Dear sir,
SERVICE.NO: [protected], I had submitted tariff change application and Charges have been paid on 20/09/2016. after that EB reading taken on 26/09/2016 during time ( August 216 to September 2016 ) my tariff was not changed, while iam on to check with the EB OFFICE ON 7/10/2016 they were saying that my tarrif was changed, but it will activated by next during month ( October 2016 -November 2016 ).
the reading of October 2016 - November 2016 month 220 units,
but the bill amount was RS 831/.in that RS 540 was fixed charge,
whether it was correct/or any mispractic,
kindly requseted to you, pls solve this issue,
