    Since the above complaint we still facing hardship of power supply. Since November 2 we are not having even one phase to run our printing machine. A external connection was given with one phase. Since three days even that is fluctuating. Kindly help us. We were told there was a cable fault. Till on date your department has not taken any action

      Respected sir, for the past ten days there is frequent power cut in adyar, padmanabha nagar area. This is a vvip area in chennai. Even after several days there is no progress in settling the issue. Kindly take necessary action to find out the correct fault and arrange to settle it.

After that i going to apply convert normal home power supply but till now not yet converting. My father many time going to ask vedaranyam eb officer but they say coming coming but not coming to see my home almost 8 month. Please take action.                 We are residing in Sunrise Avenue, Kanathur 603112. There is no power supply since 30.11.2015 till today. There was no step taken by the department and even for any query there is no proper reply from the personnel concerned. Elderly people are suffering over and above the recent rains. Please look into the matter urgently.

                    I am residing at crown court located in Kilpauk. We do not have current for the past 30 hours. There is water log all around our place with no access to the outside. The water is getting polluted alot and children's and elders r facing alot of diseases. We have been trying to contact the electricity board but we have not got any response. The phone is always engaged. It is d worst management w have ever seen. The electricity board is acting very irresponsibly and they r providing no help at all. We request you to provide a help to us as soon as possible.

                        Date of Incident : 28-Nov-2015 I have missed to pay my EB bill for thrice due to Internet payment facility wasn't accessible. Since I missed my payment date of first. Thereafter, there wasn't any notification about the payment due or remainder to my mail ID and I checked few time after some days. the same problem was experienced. One day The govt. officials came and disconnected my connection and asked me to report to office . 1. I was at their place in 15 min. 2. They asked me to wait untill there were no Public people at their premises (4 hours), without stating any reasons and disclosing the balance payment. 3. Once they found an opportunity to play game. They called me and gave a rough estimate of 2000 units * 19.5 INR = approx 48, 000 (even though my tariff was only 6.5 INR ) . But actual due was only approx 17, 000 4. Somehow I managed to arrange 20, 000 and went to their office. 5.Officer started to abuse, asking to arrange for 48, 000 and submit the available cash to him. 6. I walked away and arranged 5000 from my friend and gave him 25, 000 7. He billed for actual amount 17000 and started to convince me that. he had made changes in government record in favor of me and asked me to leave his premises. 8 I demanded for my Balance cash and started arguing and I rang up to higher officials. 9. After 20 min of argument, he gave receipt for balance my as Advance. Problem to be rectified: 1. Not disclosing actual bill value by Cash counter representative 2. Online payment facility should be to capable to send notification mail, if bill aren't payed 3. Govt officials aren't ethical at their work place. 6.

                          N rajagopalan, 26, karumariamman nagar first st.Madambakkam, chennai 126 appreciates the pruning exercise of tneb and reque sts to undertake such exercise in his street to avoid snapping of very big 21yr old trees's brach on d already patchworked powerline in front of his house. When local panchayat was approached, they asked to contact tneb.

                            There is no power supply for manthope 2 nd street, maduvinkarai, guindy for 24 hours time.
                            Still we are facing the issue, we use to call frequently TNEB Section Rajbhavan [protected], but the numbr is out of service. no one is pickup the call while trying for TNEB Section Rajbhavan AE :[protected].
                            the worst part is we tried for TNEB Section Guindy :[protected], they simply told not their scope of support as well no any other contact numbers.

                            so how i proceed further?
                            Is it the way the govt response for people who paying tax and bills on time?
                            there is no rain fall on last 2 days, what is the fault makes the power supply cut for more than 24 hours? why the team can't fix it till now.
                            are they aware of this issue?

                            Whom to i escalate further???
                            Often current cut in the areas of jai nagar.Even though the water s nt stagnant the current is nt provided in 12th jainagar and 19th jainagar street arumbakkam.Please take necessary steps

                                Nov 22, night heavy rain & thundering for only one hour, so that they cut the
                                Power, but after that it became normal but still they didn't give the supply.if we called also no response from them, called customer care also 1912, they r also not answering properly, already people r suffering due to rain, & also this powerproblem came, whole night no power, don't know when they r going to give supply.
