My consumer number is,[protected], chennai- south region.
I have paid my Electricity bill online on 07/07/2014, using my debit card, for Rs. 2733 INR.
The above said amount has been debited from my account, but i have'nt received any receipt for the payment that i made. Instead the website shown a message that said, process not completed due to a wrong operation.
please check with your server and make my payment through. or kindly return the amount to my account, so that i can pay it again.

I have been telephoning both morning and evening to No.[protected] KK Nagar Station - for the street light not working for the past 5 days. They have been delaying taking action saying some excuse or other. It is not working.
Post No.762 - Vaigai Colony 2nd street, 12th Avenue, Ashok Nagar, Chennai.
In the dark lot of notorious activities are taking place. Chaiin snatching also happening.
Pls take action at once.
