Respected sir,
We are residing here Annai Sathya Nagar 4th street, Vyasarpadi-39. Our area EB box get damaged and we are facing power cut daily. The main thing is only one cable is working other cables got damaged said by AE and LINE man and also EB box is always open. Kids are playing and walking near the EB box. We raised complaint with AE before 8 month, till now no action taken. If power get failure we are calling EB office but they keep the phone switched off. I request you to please accept our request and take immediate action soon.

    Hi,

    I'm residing at Padmavathy nagar, 4th cross street, madambakkam, Chennai-126. Our area is facing low voltage & power cut issues every day. Elder people and children are unable to sleep properly in night. Every day we need to complain to Selaiyur EB officials and power resumes at 1am. Only our area is affected by this problem every year, the street next to us is getting proper power supply. Please look into this issue and fix the problem for us. Thank you.

        Hello team,

        Am a resident of nanganallur mac millan colony. There is a frequent power cut in our area for past 10 days. Every one hour they switch off the current for 20 minutes and we are not getting any proper response from our local eb office. They say line is tripping, if that is the case why there is frequent power cut for every 20 mins. It really affecting our day to day schedule & work. Request your immediate attention to resolve this issue.

          I have registered online bill payment for TNEB. My consumer No. is [protected], Madurai circle. Till last bill I was paying through online. Now the problem is I m not able to log in. When I enter password, it shows it is wrong. When I want to go for Reset option, the consumer no. Shows to be wrong. Kindly get me a solution to log in, as there is only one day remaining for last date for bill payment. Is there any problem with TNEB site?

            I am residing in avinangudi (Post code 606111)..in our area we r facing very low voltage & voltage fluctuation problem every day. Due to this low voltage & voltage fluctuation our electronic items are fully spoiled. Full power is available only if the rain showered time. Every day i inform to eb office. But there is no response. Absolutely there is no response for this problem. Please take some immediate action to this problem. Please take action for proper power supply.

However, I am getting phone calls on my mobile number [protected] to report power related issues faced by residents around kattuppakkam area.               At palayamkottai since the Climate was so hot they said us to remain indoor but how could we without electricity. Often they took of the power for 2 to 3 hours min daily by afternoon or late night. We can't able to bear the heat. So kindly consider it a request to provide us electricity without any interruption.

                  My domestic service belongs to a e madipakkam jurisdiction. For the two weeks drastic power fluctuation inanna nagar madipakkam but when i tried over phone nobody is lifting the phone rather always engaged. My service no 1024. Often electronic items getting damaged. Do something to rectify the supply, failing which i am forced to move the forum to claim damages from tneb including the officials responsible for the same.                           Dear tneb

                          I am a resident of poombuhar street melakottaiyur vandalur kelambskkam main road. There are more than 2000 house in this area and still there is no proper stable supply of power at night. Voltage drops to 120 v and raisrs to 240 volts every 2 min.ac is not at all running due to low voltage and fluctuations. Please help installing a transformer to regulate the power in my area.

                            We have been facing power issues in Sowmya Nagar 7th Street Extension.we complained couple of times to EB office medavakkam but of no use.

                            Kindly help in maintaining 3 phase power so that fans will work fastly and also Ac's will not stop for every 30 secs.

                            We are not able to sleep at night times due to this power fluctuations.Kindly help on this and make notify to EB office to work on this issue

It is happening at the Mahalakshmi Nagar Adambakkam. The people who are going for the job couldn't sleep. TNEB is doing always like this. This has to be stopped.

                              [protected] SHOPPING CENTER BHEL TRICHY is the substation number which we are trying to call to inquire about power failure only in our street... No one responded and even took the phone handset and kept aside...after finding difficulty in getting the correct eb number very poor response from government organization like thjs not even ready to listen what consumer pains are...

                                I presume that there is some problem in the meter reading for two months ended 13/4/17 and it can be noticed as per details furnished below:

                                  Dear Sir,
                                  We, the residents of 6th street, Fathimapuram, North kattur, Trichy-19. would like to draw your kind attention towards the poor upkeep of lights in our street.

                                  Also, the majority of the road lights in our region are out of order. Just a couple of road lights are working. It is dimness in the area. It has brought about a spurt in the frequency of wrongdoing in the region. Individuals don't think that it sheltered to go out of their homes with the overarching of murkiness. Especially women are in danger in leaving their homes at night. Grabbing, thievery and robbery have turned into the order of the day. The criminals in the wake of perpetrating law violations exploit the obscurity and securely flee.

                                  I, accordingly, request you to kindly take necessary move to mend the ways so that people of the region have good street lights.

                                    I live in a pg in sholinganallur. I have been charged an electricity bill of 1700 every month without the bill by my landlord. I usually leave the room around 7 am in the morning and get back at only 10 pm in the night. I'm hardly there for about 7 hours in the room. I dnt use the geyser. I have an ac, a TV, a fan and a tubelight. I hardly use the ac because I'm a sinus patient. I can't sleep with the ac switched on the whole night. I hardly watch TV for a hour. But still unnecessarily he is charging me a lot. Whenever I ask him for the bill he gives reasons. I request you to please look into this and help me out with this

                                      The flow of electricity is a risk of EB main wire touches the tree near the high mobility of people and children, If this condition persists, definitely a danger of electrical accident occur . The tree (karunocci) rare tree so do not cut it, instead please fit the plastic pipe or rupper pipe in electric wire line . so kindly immediate action and consider our problem thank you sir / madam
