    I paid 3430rs EB bill in Paytm platform (atm card)...that was failed...but amount is debited from my account ...I got message the amount refund initiated...still I am not getting refund amount...pls check and give me solution as soon as possible...

        There is power cut in 50th street, Korattur, Chennai -600080 on July 6 2022, since 1:50 am. Please do necessary actions to get power back to the area.

            Since june 2022 aynavaram ramanujam nagar is facing power cut every day. Reaching area eb is not ppssible over phone because they never respond to calls.
            Even now we are facing power cut 5 hours a day weekend and weekdays.
            If there is any transformer issue why is not fixed since 15 days. Spoke to eb complaint centre and they also have taken complaint but still we have issues.

              EB reading not taken for all meters and adjustment done with tenant for not doing DC

              Respected Sir,

              I am the houseowner, owning the below said four connections. Out this two connections has been assigned to my Tenant.

              Everymonth he is not paying the due as per the due date. When I take all efforts in complaining to the EB higher authorities and execute DC, my tenant easily pays thru GPay and asks for RC immediately.

              The support staff named Sangeetha in Triplicane EB office is very rude and unprofessional. We as a taxpayer deserve basic respect. Kindly take action and advise her to be polite and take necessary steps immediately when a complaint is raised

                Dear Sir,
                Greetings!
                This is to bring to your kind notice that, the way your staff at EB office at Mamallapuram is horrible and irresponsible.
                Today afternoon I called the above office number since there is no power in my street for quite long time. Your staff picked my call and asking me to contact my area wireman to understand the issue office don't have any idea about why there is no power.
                Is the process your office is following everywhere?
                He mentioned his name as Kamallakannan.
                Would be grateful if you could take necessary action on him. Please give proper training to attend customers queries and to update with proper information for same.

                      Dear Sir, I Paid Rs. 920/-via samsung pay(UPI) for Service Connection No.[protected] Name : M. Mani.Amount Debited but its shows UPI transaction failed.i checked in TNEB App its not reflected. then i tried two more times the same will be happened. finally i payed via GPAY.
                      i raised a query to customer care they replied amount credited to beneficiary account. Kindly Please check the transaction details.

                      Hi sir! This is naveen living in Watkins street perambur sembium chennai-600011. near my home their is street light post which has been damaged and many times I complained on street light department and non of them not taking action on my regard if the lamp post fall down many will be affected on this please take necessary action in this regard.!

                        There is frequent power cuts in paraniputhur area, Iyyapanthangal. The numbers shared for complaints are not working and gets disconnecfed. In case of maintenance day also the power is nit resumed after 2 PM.

                          Iam from chennai redhills kummanur village, my eb no is[protected] k.s John Williams, eb reading wrongly updated instead of 4007, they update it as 4800 and asking to pay high amount of rs 4948, normally I use to pay rs 400 to high rs 1000, iam using 2 fans 2lights 1 fridge only, , , my neighbour house is using higher than me like 2 fridge etc, but they are paying rs 200, but I always use to get high, , , but now they updated wrong meter reading and when I ask they are not responding properly,

                          Wrong meter reading updated by eb reading person, not giving proper solution, he asked me to visit office and talk about this, but when I visit there that person asking to meet meter reading person, but they are not helping, instead of 4007 they updated it as 4800, , , usually 4th only bill generation date, but now bill generated date also 26 th June, , instead of 4, , , may month only I paid last bill, it should generate on July only, but June itself got generated with wrong meter reading and they are not solving my issue giving us trouble .

                                I am vetriventhan residing at victory nagar ponmar there's a frequent power cut in our area for the past 3 days mainly during night times. Since it's covid raising have to do work from home if it continues it my affect my job too, I am not offered to buy inverter. So please kindly look into the issue and avoid power cuts I can see continuous power supplies for nearby areas why it can't be provided for us

                                  Sir,
                                  In our area, that's 'c' colony, Perumalpuram, Tirunelveli. there's always this low voltage problem. And we are at atmost discomfort.There are huge trees in this area, and irrelevant of how many times we complained, no action was taken on trimming them. It causes regular voltage drop and flickering power supply. This causes heavy damage to electrical appliances .
                                  Please take necessary action and protect us sir.
