My factory veetoms industries, 47-b, 6th street, sidco ind. estate (n. p), ambattur, chennai 600098.

Has no power since the cyclone storm vardha.
All uprooted trees in our street were removed at our cost and there is no problem for giving power. a. e of pattravakkam is not responding to complaints, and is giving lame excuse. kindly do the needful. my company is the only company in 6th street without power.

On 16-12-16, we have got one phase supply.. still after several complaints, the lines men are not coming. They say only if A.E instructs us we will put the fuse in the pillar box outside our factory. From the same pillar box, other 2 companies are getting 3 phase supply.All the big machines work on 3 phase supply.

    Power has not been restored on 7th avenue, ashok nagar chennai (Near sangamam hotel). Its been more than 72 hours that we are without electricity.

    Power has been restored in all nearby areas, except this stretch. There are no uprooted trees obstructing power supply and our power cable has been laid underground.

    Multiple calls to ae, ee and supdt engineer have gone unanswered. Sms have also not been replied to.

      I am staying alone in this house for rent. Last three months most of the time i used to stay in my friends room only. Even if i am staying in my home i used to stay in night time only. Every friday evening i move to my native in tirunelveli dt. I consumed very less units of current only.

      But this month billing they added rs 300 extra as average shortfall. But i am sure that i have consumed very less units only. I have paid rs.711/- it is very high amount for me.

      So please consider my humble request and please refund my excess money paid. How can they decide the meter is defective. I was not there so the reading will be very less only.
      Please do the needful.

        Dear sir,
        I am staying in no. 73/31, 6th street kamaraj nagar, avadi, chennai-71. There is no electricity power supply since 12.12.2016 after vardah cyclone. I am working as a senior audit officer, at ag's office, and having small children. The nearby streets got power connection except 6th street. Its very difficult to go office since my presence at office is most essential. Kindly do the needful to restore back the supply at the earliest please.

          I am raja from tuticorin urban east area. My house is having low voltave problem from 9.12.16, i made acomplaint regarding tbe issue but on 12thh dec a wireman came and without looking the problem simply told inside the house there is a problem. But later it was found by the electrician that nuetral wire from post is having problem. I mafe a second time complaint on 14th dec moring 10 o clock but still now problem not rectified. Pls make arrangment to rectify it quickly. Cuztomer no is EG 276. 2ND VAIKUNDAR LANE TUTICORIN.

            My Connection#[protected]

            I'm residing at 5/671, 135th Muthamizh Nagar, Kodungaiyur, Chennai. From May 2016 onward our meter reading is show excess reading like 686 units, 590 units, 890 units it is keep on increasing, we complaint the same in EB Office but no one listening to us and saying that Rs. 1000.00 very common.

            We have only 3 tubelights, 2 Fans, 1 Tv and 1 Mixer Grinder.

            Tamil Nadu government announced first 100 units were free if that is the case we should receive less but every month it is increasing. Please check and take necessary actions.

                  Dear SIr/Madam,

                  This is kannan and my EB consumer no is [protected]. As per the report they took the reading on Nov 10 2016 and due date was made it on Nov 30. till yesterday i checked the bill amount was zero in online portal and i didn't get any prior notification from TNEB till yesterday. But Today only i got mail from them stating the bill amount. but the due date was already over and they put CC ARREAR RCFEES charges...

                  1) till 01/08/16, every thing is good and normal, I am paying EB bills using https://www.tnebnet.org/awp/. On average bill amount is Rs 100.
                  2) On 02/08/16, I have received bill by email normally, but i found something suspicious, All components including CC Charge is 'zero' but total amount is 114. I logged in to https://www.tnebnet.org/awp/ and found "DOOR LOCK" in Status. Its a small apartment and all electricity meters are in same place which is always accessible. Then i checked the meter and I found it dead(No display).
                  3) I have paid the bill on 03/08/16 and later registered a complaint using https://www.tnebnet.org/awp/ on 05/08/2016.
                  4) On 04/10/16, I have received bill by email again. This time bill details are showing status as "NORMAL", used units as 570 and Total Bill Amount as 856. I have verified the meter again it is in same state (No Display)
                  5) I have checked the complaint status using https://www.tnebnet.org/awp/. It is showing "Reply Given by AEE" as status, but i couldn't find any reply message.
                  6) I have paid bill to avoid disconnection and then visited EB office. They are refusing to take complaints. They are saying Owners only should come, Online complaints won't reach here, this is only way this branch operates, etc.
                  7) Again i received bill today 01/11/16 again. Now bill is showing, status is "NORMAL", Used Units are 470, Total Bill Amount is Rs 1040.

