My consumer number is,[protected], chennai- south region.
I have paid my Electricity bill online on 07/07/2014, using my debit card, for Rs. 2733 INR.
The above said amount has been debited from my account, but i have'nt received any receipt for the payment that i made. Instead the website shown a message that said, process not completed due to a wrong operation.
please check with your server and make my payment through. or kindly return the amount to my account, so that i can pay it again.

Our service no is.[protected]. We have 2 separate rooms in upstairs. We had not used AC for nearly
25 days last month but the bill is Rs.8140 We had paid the amount this month also the bill is Rs.10500. So u please
take steps to check the meter and do favour for us.
