I am unable to use this facility available in TNEB web site as it has got the previous tenants user ID and password, .I am unableto get the details .I wanted to change the usermail/ID and password in the web site available.

    This is keep you to inform that for the month of december2016 on 9th dec16 i have given the cheque[protected]to tneb for bill payment sum of amount Rs. 5825. but they processed the cheque on 17th of dec16 (i, e. by one week and 3 days later). is there any specific reason of proceeding the cheque from the dated which i have given. due to this by cheque got bounced by today that is 1 month later they came to home and shouting to pay bill if the cheque got bounced atleast from your end you should intimate amd also from the date which i given u have not processed y?

      SC no[protected] Near rose garden ooty.
      No supply in one phase out of 3 phase to meter board. Complaint given to TNEB office on 4th september 2015. After many phone calls and followup the line man came and the connections checked in the lamp post.
      Told the connections are corrected and after turning on the transformer will
      call. Even after that there is no supply in one phase. When we tried to call him, he is not attending any calls. Many times complaint given to the office and no response. Due to the short supply, wires are burning inside the house and the electronics devices are also got shorted ( TV, Fridge etc., ).

      Finally informed to Mr.Sivakumar JE of ooty and yet to take actions.
      Need immediate response to correct the perinial problem.
      That line man name is Shankar. Not at all responding to the consumers. Pl advice and take actions to close the issue.

      This is ragul from thanjavur. I have come to pay my electricity bill in eb colony thanjavur. Now time is 8.54am I am standing here for nearly half hour including me there are many people with me still there is no one in counter.this is way to come office.??

        The EB poles are at a distance of 300 feet, against the norms, in many streets in Dheeran Nagar, Trichy-9, which is coming under Mannarpuram EB, Trichy. For example, in 8th cross, Dheeran Nagar, Trichy-9, two adjacent EB poles having 3 phase line, are at distance of 300 feet, and the height of the power line in front of one house is less than 8 feet, which is against safety.

        Unfortunately double payment had been made due to tneb network problem by me through net banking ref dt 18/1/17 & 20/1/2017 for rs.2186/- kindly refund the same.

        1) The Bank says your amount left from account
        2) Tneb says your amount not received our end

Having industrial LT conection, but the consumer illegaly took comercial LT conection to use for electric 5HP motor 8 hrs/day aproximate, Past 1.5 years cheating government property of power source also lost of government economy, So kindly take immediate action as soon as possible...

              As per government order the power supply will be suspended between 9am & 2pm. But we receive supply after 5pm every month. So kindly take immediate action to solve this problem.

                  Dear Sir/Madam, Our street is bit of a lonely one with not much people passing through. The only street light in our street has stooped working for a while now. Also our area is prone to small and medium level thefts. One incident has happened recently a few days back. So our security during the night time totally depends on this street light. Though this issue has been raised to the line man there has been no response taken on this. So it would be of great help if someone can look into this issue at the earliest possible.                     Hi,
                    There is a person(Anandhi) in our area who is running an unauthorised ladies hostel in her home (two hired buildings) without even name board where more than 30 girls are living with all the facilities like TV, air conditioner, washing machine, WIFI in all rooms.But this hostel Owner is cheating goverment by not paying the EB bill with commercial rate and he is paying it with residential rate for more than 5 years. Because of this there would be a huge loss for government. The local Eb faculties will not be able to identityfy it since there is no security or hostel name board and also it is not registered under government act. Also there are power fluctuation problem in our street because of the heavy usage by these hostel girls. Hence please take necessary action on this hostel Owner .

                      How to check the status of the free EB connection for my farm land

                      Please tell me a way that I can find the status of free EB connection. My mother is a widower and owns land of 4.5 acres. She has applied for free agriculture current in 50k scheme before 3 years in 2013 by when we will get free EB connection. Is there any priority for Widowers ? How to check status of the connection.? How do we also check the priority as per the specially allotted scheme for Widowers?

