hello sir my consumer number[protected] melmangalam post nagudi sub station as i have my new meter problem .over loading the meter all the switch off but meter are runing so one month we are not living my home but my eb bill are 579 metre are 290 already i complain eb and give the letter but no take the action so plz clear the my problm

    Hello Sir, We live at Krishna Appartments, T.M.Maistry st., vannanthrurai, Besant Nagar and have been facing a single phasing issue for the last few months. We had made many complaints regarding this problem but every time only a temporary fix had been done. Even yesterday night there was single phasing at our residence from 1AM.       Respected Sir, I am Vimala.V, Postal Assistant, Tiruvannamalai-H.O. I am staying at 27/3 Ist Puddu Street, Tiruvannamalai (T.V.Malai East). I have two services in this address whose numbers are given below, EB Service numbers: 1.[protected] 2.[protected] The two meter boxes of these services are placed outside the house compound, which are at the height of 4 feet from the ground and closed with visible glass doors. This month (October-2014) we tried to pay the EB bill through online, but TNEB website shows the minimum amount for the two services, but we are using the two services regularly. It is impossible to get that amount. Its mainly because of not taking the meter readings for the respective month. As I am a government official, I cant able to approach them directly in their office during working hours, so I tried to contact them through the phone this morning (15.10.14). But I got a bad response from them. This is the third time they are doing this in this year, though the meter boxes are easily accessible from outside, they are repeating this. So I request you sir to take the necessary steps and insist them to take the reading regularly and help me to pay the full amount for the service I have used for the past two months .             From Advocate K Satish Kumar 5/759, Lakshmi Nivas, Sabari Salai, Madipakkam, Chennai 600 091 Mobile: [protected] Dear Sir: My Distribution Numbers are[protected] and[protected]. I have two connections one in the ground floor and another in the first floor. The first floor is vacant. The distribution number for the first floor is[protected]. For the past six months meter readings have been done but the reading has been totally incorrect. The first floor meter reading has been noted as 18490 where as the actual meter reading is 1785. The meter is functioning well and it has been noted that the meter is not functioning. The response level of the meter reading person is also very uncourteous which tantamount to verbal abuse. We have been keeping our main gate door locked to avoid trespass and the "Meter Reader" has always been complaining that if the door is locked she will not be able to take reading. We have door bells too for any guests and such persons coming to the property. The door is primarily locked to avoid trespass. This may be the reason for the "Meter Reader" Grievance and hence the meter reading is incorrectly recorded. We would like the officials from the EB to come and do the checking of the meter and take corrective action for the negligence done by the EB officials. Thank You !                 sir My service no[protected]. I have III phase connection in my home. I am suffering power flucuations in I phase from the past month onwards. Computer and other electrical devices are connected in that phase . I had logged the complaint to my area wireman, he serviced me after 10 days of my report. Regarding this letter about meter.I have given three Complaints through letter dated 27-jan-2011, 22-July-2014, 04-Dec-2013 and i have received the acknowledgement also.And you also changed the meter subsequently regarding the low consumption of power during the period of Nov 2011 to Nov 2013 .As per your letter the reason is My family is away from the city due to sons education and Job . And My wife also is away from the city during this period due to her parents Health issues .But in this above period the meter is working properly when ever the meter is not working i have given complaints 3 times for that your TNEB Official has given the Acknowledgment also . Please wave this above 21169 RS.And Please do the need full Regards B.Govardhana Rao

                          In specific place of Grandline (redhills 52), Always power cutt in night times at long hours like 5, 6 7 hours. No one response to answer in phone or direct enquire. Somethig happening in that area. Grandline EB workers doing somwthing wrong. they are misusing the power connection and also thifting. What is the reason to cut power in night time only.. day time also some times.. AE - Balachander and other person from Grandline EB office talking unnecessary and using bad words when public calling for compliant and quirey.. Please take strong action on this..                             my address g.balasubramanian 18, 53rd street, ashok nagar chennai-600083 last 10 days the voltage voltage fluctuation is ver high.i have made lot of complaints over phone tneb ashok nagar office..response is very poor.because this, my home appliance a/c, fridge and some tube lights got damaged.pl do the needfull urgently to avoid further damage.

                              I made an online payment on 11th September 2014 and the amount got debited from my bank account, but in the TNEB portal the bill dint get generated and even the payment amount was not reflected in TNEB account.                                 Dear Sir, I residing at No.15, Sridevi Amman Street, Meenakshi Apartment, Subash Nagar, Chromepet, chennai - 44 My consumer Number is [protected]. My distribution Number is 342. On 29th Sep 2014. Meter reading has been taken. While recording the Meter reading, the reading has been wrongly recorded as 35150 instead 35750. Also the consumption of the period has been recorded as 30 Units instead of 630 Units. Please I would like to correct this meter reading as soon as possible.                                   I gave a complaint for meter fault, on 16/09/2014, TNEB officials visited home after i got mail regarding the meter fault confirmation on 17th sep-2014 stating that meter will change soon. But it was more than ten days completed eventhough the was not changed yet.

                                    My consumer no.[protected] meter has been dismantled on march 2014 by the Mr.Kannan -foreman along with his subordinates.He has collected Rs. 800/- as disconnecting charge, also he said the receipt will be given latter. But It has been noticed after 4 months of dismantling (July 2014) the billing of minimum amount and a deposit amount is reflected in my account. when it was complained to Assistant Engineer, EB office West Tambaram, they are not responding for the same. Without an EB connection and meter how can they charges amount from us. Please do the needful action.

                                      Sir, I live in a prime area in Mylapore. Often, I'm annoyed when people like LINE MAN or some other comes for bribe and knocking my door each and every time, Even they don't mind its a MID-Night.. Can anyone tell me is that necessary to pay them, where is not my call of complaint or general service? Actually are they getting paid ? Or I didn't called them?? Why do they demanding such ??? It was so embarrassing and indecent way of behavior. Many often they do service in blocks away and particularly come to my home.."Insane" I'm not sure why ?? Someone clear my doubts ??
