fluctuations, my laptop got damaged when it was connected to the power. The price it takes for repairing the laptop, I really cannot afford it. I don’t know want TNEB to buy me a new laptop or repair my existing one. But please consider this and take action immediately regarding this issue. Thankyou!

From morning 8/8/22 there is only 2 Phase current where appliances like water motor and lifts are inoperative kindly address the needful

Our street light not working conditions last 7months but our area getting problem in night time lots of dogs here, we facing problem so dark so please resolve it

I use to get regularly a bill of 1500 and average units used around 150-180. but this bill cycle I'm surprised to see a bill of Rs 5535 and usage units of 620. There is some mistake. kindly help in sorting out.

I am Bakyalakshmi Balamurugan.

I am residing in # 428, Nakshatra Apartment, Flat No.S1, Second Floor, 23rd Street, Asthalakshmi Nagar, Alapakkam, Porur, Chennai 600 116.

I got a three phase connection in my house. Out of 3 phase one phase line is not working for the last 4 months. Due to this our apartment lift has not been functioning for the past 4 months . We have contacted the OEM of lift but they informed us that this is due to the EB connection only.

In our apartments, there are many senior citizens are residing 1st floor & 2nd Floor and facing difficulties while climbing the stair case due to their old age problem. Few of them had fallen in last couple of weeks and got injuries. Inspite of repeated request over phone to 1912 (+[protected] / +[protected] and EB Madhuravoyal, there is no response from the office.

Hence we hereby request you to kindly send the concerned officials to rectify the same immediately on war foot basis.

Your immediate action will be highly appreciated.

Tamilnadu Minister for Electricity is desperately trying all the possibilities to garner more revenue for the board to make up the losses incurred by unscrupulous management.Tangedco is evidently mismanaged and to escape the wrath of the Govt. wants to subject the people to additional burden.Now the concerned minister is said to be contemplating on unjustified levying.The board is said to have proposed to collect RENT on the meters fixed by it.The new burden will range from Rs.90/- to Rs.130/- as what it is learnt.The minister must be for the general and not for himself.He tries to appease the CM and wants to be in his good book and to show his calibre.The new proposed collection of rent on meters is unjustified and the people across the state and elsewhere should raise their voice against the additional burden.The courts across the state should also note the wrong doings of the Govt.then and there and set it right with stringent measures.Will they?
