Full Night Power Cut

Dear Madam/Sir, I am a resident of porur in chennai, on 5/9/14, there was a power cut for the entire night in my locality. i work in hyundai motor india, and due to the lack of sleep, my performance was badly affected I was told by local residents that whenever it rains, power will be cut deliberately by TNEB i want to know the reason for this....

Improper meter reading

Low Voltage Problem
