Daily night time after 10 pm there is fluctuation problem. Fan is not able to work properly forget about AC. 2 days back there was no current full night. Tonight there is very less voltage almost zero TNEB knows about the issue but not solving it. We are not able to sleep properly even a single night. The worst area for Chennai Elecricity wise.     hi this bala i located at vandimedu villupuram the problem is power daily they cut power at 11pm every night they having partiality to power my house located after the raiway gate but your people give power only before the gate kindly advice to give power at night proerly

      Receipt not generated for online payment

      I made payment of RS.880 against my consumer no:[protected] on 11/07/2015. Payment was successful and i received the SMS also in my mobile but tneb payment receipt not generated and the status is showing as amount due and also showed "Service not completed due to wrong operation / insufficient data. Please retry or contact customer support for assistance." Please do the needful to resolve the problem....

      We stay in vaidyanathan street, seven wells, Chennai 1.for the past few days we are having dim current and we have given complaint but no good response from EB. few months back they have installed new transformer in our street but no connection has been given except two or three.

This complaint is about the wire is hanging in the road side which will hazardious / very danger situation - the exact location is at Madhiyazlagan Street - Nehru Nagar (Location: Near Ration Shop) - Hence, I request you to advise concern to do the needful in priority basis pls - For safety measure pls take th remedy action.

            Tamilnadu Electricity Board - During the month of May month the TNEB Employee came to take the reading on 8th May 2015 and in bill they are mentioning like 6th May 2015, On 8th May 2015 Reading Consumed was 520 if he came before 2days ie on 6th May 2015 total consumed will be below 500 and we would not have paid extra Rs.1000. Today i am complaining for the issue is happening again July 2015 Sine 10th July 2015 the TNEB didnt come for the taking the reading they are charging higher price if we consume more than 500 units for that reason they are not coming to take reading on current date and month and making people to pay higher bill. We are middle class suffering alot because of this government working and please take action against the TNEB Employees. I have attached proof of the Previous Bill History details - 6th May 2015 and today is 10th July 2015 till now the TNEB Employee has not come to take reading,

              Line number is sc - 2418 i have a voltage problem in eb line,
              I am using fan, systems at the time fan is low and high circles for variance speed and system is shutdown, so i wrote the complaint register and spoke to line man (06. 07. 2015) but line man is still not clear the problem.

                Dear sir / madam, i wish to bring to your notice that due payment is done for the electricity used by some people residing at guindy engineers colony, particularly at plot i & ii, rathna garden, gunidy engineers colony, okkiyam thoraippakkam, chennai - 97. All most 70% of houses have tempered their meters, and simply they are paying very less electricity bill compare d to what they are using.
                Sir / madam, i kindly request you to check the meter of these houses as soon as possible,
                Its very shocking to know that they use whole time ac and all the heavy electiricity consuming goods but pay very less amount whereas some poor people in the same area pay more money for only using fan and light.
                As an indian much more as a tamilian i cant entertain people from other states staying in my state cheating my government.
                I request you to make sure of the theft and take immediate action.
                Hope you will consider this issue as derious and take quick action.

                  Respected Sir, This is S. Balaji from Nanganallur. Sir, past 1month Nanganallur EB man's shutdown the power supply at daily night for minimum 3 hours or mostly no power. If we asked the reason for this; they responding daily transformer burning; how the transformer will burn daily(there is no logic). If its really burn daily means see how they are working in EB department. If they need to shutdown the power; why should they didn't use day time. All the people and small children's are suffering lot due to this shutdown. Please take some actions immediately about this problem.                     Dear Sir, For quite sometime, I have been getting intimation on my mobile number about the electricity charges for consumer numbers that are not mine. When I checked in your site, I found out these number belong to BA Estate in 128 Angappan street. I do not know why they gave my mobile number as contact number. Kindly check with them and change to their correct mobile number. I have attached a printshot from my mobile of the messages I am getting. The consumer numbers on which I am getting intimated are 1.[protected] 2.[protected] 3.[protected] 4.[protected] 5.[protected]. Thanks.

                      We are living in Minjur Town which is near from NCTPS and Vallur NTECL power plant. Here 50, 000 peoples are living. Only two feeders available this is the reason for low voltage. I think increasing feeder levels may result good. Current position is no one is taking action in this regard. In this case Minjur town peoples are suffering from all electrical damages.

                        I would like to keep the officials informed that the new digital meter placed by the EB board recently was placed with incorrect connection, i stay in an apartment and they have connected the common earth connection for 4 houses in the basement to my house meter and it spiked up the meter reading and i was forced to pay the additional charges for the past 2 bills. I can produce the last 2 years bills and the average have not come up to this high. Its always been 2, 000 to Rs. 2, 500, however now it came to Rs. 8, 000 to Rs. 12, 000 which i way high, i agree it considers all of the consumption for example mobile charger etc, however not this much high bill. Inspite of giving so many verbal and written complaints to AE, he is forcing me to pay the bill again which is not relvant to my usage. He never took any additional steps to get into the details, after me bringing in a private electrician and then he visited my house and saw the connection which was not done appropriate. he agreed to freeze the reading as defect and then take average of the reading which runs after correcting the connection. After correcting the connection, i see the reading is appropriate and it comes to the actual average of Rs. 2, 500 approximately. I am open to discussion and i would appreciate if a investigation is conducted and a proper decision to be given after looking at the evidence which i have. Thank you for looking into this complaint.

                          Dear sir, I am the owner of the paramathi land address (6/659 B Anna Nagar, Paramathi Road, SP Pudur, Namakkal 2). The EB engineer now erecting the electrical poles in front of my paramathi land entrance.I called him number of times from Singapore to stop erecting the poles in front of my land. I also told him to erect 10 feet away from my land entrance if he really wants but he refused to it. I have plans with my engineer and developers to develop my land soon. I seek your help to stop the erecting of the poles in front of my land. I am residing in Singapore as my uncle son S Gopinathan who taking care of the land

                            Due to low voltage, water motor, lifts, acs not working.Even fans run slowly. Spending sleepless night . Very wide fluctuations damgage TV and other gadgets. There is no Transformer in V Street BHEL Nagar Medavakkam, inspite of lots of dwelling units and multistory flats. Please redress our grievance urgently.

                              Myself d.damodharan residing at no18 first street dawood nagar medavakkam chennai 600100, today two from eb office came to plug out the carrier charging that we didn't pay the eb bill but before ten min they came we paid the bill and we was downloading the PDF doc to show them the bill but even a sec they never waited and plugged of fuse and went while the moving they alleged and behaved in unruly manner and went away without hearung us, so I went to office for telling what had happened no one replyed in proper manner forgetting they are there to serve us, . I want a strict action to be taken down on them, their names are ramdoss and danaseker, when I went and enquierd about them the person in eb office said that they hired them ... These kind of people bring down the govt name

                                    very low voltage supplied between 120 to 140 and fluctuation of voltage at Kuberan Nagar 14th Street, Madipakkam, Chennai-600091. voltage between 130 voltage and 150 only supplied to this street. particularly at night time even power is too low supplied between 120 and 140 voltage. most of the electrical appliances are not working/damaged due to this. Water pumping motors not working properly, even fan is not working properly. Morning hours also the same situation continues and night time it doubled. immediate attention required. A transformer installed in this area may reduce this problem to a great extent. Hope Tamil Nadu Electricity Board will do the needful at the earliest. Please help on this. thanking you...
