Am malathy from kavarapettai, gummidipoondi. Power failure happens often, whenever it rains power failure occurs. And voltage problem is a big issue. People cant sleep well. I have never seen such a worst maintainance anywhere. If the payment ia not done properly then actions are taken suddenly but nobody is responsible if there is any complaint. I dont believe that this is not going to be taken serious but still am regiatering as i need a solution.

    We live in 9th sector, 46th street, ok nagar west. We have been facing power cuts and low voltage issues on a daily basis for the past 1 month. Moreover the transformer in our street goes down frequently and sometimes catches fire and thudding with big sounds putting pedestrians at risk. We have escalated both the issues to the call center but there's no resolution till date. Of late the response from 1912 call center is also becoming unsatisfactory. Can this be taken up with priority?

      Sir I am living in vyasarpadi sathya moorthy nagar 1 st block . for the past two weeks we are receiving very low voltage even fans are not running . I complained to local EB office in sharma nagar several time's but there is no response from them . so pls look into this issue and take immdeate action . I hope u will take immediate action . thanks in advance

        Submitted by : K Chandra sekhar, Coimbatore Mob : [protected] Consumer No :[protected] connected load : LT 42.50 kW We are an SSI unit located in Coimbatore. Our shed taken on rent has a 42.50 kW connected load which is too much for our requirement. Our Current consumption is about 150 to 200 units. We are being charged a fixed sum of Rs.140 x 42.50 kW = Rs.5950 / - over and above the CC charges. This has been happening last 8 months. Is this a correct practice. Please clarify.

          My Name is Ajay Goswami, I reside at No. 17, E.K Araharam Street, Park Town, Chennai - 03. My complaint is against TNEB. My EB Meter No. is[protected]. This meter was changed to digital recently. On an average total units consumed for 2 months (residential) are not more than 1700 amounting to Rs. 9, 000-10, 000. But this time around after the meter was changed to digital total units consumed for the month of April and May was 2690 amounting to Rs. 16, 584/-. Further I was also out of town for 23 days in those 2 months, so it is very unlikely that 2690 units would have been consumed. This is a clear case of meter fault. How can I get this rectified. I have complained this many times but all in vain. What else can I do.

            Good morning sir, I am Devanand, my Electricity consumer No.[protected] &[protected], residing at 29, Bharathi nagar, Govarthanagiri Ext, Avadi, Chennai-600 071. I had 3 & 2 phase connection since 1997, both wires & stay wires are badly corroded. I already sent two complaint letters to concern AE, mob.no.[protected] (Kamaraj nagar, Avadi), but no response.               Dear sir/madam i am sundar from ramanathapuram, i complaint about our home meter is running too fast in TNEB website and direct Eb office, but they are taking any action, I complaint morethan 8 times thorugh website, nut no action, but they send mail all is done, but no one come to my home and check the meter, normally we are consumed, 300 units for 2 months, 2 months before they changed digital meter that is the problem, now 1month its shows 501 units are consumed, please take some action, because we can`t pay 5000 rupees for current bill. please take action sir MY EB NO - [protected] thank you

                CONSUMER NO:[protected] We are running fitness centre in Velachery. Last month meter reading was taken wrongly and they have charged other charges 65, 000/-. We have made the complaint to velachery eb office to check the details and more over payment date is already over Till today there is no action taken from the eb department. Reading units are not correctly updating. 10, 20 is showing and in march 30th 2015 - zero units are showing. Request to consider the request and update the correct units to avoid to pay huge amount at a time.

                        wrong meter reading Hello sir/madam I am resident 290a Thirumalai Nagar, 1st main road hasthinapuram main road chrompet-600044, near opp zion school, The person who took the meter reading has noted it down wrongly, instead of highly units he has noted only around low units, april month I used to pay the bill on lost month 3500rs online and the amount displayed was 3000 something and i paid it, this may increase the billing amount on may month next time due to slab rate variation rs 6000k, when i contacted local authorities nobody is responding well and they themselves are not sure on whose responsibilities it is and are just turning me around and have made so many calls regarding this and still i didn't get a proper response, please take a note of this complaint and do the needful so that i do not suffer an increased payment on next billing. it would be appreciated if the person who used to note the reading would come again and note the proper reading .                           We are facing power cut during night every day (11:30pm to 1:00am & 1:30am to 3:00 am). We informed to EB department through 1912 last night (26.05.2015 at 12:35am) and one person attend the call and behave very harshly. So kindly look into this issue and clear this as soon as possible.

                              Dear Sir/Madam, I live in selaiyur near bharath engineering college (esther garden 1st street). At my home i'm experiencing low voltage all the time and I have made several complaints and there was no action taken and I don't know where to address this issue. I have one of my appliances damaged and had to replace them. Also I have phase 3 connection but no supply is coming in that phase and I'm living with phase 1&2. Receipt Number:CBN182AR2S1190 Still I'm unable to register the EB connection thru online as its throwing error of "Connection Not in Live". And My Connection Status is Still "DISCONNECTED".                                     Sir we are residing at Ranjith Road for the past 11 Years initially when we moved there used to be problem of power cut but resolved and every 3 Years there will be problem of power supply ranging from 3 - 4 Hours sometimes overnight - For the past 15 days there is a Continuous power cut from last Sunday ie from 24th May 2015 we did not get power continuously for more than 1 Hour and every time trips off and get rectified temporarily but again it is the same story when we approached Taramani office they have informed due to the new installation of the Transform Box this is occurring and the concern company to come and solve - Kindly advice and Give us a permanent solution as elderly people and children could not bear the Humidity and being in summer season it is very difficult to managequmi

                                      We have been residing in CTO colony, Lakshmipuram, West Tambaram for the last 3 years and facing low voltage and voltage fluctuations at night even though we are having 3 phase connection. I recently purchased one inverter AC to make my family members comfortable and sleep well at night during this summer, Hope every one in our society wants or willing do the same for their family including TNEB employees. But due to this severe voltage fluctuations or low voltage, AC doesn't work at all...We are also human being and wants to manage this summer and safe guard our kids from this horrible summer...But No action has been taken from TNEB regarding this or improving the quality of the service and throwing away the basic needs of people even though they pay the money for the consumption of electricity, this is the only county which doesn't fulfill the needs of the consumers even though they pay for it...Please do the needful as quickly as possible... Be mindful and kindful...
