Main Fuses are removed regularly even after payment of bill online

We are staying in Thoraipakkam. EB staffs are removing the main fuse and asking us to pay the bill. But the bill was already paid online. We went to EB office near Chennai One-IT SEZ, Thoraipakkam. There is no response from them. They are not behaving in a good manner and carelessly speaking. We are facing the issue once in two months. Please check this issue and ensure that this issue will not be repeated in future with other consumers....

high and low voltage problem, Kothari, pallathur [post] Kanadukathan EB Karaikudi Tlk, Sivagangai [dist] in our area low and high voltage problem daily, the tneb does't take any action about this voltage fluctuation, So force the TNEB to fulfill the problem as soon as possible

We request you to all the EB higher officials, We complaint filed to your concerned EB board for change of very danger post in our middle street and opposite of my house.We directly interact with AE of Tuticorin south office and complaint filed this office, and more e.mail we send your department offices.But till the date your department has not taken any action.Now this post is very danger situation of middle street.So more damages of nearest houses and more affect of publics in death conditions.please make necessery action immediately. yours sincerely MANIMARAN [protected]

      our home is suiated in sri devi vaishnavi nagar which comes under AVADI 110KVA SS. Everyday between 11pm to 3AM we are face at least 4 times power cut each time for Half an hour that too at same time 11pm, 1am, 3am.If it is any technical problem it wont happen everyday at same time.Our govt announced no power cut from june but from that time we are facing frequent power cut.I will suggest you to cut the power fuul day but please give supply atleast in night.i know that this thing wont change by writing this complaint. but still TNEB wont fool me. try to take necessary action to resolve this problem...

        This jaabir residing at maraKkavalsai. since last 2 weeks we have continues power cut At day time which from morning 9 am until 6 pm. Our electricitu board is located at nadium near sethubavaSathiram. our peoples so affected by this day time power cut. Cant be use any urgently required things. Even we dont hAve Any alternate things to solve this issue. So kindly solve this issue on urgent basis.           Not able to login to online portal

          Sir I was not able to log in to TNEB online payment portal. Whenever I tried to log in it shows Bad Credentials/Inactive... I tried to use forget password. It always says invalid consumer number. My service connection number is "[protected]"...

          Respected Sir, Region : Chennai south, Circle : Chennai West, Division : Avadi South, Distribution : Solambedu (213), every day we have been met power cut between 10.00 pm to 3.00 am (night hours ) from 10.07.2014, my father is a sick patient, i have small kids aged 0.5 months, and 3 years, both are very suffered, and the solembedu is very dangerous area (theft, kidnap, chain snacking, robbery) thus we unable to accept your power cuts at nights, kindly re arrange the power cuts at day seasons, please do not power cut at nights, we are faced much more problems. The same has been complaint was put at our division but nobody taking any action. Hence we compliant the higher authority side, we hope action will be taken by you. Thanking you. Regards / k.sathuraj

            At sadasivamnagar 4th link road, madipakkam the power cables are sagging. The cables are running at very low and in dangerous constdition. Monitoring with madipakkam ae & others concerned. According to them the post requires replacement. The power cables are lying such a low level before any fatal incident happens, immediate and on priority
            Action to be initiated for suitable remedy.

              Dear Sir, we have repeated power failure after 10.40pm to 01.00am alomst 5days in a week. This complaint is repeating for the past 6months and enough complaints have reported to the EB office. yet no permanent soloution is sought. The concerned AE also visited us 10days back and assured for improvement.                 Hello Madam, I am staying in Jegajeevan ram colony, Selaiyur 20th Ward. WE are facing severe low volage problem. We have raised many concerns with our counselor and Electricity persons. They are not ready to irrect transformers at our area. Simply saying there is no space to errect. WE have told them to errect in front of our home. They are not ready to do that. Request you to take immediate necessary action to resolve our issue.

                    I'm Dinesh residing in Plot no 8A n B, G3, standard enclave, bharathi nagar,
                    semmanchery, Chennai -600119.

                    i'm using a/c (per day 6hrs), i do not have any other major electronics in my house.
                    i got bill of rs5700. i think our meter indicated fault reading.
                    Please intervene and help to check my meter if it is really indicating fault reading
                    kindly replace the meter as early as possible.

                      From V.Ravi L.I.G 93 16th cross st Nolambur Chennai-37 To AE., EB office Nolambur Chennai -37, Last month 16.06.2014 Metro water work done in our street. Unfortunately JCB person was cutted my EB ground cable and took EB person to given temporary line in EB post to main board for single phase instead of 3 Phase. Then we are spoken about metro water person, they said EB person will done 2 or 3 days later. After 3 days we called that person they are not pick up our call .So we are given oral complaint to Nolambur AE Directly 4 times and spoked in phone more than 10 times. There is no response on our side. Kindly take action and complete this work as soon as possible.

                        In our area street light has been not working while for a long days, nearly 1 and half months. we complain our station for many times, they not respond properly. It is not safe for the people living here.                         I have been telephoning both morning and evening to No.[protected] KK Nagar Station - for the street light not working for the past 5 days. They have been delaying taking action saying some excuse or other. It is not working.

                          I tried [protected] several times but there is no response. In my area half of the home no power. Some time the power will come and left. Only half currently only provided. Some houses get full current. Winter sessions started loose connection in wires. In thirunagar eb is the worst electric city board.

                            We are kindly informing that our service no.[protected]-coimbatore region-tiruppur circle-bridgeway colony section.

                            That our service no. Reading has been taken on 04.07.2014 for the past bi-monthly consumption. We have informed that the consumption for the bi-monthly is about 5120 units.

                            We are surprised to that our average previous 11 readings was only about 1393 units. We donot understand how sudden increase in the units.

                            The same complaint has been informed to the consent office orally (Not in writting).

                            Pls advise for further proceedings.

                                Sir, I am K.Sankar from Bankman Colomy, Alamelurangapuram, vellore, vellore dist.my consumer no is[protected].My house was locked from 15 april to 15 june its is vacant. But they charged rs 1060 by putting approxiamate of meter reading 410 unit stating that the meter was not working which I cannot understand. Last time I paid rs 30 only as we are not stayed regularly there.This is totally injustice by putting some approximate meter reading and giving problem to the consumer. Pls look in to the matter and do justice. Take this as compliant and solve this problem.

                                  I regularly pay my EB bill in on line only, last bill i paid on april'14 was not received by TNEB & my connection was cut, than i paid the bill amount in EB office i asked the bank customer care deprt, they told the reimbursement will be given after getting the money from TNEB till date nothing was happen. This month i paid my EB bill using credit card was also kept pending on 7.7.14 & i asked the bank side they told the TNEB received the money on 8.7.14 but i gone to eb office & o asked them the bill status was still un-pay ed & pending so i need to pay the bill in office to avoid cutting my power This was reputedly happening, worst service provided by TNEB, If you can pls guide me how to recover my money.

                                    My EB service Number Was[protected]. Sir I was paying the Eb Payment without arrears . Then how come there was a arrears for sum 0f Rs 3308.
