        Respected Sir Iam gopinath from Vivekanandar Street, Kottivakkam, Chennai -600041, In My Street, Electric cable is not laid properly in Electrical Post, Every day Hundreds of Peoples crossing the road by Walking and using Light vehicle, Already some damages has occured in that cable, Wire may damage any time due to vehicle crossing, Kindly take necessary action to save our human life.

          I am from Shenbakkam, Vellore District, tamilnadu. Last two days there are so many times unannounced/unplanned power cut, even in mid night also. Today also there are around 2 hours power cut in mid-night. If we call customer care elctricity, there are no proper response. many times all numbers are switched Off..

              Hello, It is absolutely unacceptable waiting for a tragedy to attend a case and then clean it off. Prevention is always better. I have raised a complaint to the Tneb subdivision office Sithalapakam. Indranagar. And keep on calling them for a recovery of an electric post damage and it's service cable is hanging down on near to my hous gate, it is obsolutly dangerousness for he people and the children's if it falls down. Iam also keep in calling the customer care and they give a complaint number which is of no use. Not even attending the problem and they close the complaint dono what is the procedure it is. When I call them and ask that respond me that there is no one available to do rectify it. And will take another one week for the second time. But they never think of the danger expected any time. I would like to point out one thing is that, each and every one in the office is asking money for any single service we approach them without bill called bribe. If we fail to give the bribe they keep on dragging the service as much as they can may be it is a 5 mins work but they won't do it. Kindly please take note of it and act up on. Thanks. Sam

              These kind of issues need to be attended with high priority. SLA should be 1 day at max. But still even after three week it is not solved.

              This is really a serious concern that the customer care is of no use, I am calling the customer care since last three week daily two times they give me a complaint number too, but next day when I ask abt it they give me a new complaint number no action on the previous complaint number and it is ignored. Likewise it is dragged three weeks now. But it is a dangerousness issue to the public I am reporting. But no one cares. Even after reporting number of times in the local Tneb office. Not able to understand whale else to do. Please help.

                Sir i'm Rajagopal from coimbatore and my EB service no is[protected]. For the past 3 months my EB readings is very excessive and i'm not using so much power and i gave a complaint letter to the AE thudialur cirlce.But till now they didnt take any action for my complaint so i request you to take necessary action to check the meter which seems to be faulty.
                Dear Sir / Madam,


                My connection number is[protected]. For the last 3 billing cycles, I am being charged excessively on some flat scale that nobody has bothered to explain the basis of calculation . I have never had such high bills in the entire span of the connection.


                My house is a small 2 bedroom flat. I had complained about Meter not working and the meter was replaced. Ever since the meter was replaced I am being charged the same amount irrespective of my consumption, In January 2015 my charges are 1, 150/- but I have been asked to pay 3, 665/- I don;t know why and what is the basis of this calculation and how long I have to pay this, . Request urgent intervention and rectification of this error at the earliest.

                  My name is Yohan J.I am a resident of kottivakkam for the past 11yrs.I am residing at raja garden 1st street.There are around 14 to 16 houses for which only one pillar box is there.At times we face acute power supply problems.There will be a phase out and we have to call the EB for assistance.Even we faced after midnight also during those times there won't be any response from the EB till the next morning.During last year summer we experienced a big problem as cable was cut for that also only temporary joining was done with TAR.This won't last a long time and pretty sure of experience a same kind of in the near future.What would benefit us is, if a separate pillar box for 3 to 4 house is given, for problems in individual houses we all need not suffer when the phase goes out.As that particular box alone can be checked.Even tried talking with the area A.E no positive response.
                  So on behalf of our street if this problem is taken into account immediately and a study is made on how much pillar box should be erected it would most certainly benefit us a lot.

                    my name Is kesavan.my consumer no is[protected].for last 3 times current usage is as follows 20, 10, 15 units.I paid for this correctly.and from office of the assistant engineer, manamadurai town members are changed my meter into new on 09/07/14.after that in my room so many electricity problem is there like repair of some electrical things, paasing current in gate nearby meter.and also reading for this month is 235units and bill for 1967rs.this over usage of current is not possible for my room.already given the written complaint in that office.but they says that pay the money immediately .please consider to change the new meter and consider to arrange for correct payment for this month.thank you.

                      It was the morning of August 27th, at around 6:30 AM when this happened. There was a sudden sound when I was sleeping. When I came out of my room, I saw the doom light of my hall which blasted and fell due to no specific reason. Please Check, This happened in two other flats of the same location.                         Dear Sir.. We find the electric meter shows abnormal reading. There seems to problem in the Electric Meter. Kindly depute your person urgently to inspect the same. We also feel the pillars of the Transformer infront of our house is in very damage condition and it may fall down at any point of time. It may cause serious damange to the surrounding. Request to install a compact transformer and it would be nice if it is shifted.

It is very danger position.This current box close on small polythen cover. This street living so many childrens and samll baby.                                   This is Regarding frequent disconnection of Power Supply in Ramapuram, Manapakkam Main Road Area (Parthasarathy Nagar) in Chennai. Atleast 4 times in a day Power Goes off. There is no specific times, Morning, Afternoon, Evening, Night etc This is major place in a city were u have DLF IT park and L&T Companies, not a remote place. Can there be any Permanent Solution for Power Cut. During Summer it is acceptable but throughout the year without any time, it is really unacceptable.

                                    For the past three occasions your assessor not came to my house for billing.After my intimation she create the bill, then I have remit the same by net banking.In this regard I have made so many complaints in your web site, but it was vain.On 27.08.2014 I have received one alert in my email about one bill for my ground floor connection with notification of door lock, but my wife was available in my house on 26th and 27th August 2014.I came to understand Your assessor Smt.Indhumathi is newly recruited and not having sufficient awareness about billing.Every time of billing we should intimate the meter reading to smt.Deepa another assessor, because Indhumathi is having a habit of non attend the phone.I am having two connections 1.                                       Dear sir, I have been served with a bill of INR2, 565/- for using 626 units of electricity for service no:[protected] at 90 Lake view road west mambalam, Chennai -33 by Tamil nadu electricity board. The house is locked as my wife and child have joined with me in Lagos, Nigeria where I have been working. I do not know when a house is locked, how such a crazy bill can be demanded when there is no usage. Please revise the bill which will be paid immediately thro online. As me and my family are away, we cannot give any complaints personally in India, till we come back. In view of the above, please send nominal charges for keeping the electrical connection to my house, till we come back. Billing details: Service No :[protected] Name :C.RAJAGOPAL Amount Due (Rs.) :2565 Due Date :30-AUG-14 Reply to earlier complaint No[protected], asking for contacting the local EB office is something impossible due to the territorial dislocation of me and family.

The exact reading date should be 19/07/2014 instead of 19/06/2014. Please help to correct this date as soon as possible.
