Respective Sir / Madam,

I am Muthukumar My consumer Number [protected]

I am having excess billing problem for the last 3 billing amount, Reading is showing as 380 KWH, this is only for house use and also there is no high power consumption equipments are used. I already informed the problem in division office, but there is no proper response and they just want me to pay the money.But i cannot accept this excess amount and i will not pay this unused billing amount for this month. This continuing for months.

I request you to kindly help me to investigate about this problem and check the Meter box and take immediate action on the same.

          Am residing in door no 22, thiruvengadam nagar 2nd cross street, two people came and removed the fuse and told that they are EB staff (CA Musthafa and other) when asked for ID card they refused to show. Is it legal to remove the fuse when people residing in home. And the persons talked too rough and didn't even respond for the queries. Everything has been takes video. Kindly take necessary action and replace the fuse. And send a notice as per regulations.

            We are living in viswanathan cross street east, radha nagar chromepet, chennai 44. Power off at night times is happening regularly in this area. Especially today 21/06/2022 shut down and power given by 04.00 clock. But again power cut at 10.30 night and not give far 01.30. I have 6 month baby crying continuously. i tried to contact eb office shanthi nagar chromepet much times but always saying busy. It is ascertained they deliberately set the phone busy. Thereafter i tried 1912 also not reached. I strictly condemn such a Worst activities and a strong action is expected against this to the concerned. So far the power was not given. We are suffering. Please take necessary action to the concerned officials. I am readily available for any enquiry. [protected].

                      Our EB bill was massively high this month (Rs.5674) which we never paid in our lifetime.We knew oir usage and we are pretty sure that this will not come.We raised 2 complaints in TNEB portal and they have closed the complaint without even attending it.Now after crossing due date they have charged it with penalty.

                            Hi Team,
                            My TNEB service number [protected].
                            i have paid EB bill of 139034 on 18/06/22 from below mentioned bank account with TNEB transaction number WCNB[protected]. Money is not refunded to my account or not credited into my TNEB account. When I raised complaint in TNEB portal for the same, they mentioned "The transaction is successful based on bank statement" and closed the ticket.

                            When I checked with my bank, they clearly mentioned that amount is credited into beneficiary account and shared the below reference details.

                            Payee Information Name : canara bank

                            Account No :[protected]

                            IFSC Code : CNRB0001483

                            cell phone number [protected]

                            Please help me to get refund Rs.139034. as soon as possible.

                            Note:To avoid stopping of Electricity supply. i have paid EB bill once again. second time transaction successful and reflected into my TNEB account.

                            i have given online complaint in TNEB. They have processed the same within a day.

                            bill amount paid my account but TNEB BILL NOT PAID MY SERVICE NUMBER [protected] i have paid EB bill of 743 on 13/07/22 from below mentioned bank account with TNEB transaction number . Money is not refunded to my account or not credited into my TNEB account. When I raised complaint in TNEB portal for the same, they mentioned

                                  I have applied for new connection submitted and paid the registration amount through online on 3rd June 2022 but till now we have not received any update and no response from them.

                                  Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [TNEB] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                  I would like to inform you that I have applied for Temporary Connection on 30th May 2022 and paid the amount Rs.2818/- online, Ref number is PGCICI[protected] and SC.No.[protected]. However, I have not provided the connection till now. If i enquire about the delay in the office, they are saying that they do not have post and wire in stock. I have been getting the same reply for the last 2 months.
                                  Request your intervention to look into it and get it sorted out. Expect your swift action on getting the stock allocated to the Guduvancheri Area EB office.

                                    We are using Fan, Fridge, Induction, TV and normal tubes. But every time we are getting high units consumed. Even people who have washing machine bore motor are getting low units