                        On 9.11.16 we went to relatives function & my home door locked. Reading person came & put approx unit consumed i.e., 130 unit[protected]. Becz of this less unit this month reading crossed above 500 i.e., 510 units[protected].so I raised complain in TANGEDCO portal. Then they inspect my home and revert as reading taken was correct. But my complaint is on that day reading was not taken byvEB person put approx unit. As per rule if a door locked they has to put previous month reading. Pl do the needful my SC [protected]

                          Yes. Near my place have one temple and masjith. Both holy place, people should going to prayer early morning. So i request to tneb officer in erode, karungalpalayam branch. They said we forward your complaint to our head person coimbatore will take with in 24 hours. But i complaint regard this problem more than 6 days before. Still the problem cannot rectify. I need light on at 6.15 pm and off at morning 6.15 am... Please make changes very quickly.

                            I am residing in Perungalathur, Chennai ( Next to tambaram) with in chennai CMDA Limits, In our Area ( New Perungalathur) especially in my locality in Krishna Road End and Further Low Voltage is prevailing for the past several months.ie we get some where around 180-195 Volts presently, Last Month it was some what better we were getting around 220/225V.

                            With Poor Voltage conditions our Electrical Equipment's such as
                            Bore well/Well Water Pumps,
                            Microwave Owens
                            Geysers,
                            Mixers
                            Grinders
                            Washing Machines
                            Fans and Light fixtures

                            are extremely undergoing operational stress and fails frequently.

                            we have made several complaints on this to local TNEB authorities including local AEs, no action was taken on the LOW VOLTAGE ISSUE TILL DATE.

                            Trust with this mail the concerned authorities will take appropriate action and improve poor voltage conditions .

                            I am in Manjambakkam, Madhavaram. Add-4/20A, Pillaiyar Koil Street, Manjambakkam, Chennai-60. In our EB line, only 70 Volt is coming since 4.1.2017. Due to low voltage, the line and motors got damaged. We have complained to EB-Madhavaram, but AE-Madhavaram is not attending to the fault. How to solve the problem. My Contact Number is [protected].

                              Hi,
                              Ref. with my Conn no: 241/031/431, i received the current consumption charges mail on Jan 3, 2017. When I login into my account the last date of payment was[protected]. If i am going to pay the arrears charges Rs. 60 will be adding automatically. I went to our EB office (Alandur), they said we cannot do anything and you have to pay with arrears. I checked with customer care support, they checked and explained about the scenario Our EB person updated on Jan 3, 2017 only. So you got the notification mail on same day. Same previous payment also i did with arrears only for the same reason. This is second time, how I can pay. I did not make anything wrong. I am properly paying bill on time. Kindly resolve this issue and let me update the exact bill without arrears.

                                  This house was vacant from 15th april 2016 to 20 th july 2016. I am staying here from 20th july 2016. So there was no usage for 3 months. From 20th july meter reading was there and I also paid.

                                  But you have charged too much by some some average usage without any scientific calculations.

                                  Hence it should be reversed immediatly.

                                    This is in regards with the unavailability/interrupted three phase power supply for past 6 months. We have given multiple complaints over phone from 30-Dec-2016 to both AD and foreman and have also approached Foreman on 02-Jan-2017 at his office (Royapettah). Upon which he sent a line man to address the issue on (03-Jan-2017). Line man said that he would just have to switch the cables, and told us that since he was new to this area he is not familiar with the routing and that he has to ask the foreman on what wire needs to go where. He said Foreman has gone for lunch he will come back and sort it once he is back. till date no one has turned up to rectify the issue, I've called foreman in the morning he said he would be there in half an hour but so sign of him till now so I called him again he is repeating the same saying he will be there in half an hour. Yet no resolution has been sought till date. I strongly recommend you to please look into it as I don't have any other options but to compliant. We have been sitting without business for 7 days just waiting for the power supply to get sorted.
