Can you please delete my mobile number from this ID as I'm continuously receiving SMS related to this ID?

    Our area Thatchan thottam Edayapalayam Thadagam Road Kavundampalayam Coimbatore 641025.We are facing inconsistent voltage in our area.Out of 3 phases one or two not functioning and solely depend on the UPS.Even the UPS is not getting charged and we are not able to operate electricals equipment.Kindly do the needful for restoration of full voltage in all the phases

      I have paid a bill of Rs.980 the money was deducted from my account and transaction is successfully completed. But in tneb website it is showing bill not paid. Kindly help to refund the amount.

        Hello, I’m Vishnu, resident of Madipakkam for the past 6 years. We’ve been facing frequent powercuts at night for a very long time. We couldn’t afford an inverter, on that note, because of frequent powercuts and voltage fluctuations, my laptop got damaged when it was connected to the power. The price it takes for repairing the laptop, I really cannot afford it. I don’t know want TNEB to buy me a new laptop or repair my existing one. But please consider this and take action immediately regarding this issue. Thankyou!

              I use to get regularly a bill of 1500 and average units used around 150-180. but this bill cycle I'm surprised to see a bill of Rs 5535 and usage units of 620. There is some mistake. kindly help in sorting out.

                Amount deducted from account but bill not paid in tneb website

                I have paid a bill of Rs.620 the money was deducted from my account and transaction is successfully completed. But in tneb website it is showing bill not paid. Kindly help to refund the amount.

                I am Bakyalakshmi Balamurugan.

                I am residing in # 428, Nakshatra Apartment, Flat No.S1, Second Floor, 23rd Street, Asthalakshmi Nagar, Alapakkam, Porur, Chennai 600 116.

                I got a three phase connection in my house. Out of 3 phase one phase line is not working for the last 4 months. Due to this our apartment lift has not been functioning for the past 4 months . We have contacted the OEM of lift but they informed us that this is due to the EB connection only.

                In our apartments, there are many senior citizens are residing 1st floor & 2nd Floor and facing difficulties while climbing the stair case due to their old age problem. Few of them had fallen in last couple of weeks and got injuries. Inspite of repeated request over phone to 1912 (+[protected] / +[protected] and EB Madhuravoyal, there is no response from the office.

                Hence we hereby request you to kindly send the concerned officials to rectify the same immediately on war foot basis.

                Your immediate action will be highly appreciated.

                  "what if eaten will control & condition the bile?" is an old saying. Tamilnadu Minister for Electricity is desperately trying all the possibilities to garner more revenue for the board to make up the losses incurred by unscrupulous management.Tangedco is evidently mismanaged and to escape the wrath of the Govt. wants to subject the people to additional burden.Now the concerned minister is said to be contemplating on unjustified levying.The board is said to have proposed to collect RENT on the meters fixed by it.The new burden will range from Rs.90/- to Rs.130/- as what it is learnt.The minister must be for the general and not for himself.He tries to appease the CM and wants to be in his good book and to show his calibre.The new proposed collection of rent on meters is unjustified and the people across the state and elsewhere should raise their voice against the additional burden.The courts across the state should also note the wrong doings of the Govt.then and there and set it right with stringent measures.Will they?

                      Dear sir/madam
                      I have paid my EB bill Rs 1000/- in advanced at EB office because the Bill amount for consumed unit not shown in online due to smart meter changed recently and the EB staff come yesterday to my home for calculate the two meters reading then he generated bill in online but the amount was not deducted from my advanced payment I'm also asked in eb office they said it's not possible to deduct the amount tomorrow is the last day of my bill so pls look into the matter solve as soon as possible

                        As we have requested to cut the power line temporarily since it's old building and for reconstruction of house it's very much required to cut the power supply, We already given written request to cut the power supply to JE CHENGAM. He is not responding and it's been 1 week already and there might be issue if it not solved immediately.

                          Hi,
                          All the bills were paid on time without any balance till now.
                          But suddenly Rs. 250 is charged under miscellaneous bills with account details '23100a-Cc Arrears'
                          I have no idea about what is this and what for this is.
                          Please help me resolving this.

                              Dear sir ref[protected]. This house is locked as there is no tenant but the previous tariif of rs 2308 is billed for this month to be paid by august 10th. Kindly rectify this immediately. The consumer name owner of the above service line is old 73 years and in hospital.

                              Dear sir servicr line no [protected] does not have tenant now and vacated last month. The house is locked but we find that tariff for current month is at rs 2308 same as last month. Kindl6 rectify this urgentlly.

                                    Today is July 30 2022, In our area power cut for maintenance 9 to 2 but still 5 pm the current not came now until. They are asking about this EB kattur office they are not responding properly talking they are talking unnecessary EB officers are extending a time each and every hour. Today they are doing over the limit. Today I am having a placement interview in online how can I attend today how they will give a proper solution to me. Ok that is also one situation but after maintenance the current should be in properly working there are so much of power cuts this is ridiculous they are getting a money not only for current they all are getting the salary from us but yours all talking irresponsible to us it is so irritating me
