Dear sir, Inspite of our so many remindings to change the electrical post in our street still there is no response from your end. The post is about to fall which can cause human lives loss. The childrens playing in our street may loose their lives due to the bad shape of the electrical post which may fall at any time. Hence i request you to save the residents lives of our street.     Sir, My meter was changed to digital meter on[protected], since then i receive unusually excess billing. Before the meter change my average consumption was around 220 units per month.After the change it is 690 per month.almost three times.Hence I request you to check my meter connection and my consumption.       Sir, There is a low voltage problem for past 3 months, which is very extreme and even my modem cannot run at evening. I am a college student. I use my Internet facility mostly in the evening, from this I am paying my bill for nothing. Not only my modem some of our electronics and electrical machines are also not working properly.. Just like washing machine, fan etc. So I request you to take some necessary action and arrange something to clear this problem. waiting for your response eagerly. thankyou, M.Karthikeyan

        I am Subba Reddy residing at No.27/69, shaik Dawood street, Royapettah, Chennai - 600014. We have three phase connection at our house. Two phase are not working. Currently we are having single phase. We have given written statement four days back to correct the Issue. They are not at all responding. Please help how to escalte this issue. My is going daily to the office and requesting their help. They are not at all considering our request.

          DEAR SIR,
          Am S.Ganesh residing at, no .15, USHA STREET, SEETHAPATHI NAGAR, VELACERI, CHENNAI -600042,
          in my area every day after 10.00pm power cut happens for one half an hour to one hour often happens, if power comes complete low voltage, because of this school chidrens and office workers are affected badly, we several time raise the complaints to local EB office, but till date no action taken,
          request you take the action immediately...

Since I noticed in your website only Rs. 200/- for Name Transfer from the existing person. Kindly confirm.               FreQuently current connection is being disconnected in Manali J.J nagar and even after repeated complaints no action Has been taken.As i have a small child she is suffering a lot right from her birth.I request you to take action immediately.That to during night we are unable to sleep for past 6 months.

                RESPECTED SIR, This is regarding the very poor quality of voltage we receive at our area through the TNEB. Because of the very low voltage & fluctuations none of the electrical appliances are working and are prone to damage. Fridge, motor to pump water from wells are not working and we are not able to run our day today life.The indicators are blinking, tube lights are not working in the particuIar time i.e.z, 6 PM TO11 PM.I have complained to higher authorities about the low voltage & fluctuations, but their is no response from their side. please rectify this issue quickly and need required action. AREA; MGR STREET, THADAPERUMBAKKAM COLONY, PONNERI TALUK, THIRUVALLUR DIST, 601204.

They are charging the amount like per unit 5/- or 7/- per month on the usage units. And also in the house aggrement document the house owners are mentioning that the they will charge more amount on current bill. Please verify it and do favour for us. So, please understand our problem and take regarding steps. Thank you

                    Request for EB post damaged

                    Dear Sir, I am residing preiyasamy at nachiur, pottananm (po) namakkal . as my house is located at the corner, the EB post damaged ..i complained about it in the EB Person in puthansanthi, But kindly take immediate action before any unforeseen incident happens. Regarding this we made telephonic complaint to the EB office. everyone are deaf to this problem Kindly take immediate action, or else give the details of the person in your department...

                    Main Fuses are removed regularly even after payment of bill online

                    We are staying in Thoraipakkam. EB staffs are removing the main fuse and asking us to pay the bill. But the bill was already paid online. We went to EB office near Chennai One-IT SEZ, Thoraipakkam. There is no response from them. They are not behaving in a good manner and carelessly speaking. We are facing the issue once in two months. Please check this issue and ensure that this issue will not be repeated in future with other consumers....

                        our home is suiated in sri devi vaishnavi nagar which comes under AVADI 110KVA SS. Everyday between 11pm to 3AM we are face at least 4 times power cut each time for Half an hour that too at same time 11pm, 1am, 3am.If it is any technical problem it wont happen everyday at same time.Our govt announced no power cut from june but from that time we are facing frequent power cut.I will suggest you to cut the power fuul day but please give supply atleast in night.i know that this thing wont change by writing this complaint. but still TNEB wont fool me. try to take necessary action to resolve this problem...

                            Not able to login to online portal

                            Sir I was not able to log in to TNEB online payment portal. Whenever I tried to log in it shows Bad Credentials/Inactive... I tried to use forget password. It always says invalid consumer number. My service connection number is "[protected]"...

                            Respected Sir, Region : Chennai south, Circle : Chennai West, Division : Avadi South, Distribution : Solambedu (213), every day we have been met power cut between 10.00 pm to 3.00 am (night hours ) from 10.07.2014, my father is a sick patient, i have small kids aged 0.5 months, and 3 years, both are very suffered, and the solembedu is very dangerous area (theft, kidnap, chain snacking, robbery) thus we unable to accept your power cuts at nights, kindly re arrange the power cuts at day seasons, please do not power cut at nights, we are faced much more problems. The same has been complaint was put at our division but nobody taking any action. Hence we compliant the higher authority side, we hope action will be taken by you. Thanking you. Regards / k.sathuraj

                              At sadasivamnagar 4th link road, madipakkam the power cables are sagging. The cables are running at very low and in dangerous constdition. Monitoring with madipakkam ae & others concerned. According to them the post requires replacement. The power cables are lying such a low level before any fatal incident happens, immediate and on priority
                              Action to be initiated for suitable remedy.

This complaint is repeating for the past 6months and enough complaints have reported to the EB office. yet no permanent soloution is sought. The concerned AE also visited us 10days back and assured for improvement.                                   Hello Madam, I am staying in Jegajeevan ram colony, Selaiyur 20th Ward. WE are facing severe low volage problem. We have raised many concerns with our counselor and Electricity persons. They are not ready to irrect transformers at our area. Simply saying there is no space to errect. WE have told them to errect in front of our home. They are not ready to do that. Request you to take immediate necessary action to resolve our issue.
