    Dear Sir, I am Mrs. Ruby residing in Ambattur for past 28 years. We in K.K road facing severe power fluctuations and drips at night.. from 10 PM to 4 A.M. Our local eb office directing us to complaint only in 1921 - customer complaint number.. which is always busy when we dial.. Please take immediate action over power fluctuations, our electric appliances such as stabilisers are getting damaged because of this issue.. Pls focus on this issue immediately.. U r asking for bill, deposits.. we are paying everything on right time, , but why u guys fail to take our complaints .. is this the courtesy you guys show towards your consumers.. is this the way you behave with your consumers... Highly frustated on complaining .. what is your reply..

      13/06/2015 I'm Suresh there is no power in my home from morning 7am I called eb office to give complaint but they are not allowed me speak they just said call 1912 and disconnected the call. 1912 very very worst called them several times just telling we taken the complaint we will send someone to check. No one came now time is 11.45 still they sending. I'm working in night shift and in summer without power imagine how it would be.

          There is no respect for the consumer from the line man in the area ayanambakkam located in ambattur poor behaviour and asking bribe directly to the consumer as am a law student i can take immediate action in another way but i dont want to be the dog so plz kindly adviced him not to obey like a illiterate person .Take immediate action plzz

            I am stephen from Vembathur Michealpattanam Sivagangai Dist. On many days we have power shortage here. Whenever there is no current it takes a lot of Time to get the supply back. When it rains and winds forcefully they immediately cut the electricity supply. When we call the eb office they dont respond properly to our queries. The wireman delays to put back the fues...               My residence is facing frequent power cut after may16th .On MAY 16th there was a big fire at the local transformer in East kamakodinagar, valasaravakkam, which was repaired by EB local team, Ever since, at least 5 times there has been power cut at my residence (3/10. east kamakodi nagar, valasaravakkam). My residence is supposed to be a 3 phase connection and for quite sometime only 1 or 2phase works .

                  ponneri EB officer not responding

                  I am yuvarani from ponneri thiruvallur district. I called to chennai north EB head office to make my complaint about changing name in database and in white card the officers helped me by giving ponneri EB office number to register my complaint but wen I called the lady officer picked my call and hanged my call by sayin come to office she didnt even hear what my complaint is . their approach is too bad I have sent my poor mother to make complaint....

                  The digital meters installed in my home at P.No.64A Kalamegam Street, SB Colony II street Rajakilpakkam Chjennai - 600 073 are malfunctioning. The Service Connection Nos.[protected] and[protected]. A complaint has already been lodged and is pending with the Assiistant Engineer, Rajakilpakkam for the past four days..

                      CONSUMER NO:[protected], I am Vikas From Broadway, Last month meter reading was taken wrongly and they have charged Rs 4, 500 - 5, 000/- Every month. But we are consuming very minimal Eletricity in our Home. Please Ask your Engineers to correct or Change the Meter. We have made the complaint to Our circle EB office to Take necessary steps.                           I'm from karikalan nagar, Redhills-, chennai-52. Local EB service is not good. No power in out area about 3 hours. We have been trying to reaching local EB. But they are not responding. They are not pick up the call. They kept the receiver on the table. Our people are facing lot of trouble. We have lot of children, students, workers & aged people. We all need to go school/office/work. We are in struck. We can't sleep in the night. We see that so many changes in our great India. But still the EB department doing the worst service. Please resolve the issue now.

                              Adjustment of excess caution deposit

                              Location velachery. Consumer number :[protected] Date :6/6/2015, Saturday evening 4:30 pm 2 people from EB came and informed that as per govt order, they are changing the present EB meter to digital meter. They switched off the line for 10-15 min. when the power came, there was a series of cracking noise and one by one 3 Tubes went off. the inverter started giving noise. when i touched the inverter to unplug there was mild shock also.we rushed down and informed the EB person. He said there was some loose contact and said he will rectify it. They charged additional Rs.200 per meter for all these! The after effect of that we came to know only late, when our electrician came to repair inside the house. Three chokes, two tubes, one radio and one AC mother board all burnt. It was high voltage/current he informed. Together has now costed me around Rs.5000. Today (8th Monday), when I went to the EB office, they said the person responsible will come only at 8.30 pm. they asked me to come at that time. Through phone nobody could be reached.

                                Sir my name is S Ushha and I reside in parthasarathy samy lane, triplicane, chennai. For the past 1 week power goes off by 10 15 pm and resumed after 3 or 4 hours only. Yesterday night I had called 1912 for more than 5 times to request them to do the needful. Schools have reopened now and without good night's sleep kids are put to undue stress. Kindly ensure power supply uninterrupted. Thank u

But nno step have been takemln. Even during the power cut the the meter keep running. Pls take this issue seriously and act on this else we need to contact customer grivence cell.
