    We are residents from thirumanur (Pincode - 621715). There is a high voltage line passing through our domestic house area. We have raised complaints for the past 10 years and it was never fulfilled. We have agreed to bear the expenses of shifting still our request was not processed by local authorities here. Unfortunately one of the construction worker was electrocuted because if this. I kindly request you to take necessary actions and we are ready to bear the expenses related to this.

      This is to be inform you that there is a low vaultage of power supply consumpion was providing from eragudi eb office. We have spoken with the eragudi and thuriyur eb office. They have provided us one local line man's number. Also we have calledup the line man's number his wife attend the call and telling he is not keeping well.

      Now here kids, senior citizens are struggling from mosquitoes bit.

      I would like take necessary actions against the concern person immediately because every one knows as dengue is spreading and killing the our life.

        Bill status of outstanding amount due to tneb is not available on line at kumbakonam for 6 months and above. Senior citizen like me put into untold difficulties.           excess billing due to meter fault

          Since last six months i registered complaint as excess billing, meter running fast, like somany times. Now the meter has no dispaly when the staff came to take reading but bill amount sent in mail as 8776 inr on (For the months of sep and oct 2017) 14th oct 2017 which is totally incorrect. Tneb team please make sure the meter will be changed as soon as possible. I have also registered a complaint in person.

          Service no :[protected], residence of mcn nagar, thoraipakkam, chennai -600097, i have received "average shortfall" bill of 7835 inr on 12th oct 2017. Which is totally incorrect. This is not faulty meter. Since last 6th month we are getting regular bill but, tneb team please check from your side and do the corrections asap.

          For the service number [protected] the payment was made on[protected] but the service man has removed the fuse carrier and disconnected the electricity. There is a 82 years old lady who is suffering a lot without electricity. I need an explanation for the irresponsible job done by the service man.

            Low voltage (140vac) for my house situated at 3/97, thadavarathamman koil street, melmalayanur, melmalayanur taluk, villupuram district. This complaint many time our street poepls approaches our tneb junior enginner office at thayanur sub station near melmalayanur, but there is no responce, 2 years crossed, there is no action taken to improve the correct volatge to our street,
            You please involve in that matter and solve the problem at your earliest.
            140volt only comming instead of 230vac.

              This arumbakkam eb office people, they r not even responding properly. If we call and remind that there is no current in our area janakiraman colony main road, they r not taking action immediately. At least it takes 2 hrs to resolve it. We have to call 3 to 4 times and remind. Kindly authorities take the action on arumbakkam eb office in charge. Sorry to complaint, this is dengue season, children get suffered, so only. Today morning fri 13 october. From 4.30 am to 6.30 still arumbakkam office dint resolved it yet.

                The issue is regarding irresponsible officers & the lethargic response given by the authorities of tamil nadu electricity board, new perungalathur.

                Complaint:

                Three terms we pay 6200 rupees.
                But normally we get only 2800 to 3500 rupees. Maximum.

                We analyse meter 3 days. We lock door and went out side only fridge is running but i got more than 43 units.
                We are poor family can't able to pay this amount.

                First time submitted complaint letter just came write in wall and informed meter reading is ok without verifying and checking meter.

                Please consider this as a public interest case.

                  For a vaccant house and working meter the eb department. Billed average amount rs:470. How is it possible?
                  So i request the concerned department to take necessary action against the complaint.

                      This is vandana and i'm writing this message on behalf of our building electric supply problem.
                      From last 3-4 years we are having issues related t electric failure and specially out of 3 phase only 1 phase have circuit fault and because of whichj we are having lots of problem.

                      But still no proper response from the team. So i'm drafting this mail. Please revert with a valid solution

                      HIgh power 2 lines crossing over salem kuppanur 1st Street near surenthiran rajManikam farm I notice that this result in crossing of few above my street so no lorry would be entered it in to my farm please arrange suitable action and order eb person to inspect and carry remedies measure for it with regards rajamanickam surenthiran

                        I'm srinivasan from vellore, my eb service no.[protected]. 3-phase connection. For the past two days there is power problem ie. Two phase completely not working, i complaint regarding this issue in my local customer service [ complaint no. 502563]. I called many times customer service, our area eb office and also i tired the concerned person who gonna repair service that area, but he is not response to my problem. Till now 2+ days, there is no water (Motor), light & fans, we are more suffering without eb power.

                        This problem occur once in a month or after raining. Please take necessary action to my problem and also the person who is not give importance to the complaint for more than 1 day.

                          Dear sir,
                          I am from nagercoil. House eb no :[protected] (Old no : h11 / 145). Name : sophia annie joy.
                          Last 2 months no one from eb dept come to my house to take reading. Last time i checked in online for the bill payment, it mentioned as rs 610/- and i payed through online.
                          Today i checked in online and it shows rs 1220/- and i surprised how they mentioned this amount with out taking reading. I went to nagercoil, vadasery eb office and asked the reading details. They are unable to give me the reading details and they said no one in my house during that time. I told 24 hours i am in my house only. Then they said pay this next month they will deduct. With out knowing the reading how can i pay & how can they deduct from my next bill payment?
                          Last date for bill payment is 15th of this month. Hence i kindly request you
                          To provide me the correct bill amount as per the actual consumption.

                                  We are residing in karur, thozhilpettai, tamilnadu. This area is industrial estate. Our electricity board office is in puliyur. Just 2kms far away from our home.

                                  Issue:

                                  We are facing severe power cuts. We face power cut daily particularly our area only. Often power comes and goes every 15 minutes repeatedly. It happens only in our area. If there is little rain in the evening, they will cut power instantly and comes at 5 in the morning. Its happening all the time.

                                  If we call them, they attend. If we say "we call from thozhilpettai", they cut the call immediately. We have printing business. Once power goes, we have to reset the things for next 30 minutes. They people cut the power often. We face very difficulties.

                                  Kindly do helpful. Hope electricity board head office will do needful.

                                      I am residing in indira gandhi nagar, second street, aminjikarai, chennai - 29. I like to inform you that few days back there was power loss in our whole street. On complaining to tn eb, mmda arumbakkam board, they have temporarily given connection from our street junction box to another street junction box. The electrical cable has been connected to each other to required length which has been layout before the houses. It's very danger to human life.
                                      Few weeks ago, same people worked on road and digged the road for work but after finishing the work they have not properly layed the road which creates many hurdles to vehicle goers day to day.
                                      In this regard, i am requesting you to please rectify the problem at the earliest before any abnormal incident occurs. Precautions are better before any big incidents occurs to small kids. Keeping in the mind of safety of people and kids, this complaint is forwarded for better result.
