In my area all the students, childrens, and older age people are daily facing the power cut issue. We face the power cut issue each and every day.there is no response from our area eb office. Past three months they cut the power mandatory. And there is no action taken by the eb officers. At night time my area people's are fully affected by the power cut and Night shift workers are fully affected by the night time power cut. If there is no action taken means my peoples plan to strike on the road and we escalate this power cut issue through higher level. So kindly take action for this power cut issue for my area.

    I am using motor pump for residential purpose and purly domestic use. The motor pump has fitted near water well and sump in transport office, so TNEB charging COMMERCIAL TARIFF. I had already made complaint to your office situated in Basin Water Works Street, Chennai-79 and my house door no.31 also situated in same street. They told that motor pump was fitted in transport office, so charging commercial tariff. My next house motor pump also fitted in transport office, but charges in DOMESTIC TARIFF I surprised to note that fitting of motor pump is same position in both house, but charges of TARRIFF is different. So I request you to kindly look into matter, CHANGE TARIFF COMMERCIAL to DOMESTIC and refund the excess amount at earliest. We will complaint more times but no responds. we are facing problems lot. my many Computers and UPS is damaged because of low power when i called E.B. Office no responds and A.E. He say`s yes we sole your problems. but no respond if i facing this problems how i maintain my shop and my family. please sole my problem As Soon as possible i hope you to sole my problem.

        We live in MIG flats, block no 7, door no 17, crescent road, Kottur garden 2nd loop street. Every time we log a complaint a temporary solution is offered and power is restored. This is never ending issue. Request higher authorities to resolve this power fluctuation for our block permanently and not offer a temporary solution. From 10.30 until now there is no power inspire of registering complaint with 1912, the line man has not attended in restoring power.

              I am dwelling with my kids at 7th main road, Kurinji nagar, Old Perungalathur. Today morning around 3.30 a.m power cut happened after a brief fluctuations. Till now power has not been restored. We are severely afftected without power supply. We do not have enough drinking water to survive. Please look into this on emergency basis. Others also afftected similarly in that area. Please do the needful.

                I am from Ambattur (Indira nagar & VOC Nagar menambedu), TNEB carry out unauthorized power cut daily and they supply improper voltage frequency. Daily more than 10 times they cut the power . School children s & old age persons struggling a lot . This has become a routine for the local TNEB staffs and the reason is unknown. Complaints to their offices were never heard. Please do needful.

                  506-057-828 Name transfer delay for past 20 days

                  Dear sir, consumer :[protected], I have passed all my papers and related documents for name change in my area EB office, that JE delaying the transfer and asking for deposit amount again for name change, my father already paid the deposit 1500Rs 3years ago with his name. Now we need to transfer to my name but they didn't say they will return my father's deposit. Please advise what is the next procedure and next level contact after JE.. Consumer...

                  In Ambattur area(new street, elango nagar menambedu), the Tamilnadu Electricity Board carry out unauthorised power cut daily between 10.30 PM to 12.00 Midnight and 1.30 PM to 3.00 PM Afternoon, and they supply improper voltage frequency. This has become a routine for the local TNEB staffs and the reason is unknown. Complaints to their offices were never heard. Pls do needfull.

                    Sir, Am from chengalpattu sree nagar.. In our area continuously voltage flactuation problem from last two month. Every time I have raised complaint in online complaint but they are simply closed as problem solved feed back given.but still problem not solved even a single fan not running continuously just 10 mints. We are totally upseted due to the above problem. So we kindly request take the necessary action at the earliest. Otherwise we are go for consumer court at very soon.                       Location: Devaraj Nagar Link Road (Next to Arokya Milk Shop), Sholinganallur, Chennai-119 Problem 1: Transformer in this area seems to be highly loaded now because of the many new houses and commercial complexes located here. Almost on every day we hear the power is getting down with huge blast down. Problem 2: We are seeing the LIVE HIGH VOLTAGE cables got disconnected more than 2 times with-in nearly 2 months now. As this is one of the busy junction road and where many people (including kids as a school is very near to this place) used to walk to get it connected with other roads. Also so many buses (incuding school buses), cars, autos were travelling in this road very frequently. So if the LIVE CABLE touches anyone of the people who either walks on the road or touches on the vechiles, then for sure it will be very much DANGEROUS to life. People from E.B trying to do provide only temporary solution at that time. Please do perform detailed analysis and provide the very concrete and Permenant solutution to this problem. In my view if we change the Transformer that will handle all the voltage requirements of homes in this area only will solve this problem. Also our house is located very near to this transformer. So we really feel very dangerous to live here because of all these problems. Please help us.

                        D.Jhansu Rani, 51, Cooks Road, Ch -12,[protected] Consumer No.[protected] There was no response for my online compliant submitted on 21.05.2015 against tneb. The department replaced new digital meter with out our presence and not entered the reading in our EB Card. Our previous month consumption is 600 units bi-monthly, present month consumption show in online 1605 units bi- monthly. Compliant given to AE, Cooks Road Division on 04.05.2015, but they are not responded to show the records for regarding reading noted by them at the time of installation. online reading shows as: previous reading for 1 1/2 months is - 505 units after installed new meter from 04.04.15 to 27.04.[protected] units Total - 1605 units kindly do the needful justice to me after enquiry and rectify the excess reading noted by dept.

                          Consumer Number:302/004/573, 1, Thaipriyar North Street, Ramanathapuram, Ramanathapuram Dist Sir, I am sivakumar living in the rental building of above address for the past two months.Before my occupation, the house is vacant for two months. For that period the EB Consumption charges come to Rs.850/ without using any electrical equipments. After my occupation, I am using only the minimum current. Any how the EB Charges come to Rs. 1000/- Hence there is some mistake in the Electricity Meter, I request you to check and replace the meter ASAP.                                 Connection No.253/612/118 Name: Srinivasa Raghavan Office: AE/PERUNGALATHUR, CHENNAI - 63 I AM VISWANATHAN residing at No.2/9, Muthuswamy Street, New Perungalathur, Chennai-63. Reading was taken on 16.12.14 for 300 units for Rs.730/- and was paid. After that reading was not taken and we paid Rs.801/- on 28.3.15 based on previous reading. But, on 17.6.15, E.B. man came and told us to remit Rs.3487/- for 720 units only for 6 months not adjusting what we have paid for Rs.801/- during march. When enquired with EB Office, Perungalathur, They are telling to remit Rs.3487/- We have been penalised for the same. Kindly register our complaint with TNEB and resolve it.

Address : Plot No 26; 1st street; elango nagar; Virugambakkam; Chennai 92 The EB pole which stands right at the entrance of my house gate is in a terrible state and I fear that it could fall any instant. Recently(close to 2 mths back) there was an accident just a few yards away(a tree uprooted suddenly and fell over a house gate) wherein 4 consecutive poles fell over and the current lines were dis mangled. While the same were replaced I brought to notice of the officials the state of the pole just outside my house and requested to take immediate action, but till date nothing is done. I had also submitted written complaints to the sub office in the past; yet my voice is not heard

                                    THE ELECTRONIC METER FOR ABOVE SERVICE WAS CHANGED BY OCTOBER2014 BY EB.TILL DATE THEY DID NOT TAKE ANY STEP TO COLLECT THE BILL FOR THE READING. THEY ARE COLLECTING AN APPROXIMATE AMOUNT AND I HAVE DRAFTED COMPLAINT TO setpt @tnebnet.org and to [protected]@tnebnet.org through emails but no response till date. Kindly take necessary steps
