Sub: Excess meter reading-correction requested
Wehave our land in the above address, this place is vacant and no activity is
taking place, only one watchman is there to take care of the property for the
last one year. The place is provided with ordinary L.T.Power supply having
meter no3331027. This connection was given from[protected]. Since there is some
fault in calculating the amount arrived for payment of Rs4496 showing the meter
reading of 530units .This place is provided only with one tube light
connection, this can be inspected in person at any time. Due to faulty meter
the consumption is showing very high. This was also pointed out earlier and amount
paid on[protected] according to bill.
We request to rectify the defects and to inform the correct amount to be
paid towards EB charges for the period from[protected] to[protected].

Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [TNEB] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I had launched a complain against the discourteous behavior of EB staff. Instead of calling me for an enquiry, all the important EB officers came in person to my house for knowing the issue and solved the matter. I am terribly impressed and was surprised. It really created a great feeling about the EB officers. I am really thankful to all.
