Dear Sir, Due to falling of branches from nearby house Murungai tree on my house service wire, my service incoming wire is downward position for more than 3 months and it is easily accessible by unauthorized person, has to be corrected by local TNEB incharge.     Y-172/10, 1st Street, Annanagar, Chennai - 600040. Consumer No : [protected] 1. The meter reading seemed to be moving fast / very high and so we tested...Yesterday 15.7.15 (11pm) to 16.7.15 (11 am) in just 12 hrs it was 160 units!!! 2. The bill has doubled from (apx.) rs.4000 to 8000 this time. Note : We are just 2 ppl and we are not in town most of the time. 3. And also, ours is an old meter device so Please change to the new 'Electronic meter'.

          Dear Sir/ Madam, We reside in Thirunagar(Near Income Tax Quarters), NGO A Colony, Perumalpuram Post, Tirunelveli. We made a complaint to the local TNEB via phone call(EB Phone Number-[protected]) before one month. The complaint is about that the EB Main Line in our Street is getting shorted due to the tree branches over that line during the windy days, Resulting sparks from the EB Line. We have informed about this Situation several times. But still there is no proper remedy taken in solving this issue. We have explained about the danger situation several times but there is no proper response for the EB people. And that made us to register a complaint to you. We believe atleast now this issue will be treated seriously and solved as soon as possible.

            The meter reading (Consumption charges) details taken on 10/07/2015 shows abnormal unit consumption of 1200 units and the Charges are too high.Kindly find attached the consumption charges table for the past several months which clearly shows that the unit consumption and the charges incurred is very high for the details taken on 10/07/2015.The unit consumption for all the previous months have been much lower than this to take on average basis. One more point is that from 1st of May 2015 till 15th of June 2015 family was in Kerala for summer vacation. Hence Kindly check and do the needful.

              I am a patient and could not able to come upto the EB Office to register the complaint. My complaint dated 11.07.2015 above is about a Phase L1 fail in the SC mentioned above. So far no one has cameup for attending it. Kindly do the needful. Complaint No. 1912 of BSNL is repeating to enter 1 for registering in Tamil and not accessible. Why a complaint receiving number could not be a mobile number. This BSNL No is not connectable by Mobile service providers.                 I reside in 15th street ;in Ashtalaksmi Nagar ; Alapakkam ; Chennai - 600116. For the past 15 days frequent np ore cuts in the nights . This cause serious health issues as we ari could not sleep properly. The 100kva Trasformer installed 6 months back is quite inadequate to take the load. It has burst few days back. Our houses are connote tend to the already connected to the main Trasformer in the 1st main road near police booth., which is already over loaded. Very poor response from the Authorities. No planning to install a right size Transformer . I 'm a Tax payer & on time remitted of the electricity Bill. Highly dissatisfied by the service offered to us .senior officials should intervene and sort out the issue.

                  Current cuts frequent here in chrompet chrompetaishwarya nagar, no separate transformer and many houses and flats developed inn the past 3 years. Feel low voltage. 90 volts instead of 230 volts. Very poor response. Also office phone engaged at all times. They keep it off the hook at all times. No information Also.

                      Daily night time after 10 pm there is fluctuation problem. Fan is not able to work properly forget about AC. 2 days back there was no current full night. Tonight there is very less voltage almost zero TNEB knows about the issue but not solving it. We are not able to sleep properly even a single night. The worst area for Chennai Elecricity wise.                           Receipt not generated for online payment

                          I made payment of RS.880 against my consumer no:[protected] on 11/07/2015. Payment was successful and i received the SMS also in my mobile but tneb payment receipt not generated and the status is showing as amount due and also showed "Service not completed due to wrong operation / insufficient data. Please retry or contact customer support for assistance." Please do the needful to resolve the problem....

                                Tamilnadu Electricity Board - During the month of May month the TNEB Employee came to take the reading on 8th May 2015 and in bill they are mentioning like 6th May 2015, On 8th May 2015 Reading Consumed was 520 if he came before 2days ie on 6th May 2015 total consumed will be below 500 and we would not have paid extra Rs.1000. Today i am complaining for the issue is happening again July 2015 Sine 10th July 2015 the TNEB didnt come for the taking the reading they are charging higher price if we consume more than 500 units for that reason they are not coming to take reading on current date and month and making people to pay higher bill. We are middle class suffering alot because of this government working and please take action against the TNEB Employees. I have attached proof of the Previous Bill History details - 6th May 2015 and today is 10th July 2015 till now the TNEB Employee has not come to take reading,

                                  I am using fan, systems at the time fan is low and high circles for variance speed and system is shutdown, so i wrote the complaint register and spoke to line man (06. 07. 2015) but line man is still not clear the problem.

                                    Dear sir / madam, i wish to bring to your notice that due payment is done for the electricity used by some people residing at guindy engineers colony, particularly at plot i & ii, rathna garden, gunidy engineers colony, okkiyam thoraippakkam, chennai - 97. All most 70% of houses have tempered their meters, and simply they are paying very less electricity bill compare d to what they are using.
                                    Sir / madam, i kindly request you to check the meter of these houses as soon as possible,
                                    Its very shocking to know that they use whole time ac and all the heavy electiricity consuming goods but pay very less amount whereas some poor people in the same area pay more money for only using fan and light.
                                    As an indian much more as a tamilian i cant entertain people from other states staying in my state cheating my government.
                                    I request you to make sure of the theft and take immediate action.
                                    Hope you will consider this issue as derious and take quick action.

                                      Respected Sir, This is S. Balaji from Nanganallur. Sir, past 1month Nanganallur EB man's shutdown the power supply at daily night for minimum 3 hours or mostly no power. If we asked the reason for this; they responding daily transformer burning; how the transformer will burn daily(there is no logic). If its really burn daily means see how they are working in EB department. If they need to shutdown the power; why should they didn't use day time. All the people and small children's are suffering lot due to this shutdown. Please take some actions immediately about this problem.
