Am residing in anna pillai street sowcarpet, whenever rain comes normally power will shutdown, if we call to service to attending, mostly they will not attend the call. If we attend the call they will not come and attend the issues. A. E is also will not attend the call at night, we are the struggler. Some one should take knowledge to higher authority to solve the problem....

There is a high power transformer which was deployed a year back and the heavy power transmission cables are not completely packed inside the ground.
The cables are exposed so much outside posing high risk for kids who are playing on the roads. There is a ration shop opposite to the transformer due to which we see lot of big rats eating the power cables. Also, during the rainy seasons, if the water logging happens, there are chances...

Don't know why the current has been gone in our building and next to us, it is 8pm yesterday when it was off and still now we can't even sleep properly and my one month niece is crying badly due to it. This had happened due to regular digging up of the road for many reasons. I am sivamurugan from 6th cross street, samayapuram, kundrathur. There is a eb post in front of my house which has service line of 4 houses, out of which 2 houses have got excess service wire and its been rolled on the post. For your kind attention, karapakkam near amma unavagam few people are trying to lay the eb post by changing the older post which as been already there...
Issue is they are trying to lay the post near drainage tank which may cause life threatening issue to public as well as vehicle passing through the side.. With the interest of public safety. Take immediate action.....