                  Q1) In case of dead meter why status and readings are random?
                  Q2) For the same case why first time status is 'DOOR LOCK', And from next time 'NORMAL' and random reading?
                  Q3) From where this random reading coming?
                  Q4) To inform about meter failures, should owner only visit EB office?
                  Q5) Will i get credit/refund from EB due to invalid random readings?
                  Q6) What happened to complaint I registered through https://www.tnebnet.org/awp/, Where and what is the "Reply Given by AEE"?

                    I have applied the form 8 application for mistake in the name (English) on 4/10/2015. After that I received a post from ECI requested changes (mistake) in the name has been changed dated on 22/1/2016.

                    when I visited the ECI office in Thanjavur when I check my details I still not found any new changes on my voter ID.

                    now i registered in online on this web address: 104.211.231.134/ereg_pub/form8.aspx

                    and also got sms from ECI application ID: EM16779046

                    i will go and check that details again...

                      The plot is at Babu nagar Pattabiram. This is a corner plot abutting MTH road and Anna Road (Babu nagar). One electric post is on the side of MTH road and the wires are crossing my plot and going to Babu nagar. We do not know when it was erected. We were out of station for the past three years and we have not noticed that it will be a problem for us when we start construction. Now I have started construction of a building in that plot and the over head wires would be a danger for our building and the workers who work in that building.

                        Eb bill is too much

                        This month till now i didnot get any bill from EB so before this month bill please solve this problem

                          My service no is[protected] in central chennai and we are having inconsistent reading last month my current bill is rs.320 (20.09.2016) but this month my current bill is rs.8182 (19.11.2016) i have had bills of near 3000 but it is over double the consumption. Also, when power cut - off we see eb people or neighbours changing connection and giving to the phase which has supply. So, please check.

                          I m not able to login tangedco. After entered username and password i got a message of 'Bad credential/Account not activated '. But i got a email of successfully registered in tangedco online payment. KIndly solve this issue as soon as possible.

                            He doesn't a Weaver but he is getting the current consumption of the government 200 units of the service number:11110623 I had find out and enclosed a PDF file more than 5 years he is getting the current consumption. region code :[protected] and I had attached a PDF of this month current consumption kindly find out the culprit and take necessary action under them .the name of the connection is p rajaram i can prove with the evidence please make a investigation on them

                              Actually i have a own land in polichalur @ mgr street, moover nager, its a empty land, some local people occupay my land and start builded a hut and applied for a eb connection, court case is under process on the mean time he gave some money and get the approval for the new eb connection we got the objection form from thalivar but its not yet saw in eb office they receive some money and gave the connection too, we gave lot of complient to the eb but no hope at last iam gaving the complient over hear, land detail's:

                                As we are near to Monsoon (Rain ) due to this there can be electricity accident for temporary connection provided using 720 Wire.

                                  There is a frequent power cut and sone times low voltage in 3rd main road vekateshwara nagar, velachery...
                                  The eb is not that good... They don't pick ip calls.. Please look into this as we are suffering great while getting to office and slso while sleeping at night...

                                  Even today the power was off by 7 in the morning but still current... Called eb offixe number so many times no response... A worst ever... Please look into this with atmost priority...

                                    Staffs from Singarapettai, Uthangarai-tk, krishnagiri dist behaviours to pupils/publics was very rude and using abusing words frequently. Especially lineman Saravanan and foreman Thirupathi collecting money from everyone(Farmers, Residential people and others) for maintenance/repair works which they attend.

                                    As well after 6pm they are locking up the office by inside and consuming Alcohol everyday.

                                    Don't know for what?? whether they are public servant or Boss of TNEB.
