Hai sir my name is s. Sanjith i am studying b. E (Civil engineering) 3rd year in ksr engg college tiruchengode, in my home for last five days power supply is not available. Before 5 days on a heavy rain in my near house kumar is living him neem tree is lye down on a power supply pole. Due to that issue some of other home are affecting around 15 homes. But as on date single process for rework is not started.

So it’s affecting my studies and not able to study for my exams. Nearby house mates also affecting with 6 months old baby and some school children’s.

    This is regarding the eb branch in maduravoyal i hv been calling them from 11am today (07/09/2017) as there was fluctuation going on and at times no current so i wanted to know hats happening i hv called them more than 20 times till 2:50 on the same day and they did not even pick one of my call though it went full rings is this the service the tamilnadu eb is providing us?
    Is this the reason they are taking so much of payment very disappointed today not a single days goes without power shutdown everyday for minimum of 1 hour the current is taken off very bad.

      I am residing at 56 sarangapani street, krishnapuram, ambattur, chennai.
      On 07.09.2017 midnight 00:00 hrs. There was an electricity failure and i have logged a complain on 1912. Without rectification the complaint was cleared. Hence i have failed another complaint with no.93, the same was also cleared without rectification. When i spoke to the customer executive, he told that there was a tripper problem and the same was rectified. The above reply is a standard dialogue given by eb customer persons. When i questioned how my complain was closed without confirmation, he replied it was confirmed. Again i made him to log a complain and the person without any information gave me the complain no. As 148. Till morning 6 am the electricity was not restored and i again booked a complaint and got the ae number of krishnapuram area, he has stated that transformer was burst and it could be restored only by 1200 noon. But to my surprise the complaint booked again was also cleared. I would bring to your notice your action in serving public grievance. The position should be really enquired with the concerned center and customer care executive should give correct reply because government has given this facility of centralised complaint since units will be busy in restoring. Further when the electricity supply could be restored only bu 12:00 noon as per ae statement under what authorithy the complaint logged is cleared. A systematic procedure with necessary instructions to be given to serve public better with the understanding the mandatory survival of life without electricity. I hope this will be given due care and such happenings in future will not occur.

        Dear sir,
        It's been 3month's i have aplied 60hp power. Wright now i have 40hp power. Have aplied additional of 20hp power as i have take a new machinery in my factory. It's like a now i have compleat lost my hopes about getting the new 60hp meter. Daily i go to e. B office n daily the a. E (Mr. Sridhar) tells the same thing that tomorrow we will come. When today i went n asked he just shouted n said that "head office is not giving as new meter" but one of my neighbour who applied 60hp only one month back he have got the meter.

          I am residing at new no.15, old no 4, mannadi othavadai street, villivakkam, chennai – 600049.

          During cyclone vardah dec 2016, the iron eb post has been tied up on roof of my house. Still they are not taken any action/ alternative solution to get rectified. Now the power line and phase wires are hanging and fell down on my windows. It is very dangerous for my family members and public.

          Please change the eb post immediately, otherwise it may cause very risk on my family members.

            Sir my area is namakkal district, kutlamparai power office regular powercut during night time to morning... It s very difficult for people to slèep during night time... If power cut occures at the time of 10 pm means again the power will come at 7 am... Wat is going on.. People want to sleep or not???                 Today morning (04th september 2017 around 1pm) the staff visited our house in kannan street, upplipalayam (Singanallur), coimbatore. There was a complaint registered regarding the fuse problem and a guy came to fix the same and started demanding money, he also seemed to threatened my mother saying to complaint wherever and no one could take any action. These kind of rude behavior is really unacceptable and looking forward for you to take action in this regard.

                In paramakudi area 30/08/2017 officers announce shutdown morning 9:00 to evening 6:00 o clock but still the time is 8;00 the current will not supplay
                Pls sir i requist make the work perfect.
                Thoothukudi eb is worst there are nobody in the office at the time and they not solve the problems what we have in night time...nobody pick the calls and response to the people's in a correct so I am going complaint to the head of eb office...

