Faulty eb line

Hi, I am gunasekaran residing in No.23/30, vellala street, villivakkam, chennai-49 . we have 3 phase connection.there's is no power in one phase out of three phases.i think the power line is disconnected from the post. power cut for 24 hours

Frequent power cuts in velachery
