Dear Sir, For quite sometime, I have been getting intimation on my mobile number about the electricity charges for consumer numbers that are not mine. When I checked in your site, I found out these number belong to BA Estate in 128 Angappan street. I do not know why they gave my mobile number as contact number. Kindly check with them and change to their correct mobile number. I have attached a printshot from my mobile of the messages I am getting. The consumer numbers on which I am getting intimated are 1.[protected] 2.[protected] 3.[protected] 4.[protected] 5.[protected]. Thanks.

We are living in Minjur Town which is near from NCTPS and Vallur NTECL power plant. Here 50, 000 peoples are living. Only two feeders available this is the reason for low voltage. I think increasing feeder levels may result good. Current position is no one is taking action in this regard. In this case Minjur town peoples are suffering from all electrical damages.

I would like to keep the officials informed that the new digital meter placed by the EB board recently was placed with incorrect connection, i stay in an apartment and they have connected the common earth connection for 4 houses in the basement to my house meter and it spiked up the meter reading and i was forced to pay the additional charges for the past 2 bills. I can produce the last 2 years bills and the average have not come up to this high. Its always been 2, 000 to Rs. 2, 500, however now it came to Rs. 8, 000 to Rs. 12, 000 which i way high, i agree it considers all of the consumption for example mobile charger etc, however not this much high bill. Inspite of giving so many verbal and written complaints to AE, he is forcing me to pay the bill again which is not relvant to my usage. He never took any additional steps to get into the details, after me bringing in a private electrician and then he visited my house and saw the connection which was not done appropriate. he agreed to freeze the reading as defect and then take average of the reading which runs after correcting the connection. After correcting the connection, i see the reading is appropriate and it comes to the actual average of Rs. 2, 500 approximately. I am open to discussion and i would appreciate if a investigation is conducted and a proper decision to be given after looking at the evidence which i have. Dear sir, I am the owner of the paramathi land address (6/659 B Anna Nagar, Paramathi Road, SP Pudur, Namakkal 2). The EB engineer now erecting the electrical poles in front of my paramathi land entrance.I called him number of times from Singapore to stop erecting the poles in front of my land. I also told him to erect 10 feet away from my land entrance if he really wants but he refused to it. I have plans with my engineer and developers to develop my land soon. I seek your help to stop the erecting of the poles in front of my land. I am residing in Singapore as my uncle son S Gopinathan who taking care of the land

Due to low voltage, water motor, lifts, acs not working.Even fans run slowly. Spending sleepless night . Very wide fluctuations damgage TV and other gadgets. There is no Transformer in V Street BHEL Nagar Medavakkam, inspite of lots of dwelling units and multistory flats. Please redress our grievance urgently.

Myself d.damodharan residing at no18 first street dawood nagar medavakkam chennai 600100, today two from eb office came to plug out the carrier charging that we didn't pay the eb bill but before ten min they came we paid the bill and we was downloading the PDF doc to show them the bill but even a sec they never waited and plugged of fuse and went while the moving they alleged and behaved in unruly manner and went away without hearung us, so I went to office for telling what had happened no one replyed in proper manner forgetting they are there to serve us, . I want a strict action to be taken down on them, their names are ramdoss and danaseker, when I went and enquierd about them the person in eb office said that they hired them ... These kind of people bring down the govt name

E.B. Junction box /E.B post placed in the very entry gate of my house, which is in very damaged condition. Our children are exposed to very grave danger in every days. very low voltage supplied between 120 to 140 and fluctuation of voltage at Kuberan Nagar 14th Street, Madipakkam, Chennai-600091. voltage between 130 voltage and 150 only supplied to this street. particularly at night time even power is too low supplied between 120 and 140 voltage. most of the electrical appliances are not working/damaged due to this. Water pumping motors not working properly, even fan is not working properly. Morning hours also the same situation continues and night time it doubled. immediate attention required. A transformer installed in this area may reduce this problem to a great extent. Hope Tamil Nadu Electricity Board will do the needful at the earliest. Please help on this. thanking you...

