Dear Team,

Compliant in Coimbatore, Koundampalayam local power failure office.

Whenever we try reaching local power failure office, they are not picking the call and hence we try reaching TNEB customer care and they answer during day time and not at night or early morning. This doesn't help during emergency..

Today morning from 4 AM am trying to reach local power failure office number for Kaundampalayam but no response & hence I reached TNEB number, but it keeps giving same recording message as "please wait on the line" and it automatically gets disconnected. The amount is also taken when we dial from mobile phone. It's frustrating to see worst service offered in city like Coimbatore and state like Tamil Nadu ..
What is the use of spending TAX ? When there is nobody helping the public ? I hope the issue will be resolved, if not I will take this issue with highest escalation point immediately..

    Dear sir, my SC No:[protected] last DT for payment 06-03-17 but on 08-03-17all the family members are went for function on the same time, EB line man has taken the fuse carrier without our knowledge not he made a phone call within this year our EB connection made permanent by him. Not even he tried to call or intimate us.when we reach home came to this... We tried to call him he not even respond since called in another mobile no. He picked the call after knowing me...he tried to avoid my call and finally he says he is busy and talk later he disconnected the call and after ten mins i tried to call he is not pick the call...no one cares we had two small children, with old age grand ma all are in whole night in dark room...no humanity...no response...on day second ( 6 march is last day bill payment..8 march) purposefully un plucked fuse carriers...being a middle class people, who can help us or who can give voice for us ..only..good heart people amf kind of good people.. Can Understand our pains and sorrows...all Is this happened Only for the extra money from us..hard earned money never goes to gutter...still i believe god in the form of good people who takes

      I am the user of CM beneficial and alternate power source in order to augment the power suppply a little but I could not get the benefit out of this due to following..
      1. The meter reading taken are not considered to deduct the power produced by solar units, simply taking the power comsumed for calculation
      2.first 100 units deduction benifits is not aplicable to this solar power systems
      3.Meter charges are more (50/-)than the convetional type 30/-and fixing of static bidirctional meter cost 7000/-
      4.for Ex. solar 1KW unit can generate avreage of 2.5 to 3units/ on sunny days(leaving cloudy day )will be approx. 180units for 2 months . your deduction o[censored]nits will be only 80 units(considering the first free100), You feel it is worth to install solar power and it cannot be recover the cost even after 20yrs if it sucessfully works.
      5. Recent Varda cyclone toppled one of the units (2instlled GF+1)and damaged solar panel.

          For the past 2 days there is power-cut at random every hour in nagercoil near derik junction. The power cut is at random and resumes after 5 or 10 minutes. But there is more than one such power interruption in every hour. This cause problem in work that relies on continuous power-supply for more than an hour or two. I request you to rectify the fault and give continuous power.

              We called line to resolve problem . No body answer. No action upto now.
              Presently school examination is going on..All surround ING family children suffer to study.
              Today Sunday all students to prepare studyand all family members need to relax.

                We need 24 Hrs consumer support at local EB Office and Hot telephone facility to call for emergency
                most of the time the EB office phone number is engaged no answering at all

                we welcome duty roaster for customer support for all emergency assistance specially rain season short circuit, pole fell down, tree down on road shorting with electrical pole

                public shall make a call to eb office if nobody there...

                My name is GANESH, residing at NO 15, USHA STREET, SEETHAPATHI NAGAR, VELACHERI, CHENNAI-600042
                In my street, all the EB polls are in very bad condition (photo attached), any time they will fall down, also EB power cables are in bad condition, we were already given more complaints to our EB office (Verlacheri), but no action taken till date. Before the occurrence of a major accident, request you to change the EB polls to underground cables, in our SEETHAPATHI NAGAR only USHA Street and another one or two streets EB polls are there, all other streets changed to underground cable.
                Please see attached photos.
                Request you take immediate action on this.

                  I am living in Padappai, Sriprumbudur Tk., Kancheepuram Dist. In my house Meter is not working for the past 6 months, I have made several complaints in the local area EB office. My service connection no.[protected]. EB office informed that they do not have 3 phase meter. My house is having 3 phase connection . Please look into the matter and resolve the issue.

                      Sir, I am living in ranipet . in my home meter was not working so, I make a complaint in ranipet tneb office. They told no need to pay money for new meter they will come and change new.but 1person came and got1000 rs for new meter but no receipt was given.I asked many times but he is not explained clear. Sir is there to get money for change new one?

                      There will not be a any charge for Replacing the repaired EB Meter. Its their duty to do so. Some culprits may collect these kind of amounts from user. Do not enter-tine these kind of activities in future. If they demand anymore just escalate the matter to higher authority with written complaint. They will give you the solution for this

                        This is to bring to your kind notice and information that we the residence of South Lock street, Kottur, Chennai, that there is overhead electrical transmission line which is very much unsafe. We made representation during flood as well as during cyclone also. So we request you to look in to this matter and instruct the technical department to change the overhead transmission in to the underground cable connection. Please do the needful.

                          Consumer no. [protected] name: delli. Chennai. (Mobile: [protected]) bill amt rs.140 date 23.02.2017. Time: 11.27 am

                          My indian bank account with got debited for rs.530 and 140. But didn't get the receipt. I got the msg "service not completed due to wrong operation / insufficient data. Please retry or contact customer support for assistance."

                          Please reconcile and inform.

                            Please note Agriculture subsidee has been given to MR.Lourdhayan and his family, residing in poonthoopui colony, which comes under Nambai EB, Where the above mentioned person is not a farmer by profession but a fisherman and dosent own a land more than 1 Acer, but he is using electricity 24x7, which he using for free, which inturn is reducing the ground water level in the sorrounding area, So my humble request is to take the appropriate action.

                                      Some power line posts on 2nd Main Road, Sayee nagar, Virugambakkam, Chennai-600092 are in a very bad state and may fall anytime. Please see attached pictures on the condition of the posts. An earlier action may save people from getting electrocuted. The post in the pictures are on 2nd Main Road starting from the one in front of Plot 183.
                                      The traffic on this road is high during peak hours and so the pedestrians who walk below these power-lines are at a greater risk.
                                      An earlier intervention will save people's lives.
