Please don't cut power during sleeping hours
Due, to this children and old people are getting affecting my mosiqutoes

Mainly, my heart patients are here
After working and
Studying, we cannot sleep

So, iam requesting you officer
Please don't power cut in un time
If there were less producing current
Then cut power in halfter noon 2.00pm to 5.00pm, sir

In my home at arcot there is power cut problem from yesterday 10 pm. I am calling to the arcot eb office from yesterday night itself there is no responce even not pick up the call. at present I am working in chennai. I called near by citys ranipet and walajha eb office they did responce but in arcot eb office very worst. there is my family suffering in my home kindly do something

As I am residing as a tenant since Feb 1 in Plot no 241, Muneeswarar nagar, Hosur and I am using 2 bulb and 1 fan and induction will be using once in 5 days only to heat the water and when I go to office in morning will come back on night only but bill amount has come to Rs. 1978. Please send the person to check and revert back

Hello all, we are residing in Dr. ambedkar street, just opposite to Krishna nagar, perumbakkam.During summer, there is severe low voltage problem..even fan is not running properly. we are facing this problem for last few years...raised complaint many times but no solutions so far. children, old people cannot mannage to sleep property due to this very problem. most of the times, power cut is very likely after Low voltage issue. fact is shortage of transformers in this area. current scenario has to change otherwise living in this area is becoming difficult day by day.

When the reading man came to take meter reading he informed us that the meter was not working and he mentioned the same in the reading note. After some days we received a shocking message through email and sms that we have to pay 4915/-.by 31.03.17. When I went to pondeeswaram eb office (near avadi) for clarification there was no proper response but they added another 4505/-saying that this is arrears amount because of faulty meter and even threatened me when I became upset with their behaviour and raised my voice. My previous bill was 410/- only while I am asked to pay around 9500/- this time! Where are we living? Can any one tell me whether I need to pay and whom I have to contact. First i thank for uninterrupted power supply in our area.
In chitlapakkam - chennai-600064 in babu st and bamban salai meeting corner
Just opposite to new icici bank. (Oppsit to mini bus stand to madambakkam)
A angle l shaped angle clamp for support to pipe switch is projecting well out side the road in low level and it will hit the two wheeler s when take left turn to bamban swamigal st from babu steet.
It will be fatal and leads to major accident / death when take turn with little speed. More dangerous during the night. Please avoid clamps in lower level, kindly arrange to increase height clamp fixing immediately to avert accident.
Regarding this i orally informed to your staff four times.

There is no current in my home. We have written a complaint in the EB office in eathamozhi and we have call them by mobile phone many times.They will say that now we will send a person . But till now they didn't came. without current we cant do any thing. so please say them to solve the problem.

Tnrb is not functioning properly..fies the eb minister will be there for an hour without current?

I am living in karuparayan kovil street, pandian Nagar, irupur.since evening there is no power supply...My cousin is attending +2 exams tomorrow.we dont know how to give complaint and to whom to give complaint..I Kindly request TNEB to provide 24 hrs customer service and solve the above said issue as soon as possible.It makes difficult situation for every public exam going students..Kindly consider the above said issue and take necessary steps...Since Evening there is a low voltage current and now there is no current..

Street light in the four corner junction is not working for past 2 months and have informed the concerned persons but no action has been taken.
Since it's dark and lonely there are possibilities of and man handling...
Pls do take proper action at the earliest before anything bad happens...

As per the request from the vivekanandapuram 1st street, west mambalam street association tneb without our concern erected base for installing a transformer in front of our premises which is going for construction. Our premises door no is new no.17 old no.9. It belongs to a sripadaraja mutt a religious institution. We appealed to the tneb to stop erection of transformer due to inconvenience we face for that. On march 9th, 2017 thursday evening around 4 pm, the street association president threatened me that he will kill me and will not allow to construct and even seize the the property if objection raised against erection of transformer. Over phone i informed aee k. K. Nagar tneb. With trust in god i humbly submit the incident.

