Dear Sir I am Lalitha Kumari Residing at Lower Kodapamund, Udhagamandalam. My E B No:[protected].Usally the meter reading will take around 17th day of every two months. But this month the reading analoizer will not appear the date of 17th, instead of 17th November the analyzer took the reading on 2nd of December. so totally [75 days ] they charged for the 75 days reading it will go around double the amount because every month our reading will come around 475 units it'll cost around Rs 1250/regularly. But this month the unit crosses around 500 the cost will be double it is Rs2500/. I went to E B Office main bus stand, Ooty, they were not respond grievance properly. Is there any mistake for our side? Please kindly take action for this improper payment. If there is flat unit rate means we are not bother. But in your scheme unit rate are varied that's why we are worried. Please kindly do me favour as soon as possible Thank You.

      Request of Street lights

      I request you to provide street lights from Vanadurgai Amman Temple through Dimond City in Thenimalai feeder of Nallavanpalayam power division, Tiruvannamalai. Many people are coming to the Vanadurgai Amman temple from Thenimalai are in trouble to return in darkness. So provide street lights immediately....

      Though repeated online complaints from last one year, and personally visited TNEB office in Hosur couple of times, the faulty meter is not yet replaced or the bill is not reduced to the average. I have been paying more than Rs. 7000 every alternative month. The same is already raised to grievance forum, but as of today also I got a bill of Rs 4500 for domestic use of small family. Is there any way, we can raise to consumer forum to change the faulty meter and recover my excess billing amount, I have been paying for last one year. Could not help, otherwise, we have to be in dark, if I am not paying the huge bill, as TNEB is hypocrats are not listening to any cries.

        Lack of Street Light in Kundrathur (MM Avenue area)

        The street light is not available in MM Avenue and near kundrathur register office. When we enquired in Kundrathur EB office for past 2year we are hearing repeated answer "The Street Light is not Allocated". Due to which we are facing many issues during night time. Currently we(public) have initiated and installed few lights but that's not enough....

              Our factory ie SUDHARSAN INSULATIONS is situated in Perungudi Industrial Estate, Perungudi, Chennai-600096. Since 8th November 2015 we have reported the loss of electric power and complained to local AE / ADE /DE concerned. Subsequent torrential rains aggravated the situation.The cable fault was reported by the line man and expressed their inability to do any thing due to water stagnancy. Till today[protected], we have got the power inspite of several reminders. How can our factory survive with lack of power for 45 days. We are seeking alternate cable input supply to avoid such frequent power outages.

                  Since the above complaint we still facing hardship of power supply. Since November 2 we are not having even one phase to run our printing machine. A external connection was given with one phase. Since three days even that is fluctuating. Kindly help us. We were told there was a cable fault. Till on date your department has not taken any action

After that i going to apply convert normal home power supply but till now not yet converting. My father many time going to ask vedaranyam eb officer but they say coming coming but not coming to see my home almost 8 month. Please take action. There was no step taken by the department and even for any query there is no proper reply from the personnel concerned. Elderly people are suffering over and above the recent rains.
