Our street Light was not working, daily more Parsons are cross that place, more Time I am complaint in kaliyakkavilai corporation but they are not Response, corporation number [protected],
Street light location near by old police station, lucky car workshop, First street night neduvilai Road, More Drinking Parsons are drink in that place, please take Response Thank u .

Really its a horrible and tirrible situation during night hours power cut, nobody was responding even I called for too many times. Came to know that its common situation in jayalaxminagar, kattupakkam 6th street. Suffered a lot with 1 year old baby during odd hours power cut..Please rectify problem as soon as possible. Voltage drop is also too high in this area.

My house is between Pole no: TTVSSF1 61 and 62, the Over head line is touchable distance from our floor, now that line extend to 3Phase, kindly stop that project. it is very dangerous in safty standard. Small kids can easily touch . Instead of the Over head line please provide the under ground line, It is safe to all. Kindly consider our humble request.

NAME: C.H. BIBE KANANDA CHOUDERY.

We live in a 10 flat apartment. The above mentioned consumer no. is for the common meter in A Block which has only five flats. This meter is being used for common lights and water motor.

Usually the bill amount is between Rs.150 to Rs.300. But this month the amount is Rs.4948/- which is very high. The EB office staff at Madipakkam are not at all cooperative. They are not ready to hear us.

Immediate action is required in this regard as either the meter reading is entered wrongly or it is tampered.

Hello all, we are residing in ALS Nagar 3rd Street, Madambakkam. During summer, there is severe low voltage problem..even fan is not running properly. we are facing this problem for last few years...raised complaint many times but no solutions so far. children, old people cannot mannage to sleep property due to this and even we are facing some theft issues as well. most of the times, power cut is very likely after Low voltage issue. fact is shortage of transformers in this area. current scenario has to change otherwise living in this area is becoming difficult day by day...

I am calling to the arcot eb office from yesterday night itself there is no responce even not pick up the call. at present I am working in chennai. I called near by citys ranipet and walajha eb office they did responce but in arcot eb office very worst. there is my family suffering in my home kindly do something

I am living in saidapet area near the karaneeshwar koil tank. My name is R.Anandan. My address is No 13/8, Tank square street, Saidapet, Chennai 15. I frequently experience power fluctuations. That too high voltage power fluctuation. All the electrical and electronic gadgets stop functioning in high voltage. I am having 3 phase current. But from the start Iam supplied with only two phases. The third phase is dead from the beginning.I would be grateful if the tamilnadu electricity board solves the both the issues. My neibouring houses also face the same issue.

When the reading man came to take meter reading he informed us that the meter was not working and he mentioned the same in the reading note. After some days we received a shocking message through email and sms that we have to pay 4915/-.by 31.03.17. When I went to pondeeswaram eb office (near avadi) for clarification there was no proper response but they added another 4505/-saying that this is arrears amount because of faulty meter and even threatened me when I became upset with their behaviour and raised my voice. My previous bill was 410/- only while I am asked to pay around 9500/- this time! Where are we living? Can any one tell me whether I need to pay and whom I have to contact. My email id is [protected]@yahoo.in.

In my area there is low voltage problem regularly arises and powercut takeplace at regular intervels if we call they said transform problem always it continue for past 1 month if oneday we lose our patient means we will go at anycost because we are taxpayers and we have full rights so pls make a move from your side for solve this problem

Sir,
First i thank for uninterrupted power supply in our area.
In chitlapakkam - chennai-600064 in babu st and bamban salai meeting corner
Just opposite to new icici bank. (Oppsit to mini bus stand to madambakkam)
A angle l shaped angle clamp for support to pipe switch is projecting well out side the road in low level and it will hit the two wheeler s when take left turn to bamban swamigal st from babu steet.
It will be fatal and leads to major accident / death when take turn with little speed. More dangerous during the night. Please avoid clamps in lower level, kindly arrange to increase height clamp fixing immediately to avert accident.
Regarding this i orally informed to your staff four times.

There is no current in my home. We have written a complaint in the EB office in eathamozhi and we have call them by mobile phone many times.They will say that now we will send a person . But till now they didn't came. without current we cant do any thing. so please say them to solve the problem.

As usual I reached near by EB office who refuse to go to Chitlapakkam where this connection related EB office which is far from my place. Please issue a new reading card through the person who visit for the reading. This will help from missing reading of the month. (I ALSO SUGGEST THAT IF THE UNIT READER KEEP SOME BLANK CARDS WILL HELP OTHER CONSUMERS WHO ALSO FACE...

As per the request from the vivekanandapuram 1st street, west mambalam street association tneb without our concern erected base for installing a transformer in front of our premises which is going for construction. Our premises door no is new no.17 old no.9. It belongs to a sripadaraja mutt a religious institution. We appealed to the tneb to stop erection of transformer due to inconvenience we face for that. On march 9th, 2017 thursday evening around 4 pm, the street association president threatened me that he will kill me and will not allow to construct and even seize the the property if objection raised against erection of transformer. Over phone i informed aee k. K. Nagar tneb. With trust in god i humbly submit the incident.

I'm living on 3/24, IInd Floor Kalaingar karunanidhi street Karapakkam Chennai-600097. our EB meter no. 01/3064

Currently, our EB meter is working fine and the bill gets generated for every two months. In the year 2016 we've payed up to Rs.2000 for 3 months for the usage of two fans, lights and one mixie(not maximum times)
Once enquiring with the EB office staff they've informed that meter is working fine and they don't know why the bill amount is too large.

I am in school view street alwarthirunagar annexe chennai 600092. I have voltage fluctuation problem and due to that electronic equipments are getting repaired and ac are not working. Not able to reach 1912 also. Please do the needful.

We stay at sai nagar 2nd main road and the tneb official have replaced the damaged o. H. Cement poles and the old pole is laying in the 2nd main road of sai nagar near 4th street and 2nd main road. This is very dangerous as many car scooter take turn in that location and any slip on the road they will have head injury.
Kindly instruct the team to remove all un used or damage concrete oh electric poles immediately.
