Regarding current bill

Hi sir/madam, In chennai the house owners are charging more amount on the current bill from tenants. They are charging the amount like per unit 5/- or 7/- per month on the usage units. Request for EB post damaged

Dear Sir, I am residing preiyasamy at nachiur, pottananm (po) namakkal . as my house is located at the corner, the EB post damaged ..i complained about it in the EB Person in puthansanthi, But kindly take immediate action before any unforeseen incident happens. Regarding this we made telephonic complaint to the EB office. everyone are deaf to this problem Kindly take immediate action, or else give the details of the person in your department...

Main Fuses are removed regularly even after payment of bill online

We are staying in Thoraipakkam. EB staffs are removing the main fuse and asking us to pay the bill. But the bill was already paid online. We went to EB office near Chennai One-IT SEZ, Thoraipakkam. There is no response from them. They are not behaving in a good manner and carelessly speaking. We are facing the issue once in two months. Please check this issue and ensure that this issue will not be repeated in future with other consumers....

Power cables sagging (At dangerous level)

At sadasivamnagar 4th link road, madipakkam the power cables are sagging. The cables are running at very low and in dangerous constdition. Monitoring with madipakkam ae & others concerned. According to them the post requires replacement. The power cables are lying such a low level before any fatal incident happens, immediate and on priority

Repeated power failure / low voltage -

Severe Low voltage problem

No power prc colony thirunagar

Sudden excessive reading above average consumption

We are kindly informing that our service no.[protected]-coimbatore region-tiruppur circle-bridgeway colony section.

That our service no. Reading has been taken on 04.07.2014 for the past bi-monthly consumption. We have informed that the consumption for the bi-monthly is about 5120 units.

We are surprised to that our average previous 11 readings was only about 1393 units. We donot understand how sudden increase...