I'm living on 3/24, IInd Floor Kalaingar karunanidhi street Karapakkam Chennai-600097. our EB meter no. 01/3064

Currently, our EB meter is working fine and the bill gets generated for every two months. In the year 2016 we've payed up to Rs.2000 for 3 months for the usage of two fans, lights and one mixie(not maximum times)
Once enquiring with the EB office staff they've informed that meter is working fine and they don't know why the bill amount is too large.

X tenant was used the tneb online payment option. Now he vacated and not giving the user is and password. Now i am the new tenant how to change the user id and password of online bill payment. If i am clicking the forget password and user name it is going to the old email which was created previously.

We stay at sai nagar 2nd main road and the tneb official have replaced the damaged o. H. Cement poles and the old pole is laying in the 2nd main road of sai nagar near 4th street and 2nd main road. This is very dangerous as many car scooter take turn in that location and any slip on the road they will have head injury.
Kindly instruct the team to remove all un used or damage concrete oh electric poles immediately.

Compliant in Coimbatore, Koundampalayam local power failure office.

Whenever we try reaching local power failure office, they are not picking the call and hence we try reaching TNEB customer care and they answer during day time and not at night or early morning. This doesn't help during emergency..

Today morning from 4 AM am trying to reach local power failure office number for Kaundampalayam but no response & hence I reached TNEB number, but it keeps giving same recording message as "please wait on the line" and it automatically gets disconnected. The amount is also taken when we dial from mobile phone. It's frustrating to see worst service offered in city like Coimbatore and state like Tamil Nadu ..
What is the use of spending TAX ? When there is nobody helping the public ? I hope the issue will be resolved, if not I will take this issue with highest escalation point immediately..

Dear sir, my SC No:[protected] last DT for payment 06-03-17 but on 08-03-17all the family members are went for function on the same time, EB line man has taken the fuse carrier without our knowledge not he made a phone call within this year our EB connection made permanent by him. Not even he tried to call or intimate us.when we reach home came to this... We tried to call him he not even respond since called in another mobile no. He picked the call after knowing me...he tried to avoid my call and finally he says he is busy and talk later he disconnected the call and after ten mins i tried to call he is not pick the call...no one cares we had two small children, with old age grand ma all are in whole night in dark room...no humanity...no response...on day second ( 6 march is last day bill payment..8 march) purposefully un plucked fuse carriers...being a middle class people, who can help us or who can give voice for us ..only..good heart people amf kind of good people.. Can Understand our pains and sorrows...all Is this happened Only for the extra money from us..hard earned money never goes to gutter...still i believe god in the form of good people who takes

I am the user of CM beneficial and alternate power source in order to augment the power suppply a little but I could not get the benefit out of this due to following..
1. The meter reading taken are not considered to deduct the power produced by solar units, simply taking the power comsumed for calculation
2.first 100 units deduction benifits is not aplicable to this solar power systems
3.Meter charges are more (50/-)than the convetional type 30/-and fixing of static bidirctional meter cost 7000/-
4.for Ex. solar 1KW unit can generate avreage of 2.5 to 3units/ on sunny days(leaving cloudy day )will be approx. 180units for 2 months . your deduction o[censored]nits will be only 80 units(considering the first free100), You feel it is worth to install solar power and it cannot be recover the cost even after 20yrs if it sucessfully works.
5. Recent Varda cyclone toppled one of the units (2instlled GF+1)and damaged solar panel.

For the past 2 days there is power-cut at random every hour in nagercoil near derik junction. The power cut is at random and resumes after 5 or 10 minutes. But there is more than one such power interruption in every hour. This cause problem in work that relies on continuous power-supply for more than an hour or two. I request you to rectify the fault and give continuous power.

No street lights in our address thiruvalluvar street rengarajapuram kodambakkam chennai 600024, many aged people are suffering because of dark and we are affraid of robbers and complained several times till no resolution is provided and please take immediate action against our proposal.this problem is there from past 10 days
