No power more than 4 days even the water got drained and its safe to turn on the power resources, but those EB persons turned on for next street and other areas, Why they doing like this ?? I'm from Porur Mowlivakkam, Rajagopala puram Chennai 116..They not even thinking about our need .....

Nov 22, night heavy rain & thundering for only one hour, so that they cut the
Power, but after that it became normal but still they didn't give the supply.if we called also no response from them, called customer care also 1912, they r also not answering properly, already people r suffering due to rain, & also this powerproblem came, whole night no power, don't know when they r going to give supply....

TNEB New connection meter struck up, we noticed last July-2015.
1.Registered a complain by manually on 1st week of Aug.15
2.Also submitted an online complaint (Complaint Id:[protected] -27.07.15) via TANGEDCO website.
Now still problem exist
on the website complain status shows 18.08.2015 closed, but actually not.

I am Arumuga Siva from flat no115, 2nd main road kamakotti nagar, pallikaranai chennai-600100 there is no power supply from morning. I called pallikaranai electricity board many times but they don't respond me... pls take necessary action as soon as possible... with out electricity is really difficult for us to do out regular works.....

It is hard to share that other house sharing the same transformer have power and this is the only apartment not provided power supply......

Poor Service

MTH Road Annexe was water logged 2 days back. The lane was blacked out since then. Number of times calls made to EB office, 1912 and the AE. No response. Past 15 hours not a drop of water is there. Power is not restored. AE not attending calls. AD answer was irresponsible. No planning from so called engineers. Hence this complaint. Life is miserable without basic amenities without Power....

There has been power cut in the area i reside i.e perumbakkam since today morning (16/11/2015) .due to this we are facing shortage of water supply and this is hindering our daily life activities. The heavy rainfall is worsening things even more...

I am Dinesh Kumar, residing in Flat no 2A, Ashvini abinita, Kaveri salai, Kalashetra colony, Besent Nagar, Chennai 90. Consumer no : [protected].
During the mid-month of Oct2015 they have changed electronic meter. Our last month bill (Bill dated 28th Oct 2015) is Rs. 8010/-. Present reading as shown in the EB bill is 870 units, whereas the current reading in the meter is showing only 87 units.

I stay in Mayor Basudev St, Old Washermenpet, ch-21 wherein we had power cut bcoz of cable fault on 14 Nov 2015 early morning around 7 am. After N number of calls made to TNEB few TNEB staffs came and did the work evening around 6 clock which lasted only for 2 hours and again the cable busted with heavy smoke. Now it is 10 pm on Nov 15 and we are yet to get the power. While I understand that rain interrupted their work if they had ignored...

TNEB Post (Old Cement Post) need to be changed since this got damaged very badly after 50+ years since it plant. We have got the EB Connection from this post and it's in very danger position, We could see only the RODS available and the Cement blocks came out of the post. If it fell down, it affects the local power distribution and cause a fire accident to the nearby house...
