I am a resedent of gujarat vadodara and staying since 20 years and I have no house in Tamil Nadu even than I am receving wrong messages in my mobile [protected] for payment to tneb for SC No. [protected] since long and inspite of several complaints given there is NO STOPPAGE of sending wrong messages in my mobile [protected] the last complaint was on[protected]. You are requested to stop the wrong messages for SC No. [protected] Arun Sehgal - vadodada- gujarat dated[protected]

Too many time's without information electric board is doing power cut in night time 2 days our area people's can't sleep properly very worst service in tamilnadu electrical we are also staying perungalathur everyday day&night regularly power is shutdown we can't complete our process self workers also can't do anything so we'r need proper solution for this problem electric bill also they're get exact time but but power can't send exact time why like this get the proper step

I am a resident of poombuhar street melakottaiyur vandalur kelambskkam main road. There are more than 2000 house in this area and still there is no proper stable supply of power at night. Voltage drops to 120 v and raisrs to 240 volts every 2 min.ac is not at all running due to low voltage and fluctuations. Please help installing a transformer to regulate the power in my area.

We have been facing power issues in Sowmya Nagar 7th Street Extension.we complained couple of times to EB office medavakkam but of no use.

Kindly help in maintaining 3 phase power so that fans will work fastly and also Ac's will not stop for every 30 secs.

We are not able to sleep at night times due to this power fluctuations.Kindly help on this and make notify to EB office to work on this issue

No one responded and even took the phone handset and kept aside...after finding difficulty in getting the correct eb number very poor response from government organization like thjs not even ready to listen what consumer pains are...

Sub: Complaint letter for the poor condition of streets lights.

Dear Sir,
We, the residents of 6th street, Fathimapuram, North kattur, Trichy-19. would like to draw your kind attention towards the poor upkeep of lights in our street.

Also, the majority of the road lights in our region are out of order. Just a couple of road lights are working. It is dimness in the area. It has brought about a spurt in the frequency of wrongdoing in the region. Individuals don't think that it sheltered to go out of their homes with the overarching of murkiness. Especially women are in danger in leaving their homes at night. Grabbing, thievery and robbery have turned into the order of the day. The criminals in the wake of perpetrating law violations exploit the obscurity and securely flee.

I, accordingly, request you to kindly take necessary move to mend the ways so that people of the region have good street lights.

I live in a pg in sholinganallur. I have been charged an electricity bill of 1700 every month without the bill by my landlord. I usually leave the room around 7 am in the morning and get back at only 10 pm in the night. I'm hardly there for about 7 hours in the room. I dnt use the geyser. I have an ac, a TV, a fan and a tubelight. I hardly use the ac because I'm a sinus patient. I can't sleep with the ac switched on the whole night. I hardly watch TV for a hour. But still unnecessarily he is charging me a lot. Whenever I ask him for the bill he gives reasons. I request you to please look into this and help me out with this

The flow of electricity is a risk of EB main wire touches the tree near the high mobility of people and children, If this condition persists, definitely a danger of electrical accident occur . The tree (karunocci) rare tree so do not cut it, instead please fit the plastic pipe or rupper pipe in electric wire line . so kindly immediate action and consider our problem thank you sir / madam

In our street there are electrical wires comes down day by day which looks so dangerous to all, these information been given to eb official as formal letter of compliant, but there is no actions taken as of now. It is looks so careless here i wish to take notice again to you all to take immediate actions rectify the said complain and save all and avoid unnecessary live lost of humans especially kids.

Our street Light was not working, daily more Parsons are cross that place, more Time I am complaint in kaliyakkavilai corporation but they are not Response, corporation number [protected],
Street light location near by old police station, lucky car workshop, First street night neduvilai Road, More Drinking Parsons are drink in that place, please take Response Thank u .

Really its a horrible and tirrible situation during night hours power cut, nobody was responding even I called for too many times. Came to know that its common situation in jayalaxminagar, kattupakkam 6th street. Suffered a lot with 1 year old baby during odd hours power cut..Please rectify problem as soon as possible. Voltage drop is also too high in this area.

My house is between Pole no: TTVSSF1 61 and 62, the Over head line is touchable distance from our floor, now that line extend to 3Phase, kindly stop that project. it is very dangerous in safty standard. Small kids can easily touch . Instead of the Over head line please provide the under ground line, It is safe to all. Kindly consider our humble request.

We live in a 10 flat apartment. The above mentioned consumer no. is for the common meter in A Block which has only five flats. This meter is being used for common lights and water motor.

Usually the bill amount is between Rs.150 to Rs.300. But this month the amount is Rs.4948/- which is very high. The EB office staff at Madipakkam are not at all cooperative. They are not ready to hear us.

Immediate action is required in this regard as either the meter reading is entered wrongly or it is tampered.

During summer, there is severe low voltage problem..even fan is not running properly. we are facing this problem for last few years...raised complaint many times but no solutions so far. children, old people cannot mannage to sleep property due to this and even we are facing some theft issues as well. most of the times, power cut is very likely after Low voltage issue. fact is shortage of transformers in this area. current scenario has to change otherwise living in this area is becoming difficult day by day...

In my home at arcot there is power cut problem from yesterday 10 pm. I am calling to the arcot eb office from yesterday night itself there is no responce even not pick up the call. at present I am working in chennai. I called near by citys ranipet and walajha eb office they did responce but in arcot eb office very worst. there is my family suffering in my home kindly do something

As I am residing as a tenant since Feb 1 in Plot no 241, Muneeswarar nagar, Hosur and I am using 2 bulb and 1 fan and induction will be using once in 5 days only to heat the water and when I go to office in morning will come back on night only but bill amount has come to Rs. 1978. Please send the person to check and revert back

When the reading man came to take meter reading he informed us that the meter was not working and he mentioned the same in the reading note. After some days we received a shocking message through email and sms that we have to pay 4915/-.by 31.03.17. When I went to pondeeswaram eb office (near avadi) for clarification there was no proper response but they added another 4505/-saying that this is arrears amount because of faulty meter and even threatened me when I became upset with their behaviour and raised my voice. My previous bill was 410/- only while I am asked to pay around 9500/- this time! Where are we living? Can any one tell me whether I need to pay and whom I have to contact.
