After given permanent supply to completed house stil it has not been cleared so far. After reminding n number time needful action has not been taken so far so kindly arrange amount as soon as possible.

    Dear sir / madam, i wish to bring to your notice that many of the farmers having small areas as well as several hectares having one legal connection for 3 horse power motor but they are running multiple submersible motors to suck ground water from more than 400ft. It is totally unacceptable i believe. They are not following any smart way o[censored]sing ground water and they are wasting huge amount of water and illegally selling the water. This needs to be controlled by the near by electricity board. It not only creating heavy loss to the govt but also it is drying the ground to worst level. Most of coconut trees were died and dried due to no ground water and people are struggling for drinking water. So i kindly request you to check the farm lands near by vadakku vallioor town panchat, tirunelveli dt,

      Sir,
      This is to bring to your kind notice that i’m residing no:1/53, madurapakkam, ponmar post, chennai – 600 127; we are facing terrible voltage drop issue in this place especially from 9 pm till 04:30 am. As this is peak summer our kids are struggling hard to sleep with fan running 1/2 speed and a/c not working. We really doubt that if there is a proper maintenance of transformer being carried out as the entire area is facing this issue.
      Which is due to negligence to attend the fault in nearby transformer, at times our home appliances are not at all working and please be informed that lot of equipment’s are becoming weak and some are even getting faulty.
      I kindly request the concerned to take this to authorities to take immediate action on this and restore normal voltage of electricity as soon as possible.

        Daily power cut

        Sir, i'm from periyapalayam, thiruvallur district, 601102. Here from last one week there is a power cut at least 2 to 4hrs everyday. Regarding this there is no pre-information and proper explanation.
        I'm very much affected by this problem because i'm working at night shifts only and also we are not able to buy an inverter. So kindly make sure to provide full time electricity to our area🙏🏻...

        There have been frequent power cut in Santhosapuram, Ramar Street especially during odd hours like 11pm, 12am or 1am. This has been happening for the past three days. Could you please state the reason for the same and resolve the issue as soon as possible?

        Power cuts were really rare at our place for the past two years except during natural calamities. Hence request you to solve the problem as early as possible.

        Could you please let us know the reason behind the power failures these days??
        The same is the status in Kumaran Avenue, Santhoshapuram. Its has been a real headache for the past 2 weeks. Today, the power went out by 9PM, its 11:30 PM now and it is still not resumed.

Now eb man name is balan in achangulam he is making trouble 682 post no he cut our line in post we are daily telling to fix it we gave complain with the jai also bt nearly one month they have not fix the line. Heavy loss in our guarden. If we are making call for balan he is telling i am handicap i could not go up to the post and my brother will come and do it regurly he is telling like this what can we do people are doing like this...

              Hitherto i was making online payment for my consumer number [protected] in the name t john vedanayagam. Today on a request from tangedco through their email id [protected]@tnebnet.org at 12:02 pm, i clicked the link provided to enable to register the service no:[protected] of mapusoft. This has deactivated my a/c # [protected]. I am unable to login to my a/c. Please help to login into y account.

                I am the resident of shanmuga muthali yar st anakaputhur, chennai-70. Last two weeks frequently power breaks down at midnight . I have made complaints to the EB pammal. There is no proper rectification. Kindly do the very needful.

                The electric line post and wire has fallen on our roof on 17/05/2017, we had given many complaint letters to our nearest EB office, but so far no action has taken place, our building gets shocked whenever rain comes, so kindly take action before any accident takes place.
                I applied for two 3phase bidirectional solar power energy meters.Eb people inspected my house & company at Plotno.2, Nehrunagar Main road Saligramam, Chennai-93. and asked us to pay fees.I paid Rs 13, 190.00 dated 18-1-17 & 3-2-17 .the Energymeters not yet fixed .AE of dhasrathapuram says Meters not available.Kindly take action to fix en.meter

                  In tneb rupay card is mot accepted ?that mean other three type of card will show like wise mastro card visa card this are accepted .Why rupay card is not accepted to pay.

                    [protected]-service number, wrong bill updated on 31/05/2017, trying to reach tneb ae perungudi through phone, he is asking me to come tomorrow for the past 3days, so today met tneb AD he is asking to meet concerned ae or told me to come on Monday and is not behaving in a responsible way. When we approach any official in an office the complaint has to be received and some kind of action has to be taken, which is not happening in perungudi tneb, everybody in tneb are behaving as if they are no way responsible to the customer

                      Service meter has stopped working

                      Service meter fitted in respect of my service connection has stopped working.

                      I have visited the eb office in my area and complained to the concerned staff on 02/06/2017.

                      Upon hearing my complaint, i was asked to pay rs 4651 as consumption charge and rs 1422 towards replacement of meter.

                      I have paid a total amount of rs 6073 through online payment. Please find below the payment details.

                        Sir, i am living in avvaiyar street, nilamangai nagar, adambakkam, chennai-88 for the past several years. For the past several years, it has become a routine during summer, that the voltage of power supply at night especially after 9 p. M. Is very low. The voltage supplied is not even enough for ordinary fans to run in full speed. Power cuts are there every night for several times during night, during summer, everybody knows that the heat in chennai is scorching and it is very sultry at night. Due to the poor voltage, we are not able to run air conditioners and therefore nobody is able to sleep at night. Employees, children, aged people and those with ill health suffer due to sleepless nights daily and suffer from intolerable mental agony and are prone to health problems. This is happening every year. As the number of flats in this locality are increasing day by day, the transformer has to be replaced in order to supply electricity of normal voltage between 220-240 volts. Even after complaining several times the authorities are not bothered to install new transformer to cater to the needs of the residents in this area. This is clearly a deficiency of service. I want immediate action taken against those who are not bothered to correct this problem. I on behalf of all the residents in this area want the power supply to be given with optimum voltage daily without fail and the low voltage to be corrected immediately.

                          We housing at avadi vasantham nagar kothari garden street are suffering from low voltage from the start of Summer we couldn't sleep at night. We complained about it to the EB personal but haven't​ solved it till now. Even there is no enough power to run a celing fan at night. We are all working personals who is not getting enough sleep at night due to this problem. Please look into it as soon as possible.

                              Respected Sir, I am living in No:13, Balasubramaniam Salai, Sivalingapuram KK Nagar, Chennai-78. We lived just behind Kasi Theatre bridge earlier and since our house got completely damaged in flood we moved to KK Nagar last January end to the above address. We started our life afresh and bought right from Gas stove. We do not have any electrical equipments other than the basic needs. We could not even take our certificates from the house. Complete house got submerged in water and we were totally stranded .

                              At the starting we used to get bill around 300 and 3 months later we got between 500-600. We are getting this amount for last 14 months and all on a sudden last month we got bill around 4500. We do not know the reason for this. EB person did not come to take reading on that month also. We faced the same issue last May 2016 and they finally concluded that first floor line is passing through our meter. We had complained to KK Nagar EB board from May 2nd. Till now there is no resolution to this.

                              We are 3 in number in our family, me and my old parents. I go to work by 6:30 a.m and return late in the night. My old parents use the electricity in an optimum manner by using fan and light in one room to minimise the current usage. Inspite of reduced usage and saving, we are unnecessarily charged with this huge amount and we are not in a position to pay the amount. Its hard for anyone to pay other's amount. Kindly understand and analyse the complete issue and waiver the extra charges.

                              Kindly look into the issue and please correct our bill for us to pay the EB amount. Please let me know if i can meet you so that i will meet the concerned officer and show with necessary proofs.

I don't know if they off 10 minutes power means how much amount of watts they can be get. I have 6 month old baby. She suffered a lot during day time and night time.