                  Sir, there is a frequent power shutdown more than 4 hours everyday happening at c. T. H. Road, tiruninravur area. There is no response at all from a. E. Tneb tiruninravur. No picking of phone from tneb office, tiruninravur. Very very worst service from tneb, tiruninravur. So i request tneb chairman to give suitable instructions to ae & tneb officials of tiruninravur sub station.

Before my office there is a bad condition transformer, pls inspect and update its position before heavy rain. There is a chance of short circuit and trees and plants are grown inside the transformer.                       delaying new connection and bribe

                      Respected sir,
                      This is satheesh from vridhachalam. I applied for two new eb connections from vridhachalam poodhamur eb office on june 2017.
                      Later we received a call from eb person named seenu and he said, ci (Mr. Stalin) is asking money to give connection. For two eb connections (One three phase, one single phase), my father and myself paid 13000 rupees to mr. Seenu.

                      15 days later, i received a call from eb...

                      Dear sir
                      On 22.8.17 i tried to pay my brother's house electricity bill of rs 1010 /- through my debit card (Canara bank). When i first tried i did not get any reply and tried for the second time and immediately i got message in my mobile that a n amount of rs 1010 got debited and there is no credit in tneb account which shows that the bill is stiil pending. On the same day evening i took mini statement of my bank account and found that the amount of rs 1010 got debited twice. Again on the next day i found the one of the above amount of rs 1010 got credited to tneb account against the bill due and the fate of the another amount or rs 1010 is not know,. Again on 24.8.17 i tried to pay another bill of rs 290/-through my debit card and got the message that the transaction failed. But unfortunately this amount also got debited in my bank account without any credit in tneb account and on 28.8.17 i had to pay the above bill through cash at the counter.. Till date i don't see any reversal the above two amounts via rs 1010/- and rs 290/-. I have even given a letter to my bankers and no reply has come in this regard. Please help me as to how i can get my above payment back.

[protected], this wrong message is the 15 times since 2015 and i have complaint against tneb for 15 times but no action taken by the tneb.

                              I paid rs.2506/- on 05.08.2017 towards the above consumer account. I checked with the bank and they've debited my credit card account since they received valid debit advice from tneb. This amount is yet to get reflected in tneb's records towards my consumer number. I paid this bill amount again on 16.08.2017 along with late payment fee (Rs.2585/-). I request you check and arrange for the return of rs.2506/- to my credit card account.

                              Bank's credit card statement, the reply that i received from the bank and tneb ereceipt archive are enclosed herewith for your reference.

                              Kindly do the needful.

                                A tneb power distribution board is without door exposing live cable terminals in this busy road junction in l. B. Road. If a bike riders or cyclists loose balance while waiting to turn to l. B. Road, they are in danger and may fall on this live wires which could be lethal.

                                Concerned authorities kindly take action before any unfortunate incident happens.

I have three phase connection. But only only one phase connection is working. Other two phase connection is not working for the past one month.                                     For consumer no:[protected] i have paid amount via online payment and it has been deducted from my account as well. But tneb website shows that the transaction could not be completed and displayed a blank page. I tried twice and it got deducted both the times. Still the amount i have paid is not reflecting. Later it has been paid through my brother. Pls check and let me know the status of the payment i have made twice. Whether it will be credited back to my account or will be considered as advance.

                                    I have tried calling to the number given 2852 0131 which is of no use.

                                      Frequent power cut in 3/3 mahaguruflat3
                                      I am living in 3/3 mahaguruflat2 elimnagar 1st street, Perungudi. There is a power cut in my flat since last 3 months. There are 16 flats in the compound. We are only facing the problem. Now, this time we are sitting in my flat terrace and typing this complaint.

                                      In sabari garden new gummidipoondi, there is unnecessary powercut last two weeks. Especially in night time they are cut the power unnecessary. We are not able to sleep at night time.