Sir my consumer number is 57201617 of Chennai South region. Recently I have seen a hike in the electricity bill of my apartment even though there are only fans and lights in my apartment which according to me consumes very little electricity. But as seen last time and this time the bill has hiked above 2500 Rs . So I want you to please check our electric power meter and whether there is any electricity theft going on.I have attached the photo proof along with this.

In all residents located at street number 6 of jayalakshmi nagar, kattuppakkam, Chennai 600056 facing voltage drop & / or power cut during night time, after 9 p.m. This fact has been brought into the notice of local then office today 07/07/2015, with a humble request to find out the root cause & to take initiatives to set right the problem. Dear sir, Electric post in my street No.6, Boopathy Nagar, Vivekananda main Road, Kolathur Chennai 600099 is about to fall and the wire is about to touch the compound gate. Its very dangerous and if it falls there is loss of human life and fire accident may occur as houses are very near. We went to TNEB lakshmipuram several times and did complaint with written letter dated 20.03.2011 which I attach to this complaint. So far no one looked into it. Every time we go there the answer is someone will come and have a look. I kindly request to take this complaint as high priority and take action to save life. Thanking you, Srinivasan.

we are in lakshmi nagar area in porur. on 6th July there is low voltage fluctuations during night time. even though they cut the power for more than three times the problem was not solved facing mental pressure. even fan is not running. two days back only there was shut down for maintenance. poor service from porur EB. they won't even attend calls. they simply put down the phone. there is no customers service. children's and office goers were very much affected. still no proper supply of power in our area..

Hello, I am from Chennai Madambakkam ALS Nagar, near Kozhipannai. Problem faced for last two months low voltage and fluctuations, it is very bad at night. Two stablizer got damaged. CFL lights tube lights got damaged. Air conditioner not running it is for show purpose as no current. Why should I pay Rs.6.60 per unit when bad quality power supply given by TNEB? Who would pay for damages to my items? TNEB must answer and solve the problem. Stop giving permission for new flats construction, first provide good power supply, build more transformers, generate more power. Bad quality power supply by TNEB is violation of Consumer act! Hope my message reaches the right authority of Tangedco.

Dear Sir, I would like to bring to your kind attention on the below. I'm residing in Govindan Road, West Mambalam which is coming under the control of your Sub station office at K.R.Koil Street, Chennai-33. Ours is a flat system where around 108 family stay in the residential colony. It has been very frequent where the residents of our flats are suffering a lot due to uninformed power cuts especially during night time more particularly after 10.30 pm. And the pitiest part is these power cuts are unscheduled and there is no fixed timeline. Because of which all the people in our flats unable to sleep ontime. Many of them being working people, senior citizens and children are seriously affected. Would request you to kindly intervene in this regard and ensure that no uninformed power cuts occur in the late night. Would appreciate your immediate action in this respect at the earliest. We live in Madambakkam, Parvathy Nagar Main Road. From 10.30 until now there is no power inspire of registering complaint with 1912 & 155533, the line man has not attended in restoring power. Daily more than 5 times they cut the power this has become a routine for the local TNEB staffs and the reason is unknown. Complaints to their offices were never heard. Please do needful.

I am residing at 6th Street, Annai Therasa Nagar, Puzhutivakkam, Chennai-91 We are facing extreme low voltage. Due to low voltage all the electrical and electronic things get spoiled now. 1. Fans are running very slowly 2. Most of the time tube lights are not glow properly 3. Motor is not continuously running 4. Washing machine is not running. If it is low voltage automatically get stopped. 5. Tv stabilizer is spoiled. So changed a new stabilizer. Still tv also not run properly. 6. Fridge only sometime run. Most of the case it should be standby. 7. Due to above problem. We should not switch on AC.

Connection no[protected], my current bill wad charged 4 times greater than regut bill for I gave written com on 26.06.15 bt as of now no reply and online compliant also not responded [protected] and [protected]. Pls care for public money

Dear sir, i am staying at perungudi pillayar kovil 2nd cross st in perungudi, my area falls under perungudi north tneb division, we experience a high voltage fluctuation at my area forcing us to wake full night, forcing small children cry full night, we request authorities to take proper steps to prevent this.
